I keep my pool trailer here and every single time I show up at the end of the day there’s cars parked around my storage unit so that I can’t even back my trailer and it literally happens every single day. Also, the doors to your storage unit are really easily coming off the track so you have to be super careful bringing your door up and down, if I even try to do any faster, it always comes off the track and it’s a pain. Other than that the storage is fine but man do I get frustrated every single time I show up.

Rafael was so courteous and helpful; a year ago, when I was in a really stressful situation and needed to move quickly. I called CubeSmart and spoke to Rafael. The place and units inside are super clean and the place is well lit so you feel safe, pest free, with a bathroom on hand. I was even able to use my fan and led light. I had a great experience with CubeSmart self-storage right from the beginning. The staff at the facility was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a good tour of the facility and helped me set up my rental space. The company's rental rates are very competitive in the industry, and they even offer military discounts to service members like me. This facility is located behind the shell gas station. Customer service is limited to just one person. The facility has many questionable people WALKING in and out of the facility with backpacks, makes me wonder why the inside storage building has a very interesting grassy smell. The carts that are used are non functional, wheels are compromised. Pricing was an issue as well. This is not a place for me to return to or recommend. AS you can see they respond, which is to late, now that I decided to leave and have since found a better storage unit.

I was in need of a storage rental in the Coconut Creek area. From the very beginning of the call, the representative was very friendly and explained all of the offers available to me. The manager was very responsive and contacted me within mintues of my reservation. Talk about rolling out the red carpet on customer service! He further explained to me how long I had to pay for my unit to accomodate my pay periods. Upon arrival to the actual faciltiy, parking was easy to find and the area was very clean. I didn't have to wait very long to be helped. I was shown my unit prior to signing my paperwork. I can apprecaite this as part of their amazing customer service, because I can be picky with certian things like the location of where my personal items are stored. . The only suggestion to Cubesmart I would add is that the individual untis have some type of additional lighting. I know this is how the building was built and shouldn't reflect negatively on the customer service that was provided to me. All in all my rental experience at CubeSmart was excellent in my opinion and better than I have received at other storage facilities. Thank you to all of the staff at CubeSmart Coconut Creek!

Customer service here is hit or miss. Rafael the manager is nice, but we've had several bad experiences with other staff members including lying! There are no lights in the individual units making it terribly difficult to see. However, my main concern is the rat infestation. Everytime we returned to our unit, we found new rat droppings and our boxes eaten through. Now my stuff and boxes/totes are damaged.

Folks that manage it are really nice, customer service via phone is excellent, pricing was is a bit better than public storage and others. The things I have to note negatively are: (A) I have an inside unit, and the load in transoms should be ramped for dollys to cross - it is a small but serious oversight since it is intrinsic to the 'moving' business. For a couple of dollars, a little concrete would go a long way. (B) No light in the unit(s)...not sure about hall. would be good if there was motion detector lighting in halls and dome light in unit. (C) Forced to carry insurance. This means that the advertised price for the unit rent is not the actual...in my case it is a 20% difference. :( (D) I prepaid for a year so I could lock in rental rate and get the benefit of a "free 13th month". This forces actually paying for 13 months. Not cool. Oh well, I'm moved in.

This location is excellent and convenient for those living at the border of Coral Springs & Coconut Creek. The major reason for 2 stars is this location's management operates as a "bait and switch" for intended customers. Here's the bait and switch operation, after you make your reservation and the monthly rent of the unit is noted online along with the $24 one time admin fee. The manager of CubeSmart then calls and confirms the dimensions of the unit. Here's the bait and switch, similar to another reviewer on here, my husband goes in to sign the storage lease and then notes that the monthly rent/amount is much higher than what was confirmed online. He asks the agent at the location about the $12 fee and what it is for, and she informs him that the fee is for insurance and he has to have insurance. Upon further conversation, my husband found out that if you have Renters insurance or homeowners' insurance, then you will NOT need to purchase their insurance (insurance for 12 months is $144 through CubeSmart). At no point during the phone call initiated by the Manager or when my husband went to sign the lease did the manager/agent inform him about the monthly insurance fee or ask that he bring his insurance policy. My advice to any potential customer is: a) Make sure to fully read the fee schedule of the lease before signing b) Ask about other fees not included on the reservation (hidden fees) c) Do more research as this location is not as competitive price-wise with other locations d) Don't trust their google reviews (they mostly seem fake) By the way, an hour after renting the unit, my husband provided a copy of his homeowner's insurance but the manager refused to refund the $12. Buyer Beware. We are looking at going with another storage facility that is more honest and upfront about their costs.

