Within five minutes of me making a reservation online, Juan called me to introduce himself and ask if I had any questions about the CubeSmart registration process or with CubeSmart in general. He was very helpful and welcoming. I met him later in the day to secure my storage space. He made things seamless and easy. I also met Lenny, who was also very courteous and professional. I felt very secure placing my belongings there and feel fortunate to have found them.

Absolutely not sure how they are getting five star reviews. When my renewal came up after my seventh month, my storage unit went up to 40%! I have called, sent emails, and even called CubeSmart corporate who reached out to this property and no one ever got back to me. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from here unless if you want to be paying double that in six months from now.

All these 5 star reviews of new customers.. wait until your first year is over and they double and 2.5x raise your rent. They kill you with kindness then sky rocket your rent. $328 a month for a 10x10 unit is ridiculous. It was $140 the first year. Do not rent here unless you only plan on staying for the first year.

They will not give you a pro rated refund when you prepay for the month and move out before the month is over. But they will be able to rent it the very next day. Double dipping at the expense of the customer. If I knew this I would have moved out the last day of the month. Watch out

Just an absolute horrible facility. Manager and front desk included. Every month there always seems to be an issue. Manager will never return a phone call he always puts it off and on to the front desk associate. She is extremely rude likely from being underpaid and having to deal with more responsibility than she is getting paid. We rent several units across several locations. Last month at the end of the month they had a technical issue in their system we tried moving spaces because there were spaces same size at half the cost of what I was paying. As the front desk associate noted check the spaces monthly if one comes up for cheaper you can just move out and move in to the new space with no issue since it's a month to month and no longer term commitment. The gates broken most times. It's either stuck up so anyone can get in or like now it's completely broken and has been for weeks. I don't have a single issue at the other facilities just this one in particular and like I said they just treat you like you're the worst human being and again it's not the Manager it's the front desk because the manager won't give a call or leave a message. I only stay because I have a large community directly across the street that I service. If it wasn't for that I would not be giving them my business.

Today when I needed access to toilets , on 1/6/23, at 3:35 pm, the employee/manager refused to talk to me or listen on phone pad while sitting behind counter. Her excuses were she was on her "lunch break" , and she was "on a call". Good luck having medical emergency when this dark skin woman is working. Shame if she stays on this job. Also, Since 12/23/22, I have sent 4 message asking when to empty my space not to be charged for Jan2023, not one response. Now they want to charge me despite no one being present on property on 1/1/23 and 1/5/23..

The facility is very clean & well managed. They have quite a few dollies for unloading. The only drawback I have is with the entry keyboard. It’s set back to much for short people. I have to undo my seatbelt & open my car door to reach the buttons.

I rented a Storage Unit and recently moved in. This was a seamless process. Easy to reserve online, complete my application and pay for my unit and initial fees. I was immediately texted and emailed with my unit number, gate and access codes as well as directions to the unit. Upon arriving at the storage facility located at Hagen Ranch Road in Delray Beach the property manager Renee was extremely helpful. She walked me to my unit, provided me with helpful information to make my move-in process as easy as possible. She was extremely helpful and personable. I recommend Public Storage at 14810 Hagen Ranch Road, Delray Beach Florida to anyone looking for a unit. When contacting them ask for Renee

The facility is in great shape and it's super clean! The staff is cordial, knowledgeable and very helpful. This is the best storage facility I have used in over 30 years in multiple cities and states. It is clean, has 3 levels of security to gain entry, always smells fresh and odor free. I always feel safe accessing the facility at all hours of the day even when I am alone. The lighting is excellent and my personal property is safe. The service is exceptional. Two very experience agents run the facility to the highest standards. They are professional, competent, knowledgeable, courteous and have gone above and beyond my expectations in assisting me to answer questions and solve issues that arose. The District Manager is exceptional as well. He answers all emails and phone calls in a timely manner. While following all Corporate Policies he and his agent treated me like family and helped me solve a problem. I recommend using this Hagen Ranch Public Storage facility with its highest standards of service and operational excellence.

I lost the keys to my unit and needed to get all my Christmas decorations out of storage. Fred at the Hagen ranch location was so helpful!! He had my lock drilled out within hours!! All I had to do was buy a new lock!! It was so easy - no stress. The location is easy to access and Super clean too!!! Thank you FRED and public storage

Be prepared to have to carry all your stuff up 3 floors. They only have like 3 carts available so if there is another party there loading or unloading you are out of luck. So unless you are training for an Ironman competition go somewhere else!

Being in sales and customer service myself I know how important it is for a company to have good people representing their company. I'm here to tell everyone about Sharret at the Hagen Ranch Road in Delray facility. This young lady took excellent care of me. She explained everything with patience and went out her way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am so happy I made the switch from Cube Smart to Public Storage and Sharret was a big reason why. Her manager and the company should know what a wonderful gem they have working for them. I rented a unit today and was helped by Shameka . Within minutes of filling out the information on line, I was contacted by Shameka and reviewed the process. She explained everything very well and I decided to go to the office and finalize my rental arrangement. She was very helpful and pleasant, and the space is very clean. At this point I am very pleased with this Public Storage. I also received a message from the manager within minutes of filling out the information, but I spoke to Shameka who called about a minute before the manager. The manager left a message. I appreciate the personal attention. You have great employees.

If you are looking for a new, safe, storage facility, Public Storage off of Hagen Ranch Rd is the place for you! Victoria and Sharret made the entire rental process easy, helped answer all of my questions, and even made changes to my reservation hassle free! It was a breath of fresh air during our moving process! I rented a 10'×10' space that looks pristine and it's even climate controlled with several security measures but easy access while we move into the space. Thankful for this great team and their exceptional customer service!

I am new to Public Storage, having recently rented a 5'x10' space in this brand new facility in SE Florida. I have seen an enormous amount of negative reviews about PS in general but they are largely confined to specific websites, which leads me to believe that they are not genuine. That said, if they are that has not been my experience. This facility is close to my home (why I chose it) and clean as can be. The staff was super friendly, particularly Sharret who has been nothing but forthright and accommodating as my sole contact so far with PS. Yes the $1.00 first month promo is not accurate because you are forced to buy their proprietary Orange Insurance and their proprietary lock, though for me the insurance doesn't suck, is reasonably priced and while it's irritating that it's mandatory and they don't tell you that till you're standing at the counter it's not a deal breaker. Besides it's still a free country so don't pay if you don't want to and look for another faciltiy! Like many other reviewers I also worry about bugs, rats, and odors but I took steps to protect my stuff from such things and I imagine anyone that cares about their stored stuff will too. Foolproof? Nope. Ceilings? Nope. The only way to insure your stuff is OK is to visit it everyday or find a way to store it at home. Again, storing your stuff off-site is a choice not a necessity, so if you don't like the way a business conducts their business take yours elsewhere. Duh. I am not a shill for Public Storage, just a guy new to the industry that has not seen what others claim to have seen. As for rates, they're entitled to raise them even though it does suck if they do it during the pandemic. However if you don't like it at most you'll only be on the hook for one month (no annual contracts is fabulous!) and if they're reasonable increases my bet is that other storage companies will be in lock step anyway. 4 stars for the experience so far, 5 because my contact Sharret at Public Storage in Delray Beach FL is aces!
