Cubesmart doesn’t care about their customers. They raise the rent by approximately 20% several times a year. They lure you in with a low rate and then they start sending the little cards in the mail letting you know that they are raising your rent again. This company is not privately owned and the stakeholders/corporation is only interested in getting more profit.. it’s a multi million dollar company and their main goal is money. People that rent storage spaces are people in need and in dire circumstances. Cubesmart could car less. The general manager is of no help. She does nothing. This needs to change. Many other storage facilities give long term customers with multiple units discounts and lock their price in for a year or if they raise the rent for some reason it’s only like 5% or less. I currently have 4 units with Cubesmart and used to have 5. On one unit they raised the rent about 80 dollars all at once. I am slowly leaving this money hungry company. I hope this complaint does something positive for the hard working people that rent at Cubesmart

Management and customer service is lovely. The facility itself is a joke, air conditioning works half the time so the units are hot and stuffy. Roaches everywhere, lack of carts to move your things around. You really do get what you pay for and it shows.

I drove past this storage facility many times as I live nearby, trying to get up the nerve to go inside and ask questions about renting a storage unit. I'm getting ready to sell my mother's property which is 70 years old and I needed a place to store her things until I decide what to do with them. Before you signed up for a storage space be sure to ask about their montrates because when I signed up i was not told that every 6 months the rates increase, my storage rate started at $72 a month and now its up to $80 and if the payment is late they charge $20 late fee and thats too much, so i no longer have my storage i have brought all my stuff to my home.

Love this location, excellent customer service the gentleman that took care of my needs, professional and knowledgeable, showed me all the available storages with a smile on he's face, gave us the closest to the gate available which made it so much easier with my husband in a wheel chair, super clean, excellent atmosphere, I highly recommend this location and staff, definately higher than a 5 star plus. Johannie welcomed us and took her time to explain prices and how things worked at Cube Smart. She even saved us money by offering the Cube Smart truck on the day we moved which was cheaper then other truck rental places we were looking into. The facility is clean, well taken care of and conveniently located.
