They would not let me move out. Emptied my whole unit except a mattress. Was told I could pay a fee and they had someone. I was then told that’s not true and I have to have someone get it on my own. So I sent someone and they would not let them take it unless I called in and paid an entire month in advance even though I just emptied the whole unit and didn’t need it. We were at the end of a month too not in middle. I was told 3 different things by people on site. No communication between them and they also didn’t speak highly of each other. I had paid on time for 2 1/2 years before I moved and this is how I got treated. Use a different place

Great experience from start to finish. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. They offered us the use of a moving truck to bring our items to the storage! Clean facility with climate control. Easy access. Kind staff that are very welcoming. The space was perfect and was exactly what we needed.

Beware, I have had cube smart lockers at 4 different locations and now currently have 2. All have been great but this location. I signed up for auto when I opened the locker online, but then a month later they hit me with a late fee and said I wasn't signed up for auto pay. Called to explain the situation, letting them know I was a new customer at this location and tried explaining to them that I had signed up for auto pay, but they said I did not, I offered to pay the balance and asked if they could excuse the late fee just this once because of the misunderstanding, but they could have cared less. So disrespectful! Its not about the $20, its about the principle, It cost me more than $20 in time to write this review. They said they called me but they were calling from a number that's linked to the name Alfredo Amador, I'm guessing that's the owner. I never leave bad reviews but the way I was treated I had to.

Secured a unit with Sarah in early March - she promised to hold rate until 4/23 although I didn’t need til May 1, no issue to pay on 4/23, it was a good deal ! I was in constant contact with her . Sent her our homeowners declaration prior to rental day. Day of rental , when I went to pay , all fees were increased . The lock fee, admin fee, secure fee, plus rental fee went up $24/ month . I called her & she said , OH, your reservation expired . I asked her why I have all my notes indicating she was holding until 4/23. She just said sorry . There are hundreds of choices to rent in the area - be careful of all the sneaky fees

This place became disgustingly dirty in few months, garbage everywhere and urine smelling elevators, I've been renting a small unit right before COVID and impressed with the cleanliness and service I've left a 5 stars review at that time under Maritza's management, nowadays this new supervisor or something Alex, rude, arrogant and unprofessional individual is making of this place uncomfortable and unsafe. I had the most humiliating experience with him, he did not accept the fact their app was not working for me, I even had a screen shot to prove it, so I was late on my payment, my entrance was denied, had late fees and the nightmare to deal with him. I have to mention as well, they have a clerk that can not hear which is ok, however I didn't know how to react to his "what" or showing me his ear every time I spoke it felt as making fun of me. So disgusted.

Don’t bother going elsewhere! Ask for Mark and he’ll set you up with a good deal. This facility has easy access, covered loading areas and is climate controlled. I just completed a big move in the pouring rain, and we were under cover the entire time. Super important if you’re in Florida! Also, it’s nice and cool inside so that’s a huge plus. It looks brand new, and the prices are competitive. I’ve been a CubeSmart customer for years and the good locations (they’re not all good, tbh) are really good. This is one of the best. Also, the app makes things easy, especially if you end up with multiple units.

I booked a cube smart storage unit I told the rep on the phone I would be there in 10 minutes I got there in about 10 minutes and had to wait an hour before someone showed up! I got a quote when I pulled up the website from the rep with CubeSmart he gave me a price for the smallest unit and the price changed when I got two CubeSmart they said I had to add insurance which was another $12 per month.

I’ve had units here for several years. but they’ve been gouging hardcore on the rate increases lately. I’ve been getting 30% to 50% rate increases every 6 months for the past year and a half. Original review: 08/11/2022 - Please fix the air conditioning - never has the temperature been below 80° on the 6th floor. This makes it very difficult and physically strenuous trying to move items into and out of this building. Update: 11/15/2023 - I have been in my same unit for over a year. I frequently visit, moving items in and out. The temperature has always been at a crisp 82°-84°. Recently I have had to dispose of many of my belongings being stored here due to heat degradation. Every time I inquire about the air conditioning, the response I receive is "Someone's coming to work on the A/C." During the winter season, the few times it was actually cool/cold outside, my storage unit was still a crisp 80°! Now, I just received a notice in the mail that I'm about to have a price increase. May '22, I moved in to a 10x10 for $110/mo. July '22, rate increased to $235 Dec. '22, rate increase to $265 Nov. '23, rate increase to $325 (first time I received a notice about an increase) Needless to say, I cannot justify staying at this facility any longer and am moving everything to a different facility. Frustrated, irritated, never using this company again.

I would not recommend this storage facility. After only 6 months, they automatically increase your rate. On month 7, our unit was vandalized by someone throwing an oil can over the top of the wire cages that hang over the units. The oil dripped all over the items in our unit. When they moved us to a different unit, they made us resign a new contract, then 6 months after that they raised our rate again (the automatic 6 month increase I mentioned earlier). So, we had 2 rate increases in the first year...terrible.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Daissy and Maritza! I also spoke with John when I made my truck reservation. When you provide a $100 cash deposit they let you use their truck for $10. Like any other rental - you top it off with gas when you return it. They allow 50 miles before charging extra. It is refreshing to deal with people that care about providing a welcoming customer service experience. They give you one month free if you refer a friend.

