My son and I were very impressed with this location. We made the choice to rent here on the first visit. It was clean, secure and easily accessible. Been here three months and so far have had an amazing experience. My stuff is in perfect condition still, which seems obvious but we found CubeSmart after having a horrible experience with lots of property damage at a different storage facility. Debbie made it easy to choose this place because she takes her job seriously and her customer service is excellent. Reassured me nothing like what I described in my previous storage unit will never happen here. Pest Control is on point, facility is clean and secure, and plenty of carts to move things from car to unit. Highly recommend.

The storage space is clean and the staff is friendly, but that is where the positive review ends. The company operates on a bate and switch concept. I sign up online at a discounted rate, and after a few months I get a notice that you are raising the fee $50 over the original non-discounted price, thus attempting to recop the money losted by giving me a discount, and having me pay more money over the months. The notice arrives giving me less than a month to make a decision to move my stuff or pay the increased price. Not a very honest way to run a business.

Tracey and Debbie were very helpful and professional at the Wallace Drive, Delray Beach location.Tracey was there the day I moved in and made my experience pleasant and smooth. The units are new, clean, well lit as are the corridors with bright light coming in through the many windows. There are several dollies available for usage and the loading doors are very close to the elevators.

No hesitation in giving this location 5-stars. From a building and maintenance perspective, it’s very clean and well maintained. There is no competition in the area in my opinion. Tracie is wonderful, very friendly, approachable, and helpful. Objectively excellent service hands down. For an example of her helpfulness, she was able to find me a second unit in the size I wanted only two units away, I’m so pleased. I have been here for about two years so I can say it has always remained consistent over the years. I hate that I have so much stuff, but if you are like me, this is the only place to look. I feel safe keeping my belongings here. I have also rented from other non-Cube Smart locations in the area and there is no comparison.

Debbie is the greatest customer service rep of all time. This made a normal daily task into a really pleasant experience. Don’t go anywhere else. Also upon checking out I met Tracie. I’ve never had customer service on this level in my life, and I’ve been to some very ritzsy venues and businesses. If you even consider going anywhere else for your storage needs, you need to get your head checked. 10/10 experience

Cubesmart at 1125 Wallace Ave, Delray Avenue is a great new storage facility. Brand new and well maintained. Tracie is a wonderful person to work with. Accommodating, pleasant and fun to work with. We were looking for a storage space for our minivan- inspected the space and saw there are stains on the floor. Pointed to Tracie and the following day we received a call that the floor was cleaned.