I have been wanting to do this review for a long time but I have been moving so much and I have to say Gigi was the best person I have ever dealt with. I originally had my stuff at Public Storage and the way I was treated over there is so different than the way I was treated at cubesmart. The first day I went there Gigi greeted me with a smile and I swear that made my day immediately. Then we went outside to see the storage and the facility was so clean and nice. She showed me a few units, and while doing so we had a few conversations about what I do and why I am leaving Public Storage. She made the whole process about me and you can’t really find too many companies that makes it all about their customers. In my opinion she is the best person I have ever dealt with. It’s like God sent her to help me because it was such a stressful transition but she made it so smooth and easy. Every time I see her I get happy because she is very helpful I am very thankful. Honestly would deal with her only if possible. Recommended everyone I know to go see Gigi if you want great customer service, and less stress when it comes to moving. I can go on and on but THANK YOU GIGI AGAIN YOU ARE GREAT!!!!!

I would like to congratulate CubeSmart in CconutCreek on Sample. Ralfael The store manager, did an outstanding job in assisting me with storing a lot of important items by going above and beyond his normal duties. He was a great help by solving problems caused by my recent move. Also, Demetria The store manager was soefficient and concerned about a mix up that was my fault. Found this location when searching google for my desired area.. First day the young man at the desk was so helpful and friendly.. came back to secure unit and Demetria greeted us with her smile! She was also very friendly. I am blown away at the customer service here. She seemed to even know almost everyone waving hello as we walked to the unit. Great place!!! :) So glad I found it. Good customer service deserves recognition especially in todays world.

Their unit prices keep going up every month so be wary if you plan to keep a unit for over 2 years. But other than that its a nice place. Got a moving truck on special for being a first time renter. That was nice! Gated with a code for entry. Its typically always clean inside the air conditioning area.

Someone's junk has been sitting outside building 3 for over a few months and the pile has gotten higher. It is absolutely ridiculous and cubesmart offers no way to contact any form of support besides during office hours. Left a voicemail once and nothing. At this point it's filling the loading zone and carboard is flying away in the wind from the pile. Long pieces of baseboard sharp and sticking out. I've never had an issue here besides this.

Rafael and Steve did a great job from initial contact to the tour of the storage locker. Steve handled the paperwork and made the entire set up transaction very fast and easy. Auto Pay and Insurance were a definite plus. Facilities are spotless and really maintained. Cube Smart website was good to get me in the door but it was Steves warm demeanor on a Sunday morning when I pulled in that made me comfortable to move in. Thank you Steve.

As with the other reviews, I'm pleased to report that the facility is clean and secure, and that the management is quite friendly and professional. The only problem I've encountered so far is this: Even though there are many storage units in each building, I've never seen more than two flat carts at any one time. Given the amount of use, you'd think that the company could afford to provide more than two carts for customer use.

The facility is ok. It does have some roaches . But the worst part was the manager Steve. Today we empty 2 units that was paid until the end of the month. When we asked for a move out receipt the manager Steve refused and said: Don't worry about it. We explain that we like to have a move out receipt because it would state that we are out. he then said: _ Look, you are not a customer anymore I do not have to be nice to you. So i asked him for his name so that i could take it to the cubesmart district manager. He answered don't worry about by name. Luckly someone was present at the store and told me his name . We then called the district manager and he was able to send us a move out receipt thru the e-mail but advised us to not return there since he does not want any problems. It sounds to me that the district manager do not care about doing his job and keeping managers in line. He is in it for the paycheck only. Presidents and cubesmart owners be aware. they are not earning their pay check !

I was looking for a place to storage my things and a truck to move them there and I was lucky to find Cubesmart!.They were very helpful, they were very professional and had an excellent customer service. Thanks Gina! The website is very friendly too, it was easier for me to figure it out what size I could rent, how much it was, everything out front! The best part was when they told me I could rent the truck for a whole day just for $10.00, it was really a blessing. Thanks guys for your hard work!

The Coconut Creek Storage is infested by cockroach and Even though i paid for insurance the insurance did not cover against bedbugs cockroach or rodents infestation. what is amazing is that they continue to rent units there. Their answer is :_ we are not liable . so be aware! you are storing in an infested storage that offer insurance, but that its insurance conveniently does not cover infestation. the cockroachs eggs take 6 weeks to hatch and are immune to most poison i had over 100 eggs in a 10X10 in only 3 months. I lost it all