Awesome place to store your items!! When you move to Florida this is the kind of storage you want. All storages are inside! With heat, humidity, geckos, and other insects down here having a storage outside can be risky, especially if you have furniture items. We have used CubeSmart for college storage in another city so I knew I liked the company. I chose this location because it's easy to get to and close to my work. I stopped by and Nick took me to see different sized units so I could make a good decision. I reserved one, but after a few days decided we needed a slightly bigger unit. Typically, I am not a fan of self storage faciities. However, this facility is the exception. George and his assistant manager (Maritza, I believe) were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I was in a last minute bind and didn't know exactly what I needed but they were helpful and guided me through the process. In addition, the facility is less than 2 years old. It is new and clean. I even love the fact that they have AC for all the units and have music playing throughout the faciity. Thanks to you both (and John) for everything. Things couldn't have gone better under the last minute circumstances.

Our experience at the Delray Beach location was excellent, from initial call to completion of reservation. Maritza, the manager, was extremely helpful, very friendly and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this location.

This CubeSmart Storage is clean, air-conditioned, and has an excellent atmosphere. I highly recommend this location to anyone near the area looking for a storage. This was such a positive experience. I rented at the Delray Beach location - George (the manager) was incredibly helpful and professional. Even my movers said to me that it was the nicest storage facility they had ever been in....that's saying something!

Brianna and George the two managers at this facility are both stellar. They are very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I visited this facility 3 times before I made a decision about my unit. In all my visits they were very helpful in my decision making process by being very transparent and honest. I highly recommend this location for anyone undecided about all of the storage options available in the area.

Marissa was very friendly and helpful in obtaining the storage unit. I had to call back and Brittany was also very friendly. Customer service goes a long way and I found both employees pleasant and helpful. The storage building is very clean and an easy location.

This facility is by far the best storage in Delray! Climate controlled cleaned and super close to I-95 and Congress ave. The staff is amazing. The manager Maritza is the most customer friendly professional I have ever seen. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Had a great experience on both trips. First one was to investigate the cubes, pricing and visiting 2 actual cubes with Maritza and Brianna. I love the spotless structure. Maritza was thoroughly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly. She pointed out what promotions I could take advantage of like 1 free month. Brianna was new and was even conversant about hours of operation, and available assistance like the dollies and where to find them. I felt no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I went back 2 weeks later to rent the smaller cube. George , Brianna and Maritza were there. All helped me get registered quickly. These employees are standouts. From the moment you go into the office you feel welcome! Courteous and efficient Manager George, and his team help you find the space you need. The facility is super clean, nice and bright, well secured, and they offer a variety of spaces located in different floors of the building for your convenience. This location has an easy access, good parking, and even if it rains, you can access your storage space through a secured covered spacious parking, so you do not get wet!!! If you need a storage space: Go to CubeSmart at 3195 S. Congress Ave. in Delray Beach. Very close to Boca Raton as well.

Great experience so far - saw the deal online for first month free and 15% off, and the employee confirmed if we closed the account before a month had passed, it would indeed be free. Facility is clean, easy to access, and so much closer to our house for the same price as other options. Also, great playlist while you're moving!

Amazing service! Store manager Maritza made us feel so comfortable and welcomed us with ease. She made our move into our storage unit feel special and the on site use of there moving truck for only $10 was also amazing... No need to rent a uhal, they practically give you a moving truck. OMG and everything is clean and new. Wait they also have a private loading area that's covered and secure with a huge door. No more problems in the rain or worries of security here!!! ?? Thank you... Prices are perfect too.

This facility is brand new so it is sooooo clean and updated. My husband and I walked in, not excited about having to buy a storage unit, and we were instantly greeted by all 3 employees there (Dre, Maritza, and George). They were so welcoming and our moods changed immediately. We discussed a price that we found online and Dre honored it without question. Maritza was so personal and attentive. I coughed and she brought a bottle of water for myself and my husband (who was loading our storage unit). George assist Dre in anything he needed to make my purchase process as quick and easy as possible. Technically, the closest CubeSmart to our home is on 441 and glades but we took a chance and decided to try this location and we are so happy we did. This is a very special staff and I look forward to working with everyone again! It’s been over a year and I still feel the same way I did when I purchased my first storage unit. We now have 3 (don’t even ask) and I have exceptional experiences everytime I come. I absolutely love this place!

Excellent service and friendly staff. They have a lot of new enhanced features that most storage unit facilities don't have such as a garage that you can close and unload your car for enhanced security in the evening time. They also have an overhang area that can be used if it is raining. Brand new building so everything is vey clean.

Alfredo the store manager was very professional and helpful with securing the unit. I would recommend this facility because it is brand new and a great location just off the I-95 exit. I received a great promo of one month free and use of their moving truck for a few hours. The prices are a lot better than other places I called.
