This review is for Tyler at the Pine Island Road location . I have only been a Cubesmart customer since January, and I haven’t had the best experience in 5 short months. I was considering cancelling my unit all together, as well as cancelling a 2nd unit I had just signed up for. Tyler was very helpful and changed my mind, retaining a customer for Cubesmart. He went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated.

The website was easy to navigate and the rental of my new storage unit was smooth and without any issues! Would have given 5 stars other than the “hidden” costs you cant see until you’ve gone through the process. I say “hidden” because its not revealed until the final step in the sign up. Those costs are a $29 “Administration Fee” ( for the privilege of renting from Cube Smart; $19 for the required purchase their lock; and a reoccurring monthly fee for the required insurance of your property… minimum is $12 every month for $2k in coverage. So… my first month “free” only cost $60.00! But… its like the lottery or PowerBall, Ya Gotta Pay to Play! ???????

This is a very nice new Cube Smart location. I was able to get the exact size unit I needed. This location is clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are handicapped accessible units available here as well.I ended up wanting to transfer to a smaller unit and they were very helpful in completing the transfer. I'm very satisfied with the service at this location.

My experience was over the phone. When I call a business and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor that’s exactly who I’m looking to speak to. If I ask you are you that and your response is “How can I help you” that’s the wrong answer!!! I wanted to speak to a supervisor. It baffles me when people act above their pay grade. SMH
