was told that a lock would be in my welcome bag inside my unit and was charged for one. I have placed my items in storage but there was no lock in the Welcome bag. I went to Home Depot & Walmart, in torrential rain, but they did not have a cylinder lock in stock that was the correct size. I called CubeSmart customer service and was told that a manager would call me in 15 minutes. No one ever contacted me. I paid for a truck and 2 guys to move my things into the unit, so I’m stuck ! Shame on you ! Now I am so worried about my belongings. This is the worst lack of customer service possible!

Jasmine was A-mazing! She was so nice and helpful and patient with me because I was u sure of what floor I wanted to be on… And besides all that I walked in 15 minutes before closing. I wasn’t sure if I was even going to be able to get waited on when I got there but when I walked in was so kind and helpful and she showed me the storage unit that were available and did not leave until she was sure that I was able to get in with the code, and that I was happy with the unit I chose. I could not have asked for a better experience! Big thanks to Jasmine for making today easy! I had a unit in this facility in 2017 and it was an excellent experience. That was a temporary situation and I did not need a storage unit again from 2018 until now. I have been shopping around for the past two weeks and I was not happy with any place I had seen, mostly because the facilities were not clean enough and worse than that the staff was very rude. The only reason I did not come back to this facility was because I have moved East and I was looking for a place closer to where is live. But after coming to your facility today… I have decided you are worth the trip!

I’ve been storing with cubesmart for a few years now and when I first moved in they told me they will only raise the rent once a year and it will be a very small amount each time. IT WAS ALL A LIE JUST TO MAKE ME MOVE IN. They are raising the rent every 6 months at a high amount each time. They raised the rent in a year higher then the apartment I live in. STAY FROM CUBESMART.

I don't think I will rent this place again. I was lured to rent it with a lower rental rate and in a few months they jack up my rent significantly. There are better options elsewhere. The roof leaked the water along the wall and damaged several of my boxes with water and mold stacked agains this wall.

Setting up the account was very good, when I asked that I wanted to rent a truck over the phone and on site, just told me that I can rent a truck and I have 15 days and I would have to pay for a truck so it’s not totaling free, I said ok, there was no follow up in asking would I like to rent the truck now, I moved my stuff in by myself and found someone to help so I went back to the office at 345pm to see about renting a truck and told me that there is a time limit to rent the truck a minor detail not mentioned. Very inconvenient for me because I had to move today, if I had known that earlier I would have taken the truck then. For better customer experience don’t promote free truck if you still have to pay and state hours of operation of the truck in your location if it’s less then open hours. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars, I would. During Covid quarantine I was charged multiple late fees. When I finally felt safe to come to the office (per Customer Services instructions) they were unable to credit me any of the late fees I paid. In addition, I was charged for a full months rent of approximately $250 even though I emptied my unit on the 10th of the month. I am a single mom who was forced utilize this unit for 2.5 years. One would think after a 2.5 year utilization, I could get a prorated rate for the final month. Think again.

Several years ago I had a storage unit with this business for 5 years. I had remembered having a great experience with them. Recently, I found myself needing to rent another unit temporarily and was looking for the best options. The staff here was not only extremely friendly, they were also very helpful in reviewing all my options to ensure I found the best deal for both unit size and timeframe. When I moved in, I spoke with Donovan Lee. He answered a few additional questions for me and was able to make a very stressful day for me, much easier. He assisted me with gate help, and a few other questions I had about the unit. He was also very friendly and helpful, like everyone from your staff has proven to be in both of my experiences doing business here. I couldn't be happier with my choice to rent a unit here a second time around.

I went to Cubesmart storage in the Coconut Creek location to obtain information. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding customer service experience I had!! The lady that welcomed and greeted me not only held the door open for me but had a warm welcoming smile and demeanor, she answered all my questions, showed me all the different sizing options and just went above and beyond! I will defiantly be back within the next month to obtain my storage unit all because of the amazing customer service experience I had with Jasmine!! You are amazing!!

This is my second time renting a unit from CubeSmart. Although this is a different location from my first rental, the experience was the same - professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am impressed with basically all aspects of the Cube Smart on W. Hillsborough Blvd. The facilities are clean, well-kept, The units are seemingly perfectly climate controlled. But I am most impressed with the staff, both Wendy and Donovan, will go to no end to provide excellent customer service! They are accommodating,understanding and generally concerned about their clients having a good experience when dealing with their facility. I recommend Cube Smart and particular this location without hesitation due to some awesome experiences I’ve had dealing with the folks there!

This is an amazing facility with fantastic management and staff. Wendy was so helpful and went the extra mile to insure a smooth move-in. The facility is large and accommodates semi trailers. Even if they don’t think it’s possible, trust Wendy’s experience, it is. Our driver was shocked to realize how easily he could navigate his semi through the facility. The air conditioned unit was extremely clean and easy to access and they even offer free moving trucks if needed. I highly suggest this facility. Thanks Wendy & Co!

It's a self storage place so it is what it is. I made bi-weekly trips for a few months here to de-clutter our house when we were selling it. My only complaint is there were almost never any carts to move you items from the car into the units, as you have to walk down long hallways. I lost a lot of time taking boxes one at a time instead of being able to pile a bunch of boxes on a cart. They need to triple the number of carts they have.

I have moved out of their self storage at the end of the month the end of March after many many many years at this location at this location since 2003. The people in the office have always been very nice to me very accommodating and that's why I am giving them 5 stars. I've never rented storage space before so I did my homework...I needed some extra space due to some remodeling. I wanted temperature control and driveup access and only found that option at this facility. I looked for other reviews and found the only negative ones were from people that didn't pay their bills. My experience was very pleasant...from the ease of the website, to the selection and reservation of the unit I wanted, to my arrival at the office (thanks Donovan) and through the paperwork. The facility is clean and well run...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

As soon as I walked in to this facility I was greeted with a smile. Wendy and Bruce are exceptionally friendly and personable. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal at a price that would fit my budget. Bruce and Wendy were kind enough to walk me to my unit, rather then point me in the right direction, and Wendy stopped at nothing to find a solution when issues occurred with my unit. It is not often when you come across a business that works in your best interest instead of their own. I highly recommend this storage facility and will use it again if needed.
