I received excellent service by phone and from the site manager, location is great and price is reasonable, the only thing I would suggest is maybe a little cleaning of the common areas. FEB-2025 REVIEW UPDATE = DOWNSIZING My storage needs changed so I decided to downsize to a smaller unit and it was a breeze; they made it easy and adjusted the price difference by giving me a credit for the remaining days of the billing cycle and I kept the same lock/keys.

I always start my reviews by stating, I have no affiliation with Cubesmart. I purchased a location at the Atlantic Ave address in Delray Beach. The customer service was excellent from the start. I booked my location and found out by Dave the manager, I needed additional documentation. He was super nice,He held my reservation till following day, and I was also suprised,I received special discounts. I came in the following day and Dave took me around. Only 3 stars because we moved our stuff from a larger unit to a smaller one because we didn't need the bigger one anymore. Saved us $320 a month. The biggest downfall is didn't really get an incentive to stay. They had an "online" deal but couldn't use it because we were existing customers. I could've just as easily rented a Uhaul ($20+mileage) and would've been cheaper. There's really no incentive to stay besides the little bit of extra work. Could move to the Public Storage next door and saved more $. Oh well, guess I can still do that.

I have had our storage unit for roughly 4 years and without fail my rent goes up every year and now 6 months later.. I cannot get ahold of anyone at the store to discuss this so that you are losing a customer over it. The unit is nice. The access is good. But cost and Custer service is not.

Dave at the Atlantic Avenue location in Delray Beach, FL was very helpful, pleasant , and efficient. He listened to what I needed, showed me great choices. The facility is clean and neat. I was able to make a decision right away. Also, compared to other rental places I've used in the past, CubeSmart makes the paperwork easy and fast. The price is competitive, too. The other factor is ample room to drive a large truck around the complex without having to negotiate tight corners. And finally, I feel very safe and secure since there are fences, and a code which must be used both entering and departing.

These are outdoor units, and you'd have to be OUT OF YOUR MIND to store anything here! In the the weeks I've had property here, the unit has had water flood into the unit on at least two occasions that I know of. And, I even asked before I moved things in if water was ever a problem here, and I was assured they never, ever had a problem before. I told them I would go to their other location around the corner, which has indoor, climate-controlled storage, but they assured me there were never, ever problems. Meanwhile, here we are, and my boxes and property are soaking wet. No offer to move to another unit, no offer to help in any other way, other than to say they will give me a free tarp to cover my things. FOR WHAT? THE WATER IS COMING IN FROM THE FLOOR! Here are a couple of pictures showing the water coming in from the hallway outside the units where I am, and it hadn't even been raining that long at that point. You can also see where water soaked into a rug that was stored. I will add more when I am able to pull my unit apart. This place will call you five times a day when you simply inquire about a unit, but when water floods your unit, good luck! You're on your own!

Cube Smart self storage at 6100 W Atlantic Boulevard in Delray Beach Florida Has been the cleanest and most professional storage unit i have ever had in my 49 years on this planet ??! Ed and Dave In the front office are so very helpful and professional It made my whole signing up process very simple quick and easy. One thing that I was concerned about is I have some expensive artwork ?? I have a strong peace of mind keeping my valuable items there. My other storage unit in delray does not have such an advanced camera system. I also noticed that its location is in a safe part of delray beach ?? which makes me feel very comfortable. Ask for Ed or Dave they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very pleased with Cube Smart Self Storage.

Unfortunately, upon move out hundreds of rodent droppings discovered. Had to throw out 1/2 of my belongings after storing them for 2 years and wasting my money on rent and the destroyed items. Plus, money spent on new droppings-free-boxes and lots of time spent on clean up. Extremely disappointed with my experience this time around. Will only feel some satisfaction if I receive adequate compensation for my losses. Waiting to hear back... Original Review Below: I am a returning customer, and have had such a terrific experience with my move in, that I wanted to write a review. The first time I called regarding my current rental, I spoke with Colin who couldn't have been more helpful. Then a couple days later Tom couldn't have been nicer while showing me some units so that I could figure out what size would work best for my items. Dawn - who is fabulous (more than I can express) - did everything else it took to get my move in completed. So happy with the staff! Thank you for a great experience! :)

The place is roomy, the units are clean. I have never had the pleasure of speaking with anyone as my husband is the one who handled the move. Our belongings feel safe, and after shopping around he found the best rate.

This Cubesmart is so conveniently located for me and the Manager Ed, and his associate Alfredo, are courteous, efficient and very welcoming! They went above and beyond in helping me with my moving in needs. They were great, and even stayed a few minutes late when we were running behind schedule with their truck when moving out! (Not that you should ask them to also) Maritza was continually a huge help and asset to our move-in and move-out experience. We definitely plan to rent space with CubeSmart again in the future!

Well maintained, but rate changes "GREATLY" over time. More than doubled in a short period of time. Be aware. Also, you must pay a REQUIRED insurance fee, which goes up as your monthly rate increases.

Cube Smart happened to me at a moment of desperation. I walked through their doors, and two hours later I was totally relieved. While there I experienced total freedom to come and go at the hours of indication. Their prices are reasonable and for me the locale was perfect. The young man Dre at the front was wonderfully supportive and cooperative. Thank you guys very much.

The cost I was expecting to pay after filling out the online form was $48.75 and the monthly cost I was expecting to pay was $49.50. The actual initial cost was $83.81 and the monthly cost will be $64.87. The added cost was for required Insurance - $12/Mth, Invoice fee $1/Mth, maybe some tax as well. Otherwise the manager was very helpful and and the facility seems very secure...

Great service! We rented a new unit. We were driven to see three options The facility is real clean. Our renting agent, Tom Fitzgerald was so helpful, pleasant and efficient. He also set up the use of the cubesmart box truck. This truck was waiting for us as promised. Wonder5ful expeience! Definitely recommend this place for all your storage needs!

I totally disagree with the first reviewer. Been with CubeSmart for 2 years now and can't say enough. Even with a few situations that came up with, on my end, Jenn made things work out seamlessly. She has always handled my problem and fixed it above and beyond my expectations. Great people, great facility hands down best experience.

Out of all the storage facilities I've rented from this is by far the worst. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of Jen during the rental. If I hadn't asked any questions she wouldn't have said anything. Trying to vacate over the phone was even worst even though my unit was empty and unlocked the day before. Horrible customer service. I will store my belongings under a bridge before I even consider using cubesmart again.
