I would avoid this facility if you're looking for long term storage and/or frequently visit your unit like I do. If you need a temp spot and the price is right for a short time it could be adequate enough for that. Since the beginning we had issues; -First the unit we reserved online was not the size specified, we could immediately tell it was smaller but we had to go buy a tape measure and prove that it was feet shorter then what we had reserved & were going to be charged for. We ended up going for a smaller unit after that since they were priced higher than our last storage unit. -Elevators are frequently out of order (one is still out of order as I write this review). Anything needing to be fixed takes an excessive amount of time ie. like when the electric door I use to enter was broken and I had to use one at the other end of the building. -Despite being a new facilty it's usually dirty. Same trash has been sitting in the hallways and elevator for days so obviously cleaning isn't done on the regular. -I was told that there's no set time for rate changes and if it did raise it at all it would be gradual. I asked about this when we got the unit because I wanted to make sure I wouldn't have a large jump in rent. At the 6 month mark they raised my bill $60.00 at once for a small/med unit. I'm now paying double what I did at my last facility and this unit is smaller than my last one + not on the first floor. - I moved to this facilty mainly because it was closer to my house and I wouldn't have to go on 27 but now the turning lane I originally took on Deen Still was curbed off so I no longer have direct access to the facility. I have to go across 27 and turn around at the competing storage facility and wait at the light to cross back over 27 again just to get in. They never addressed the new route difficulty. I've also had people almost hit me multiple times here as trucks often park on the road and people drive recklessly around them and out of the gas station. It's dangerous just getting in there. It's not a marked 2 lane road. -The carts to transport larger items are usually missing or in use. I often am left struggling to bring large items upstairs. -They have a bathroom but its usually grimy, often without toilet paper, sometimes out of order. -There's been a rotting bird by the front door I enter in for awhile now. I had a unit at another cubesmart down the road and that one was maintained better. Overall a disappointing stay so far. ** In response to reply, I have called and was told a district manager (Ricky) would call me within 8 hours. I haven't heard back yet. 2 main things that would have improved stay: -Better communication practices; just be honest about initial rates being temporary/promotional (most facilities have promo rates but are clear about end dates so you're prepared for the increase; easy), some acknowledgement/notice about changes in access to facilty etc. would have been nice too. -Higher priority on daily cleaning and maintenance.

Carter was wonderful. I couldn't find the way to pay online, I went to 2 stores before him around me & they told me I didn't have an account with them. After driving around trying to find "the store" I "belonged" to, I walked in & found Carter. He didn't send me somewhere else because he didn't want to "do the work". He asked me if I wanted to get a place there. I instantly said yes. Signed up and was shown my storage area and all things explained to me and in and out in a half hour. I am grateful to him for stepping up and making me feel I as well as my business was welcomed in this store.
