Number one, most important quality of a great business is attitude! The manager(Steve) of Cubesmart in Delray is kind, friendly, patient, respectful, and extremely attentive to the appearance of his facility. Which leads me to the next very important factor I look for, cleanliness! This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever used, and I have used at least 10 different ones in my life. The phone app for easy access is a great bonus. Finally, I appreciate the promo deals, especially the "1st month free" that I got here. I really needed that break right now. Went in to the Delray. Federal Highway location today. To rent my second storage unit. I already had a 10x10 on first floor. I now have a 20x10 x8. For additional storage. Steve Arnold was the store manager rep that walked me through the rental process this man is truly a professional. He checks every box in the customer service game. One again a very satisfied customer Steve represents your company and the store location very well. I was very happy with the time he spent with me renting the additional storage unit. He even assisted me with additional moving supplies being a moving kit with everything you need along with multiple additional boxes tape and a tape dispenser hand roller. The repeated and automatic price increases (when other identical available storage units are priced less) is almost criminal. CubeSmart has an excellent method to steal from customers. Bring you in at a discount, have you load up the storage unit with your items, then begin automatic price increases and begin their theft. You can actually move out of the storage unit and move it to another identical storage unit at the same location to keep the price the same. HIGHWAY ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST!!!!!....... AND THEY KNOW IT!!!!!

I have 2 storage units and have been a customer for some time. I’m paying over $300 a month and recently I had thousands of dollars worth of clothing that was damaged due to moths in one of the units in Boynton Beach. After repeated attempts to reach the district manager Janet I believe, she finally called and left me a voice mail telling me to put an insurance claim through for my homeowners policy since I didn’t purchase the insurance through them. My agent said that because my deductible was high that I probably wouldn’t get much and there is a good chance my rates would go up. I’ve kind of given up getting any compensation from them at this point for failure to maintain their property in a cleanly manner. Now, they’ve actually had the audacity to raise my monthly rate from $140/150 to $190. I’ll be doing everything I can to get out of that unit ASAP and will also look at legal options including contacting the Florida State Attorneys office, leaving comments with the BBB, and anything else I can do at this point to warn others.

Worst experience of my life! I had completed my rental agreement and paperwork online but had made the mistake of going to the wrong location. After waiting 30 minutes for a staff member to return to the office, their very aggressive manager questioned me regarding my rental agreement and basically accused me of being a homeless vagrant. Rather than try to assist me, he very aggressively told me to check my email for my confirmation and when I told him it appeared I was at the wrong location, he very forcefully told me goodbye and to leave his property. Do yourself a favor and go to the Military Trail location. Stay Away from N Federal unless you like being made to feel like a worthless person by someone who can’t be bothered to positively represent the Cube Smart brand. Or be bothered to unlock the office as he kept changing his “Be Back At” sign. Seriously. He didn’t even allow the other customers to come into the office. And that was after a 30 min wait only to see him change the sign for an additional 30 minutes.

I cannot speak better then for this facility, Federal Highway in Delray Beach. I cannot state this is the case with all Cubesmart's, because it is a national company with many locations. That said, I have rented Storage Facilities all over the country, and throughout South Florida, this Facility stands out as one of the best I have ever worked with. They all offer Air Conditioning, inside storage with access. The staff and management at THIS LOCATION is very special. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE IN DELRAY TO THIS FACILITY. Steve and Tracie are wonderful. They explained every detail of renting. On our first visit Steve took us to several units so we could see the different options. We went back a second time and requested to see a few more units. Steve was very accomodating and patient. He never made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. I'm pretty sure he would have taken us to see a dozen more units had we asked. As for the facility, it is super clean and easily accessible yet very safe and secure. My wife needed to down size the unit and the team at the front office was able to reserve a smaller unit for us. The entire transaction was done online and over the phone. The people there were all extremely friendly and helpful. They really take the time to show you the entire facility, answer any questions and walk you through the entire procedure. The facility is top notch. I have not seen one anywhere in Florida better than this storage facility and very clean, protected and well built. I wish I can take them to Utah when I move. Thanks guys

This was the best storage facility I have ever used. The staff is friendly and efficient. The whole rental process was quick and easy. They even cleaned out the mess the previous renter of our space left behind. The facility is very clean and super easy to access.

Very nice facilities and competitive pricing. The one star is for the experience of this particular location. I called the national line and received quotes for two locations and confirmed they were open until 6pm. I entered the location at 5:40pm. As I walked in there was a corpulent woman sitting behind a desk shoving yogurt down her gullet. She pointedly looked at the clock as I stood there waiting to be addressed. Finally, she said, "did you need something?" Aghast, I looked at her and said, "Yes. A storage unit." At that point she looked at the clock again, yogurt in hand, and said, "well we close at 6. What do you want?" I was absolutely horrified at the tone, demeanor and appearance of this woman. That set the tone for the remainder of our conversation, wherein I let her know I would simply take my business elsewhere. I am a small business owner and would never employ someone of that ilk. Consider this a warning to anyone going in there - they will not work to earn your business in any way, shape, or form, including 20 minutes prior to closing.

I had a unit at this location for over 3 years, the staff was excellent, always willing to help when needed and the facility is monitored very well, I had not secured my lock properly once and because of their inspection that day they alerted me, I was able to come back and lock it. Climate controlled environment, my furniture looked as good as the day I put it in the unit. I would easily recommend CubeSmart for all of your storage needs
