The property manager, Sasha, was extremely helpful. I haven't rented a storage unit in a while so I had made 2 seperate unit reservations. Not only did she help me get into my new storage unit quickly and efficiently but she interrupted her own lunch break just to help me out with getting my storage unit. Now that's dedication! I was able to look at the potential units before I decided to rent them. Which helped make my decision even easier! This facility is kept very nice and clean, the property manager is extremely nice, the prices are reasonable, a broad time to access your unit, your rental even includes either combination or keyed padlock and everything is straightforward. What more could you ask for in a self storage business? I would recommend this specific facility to anybody and anyone who is looking for a storage facility. Sasha is that property manager who will go up and beyond for you! I am confident in saying that at this location, they have 5 star customer service for a 5 star storage facility!

At first I didn't mind paying a few extra bucks at CubeSmart. That was until the worker, I would say Manager, if that's what she is, went off on me for trying to let her know she had left the front door to the office unlocked after business hours. Anyone could have taken the whole office. Computers and all!! She only finds it important to bless me out! And I think I'm doing her a favor! I was so angry! I wanted to remove my things right then! Another friend of mine told me he got a space a Publix Storage for 40 dollars cheaper than what I'm currently paying! I'm moving my stuff tomorrow! I want to call her some ugly names so bad! Make me want to spit!!!

Very bad business practices . They make you buy a lock or you don’t rent with them, they trick you in a lower price for one month and they up the price the next month. You are stuck with a lock weather or not , no refunds. 18.00 dollars is outrages ….what a poor way to take advantage of a customer????????

They had a wide selection of units and I found one that was sized right for storing a bicycle, an upright pump, a fan, a trainer mat and a Wahoo trainer. There were no billing problems and everything always worked at the site. The unit was inside and temperature controlled, so everything was always dust-free and in good condition.

After showing her how to handle things as an experienced manager myself, then she apologize and started dialogue to resolve my issue. Mentally I was already halfway through the door. POOR SERVICE.

After signing a lease for the storage unit of my car at the Dania Beach location, it turns out the unit I rented was too small and the facility had no other available units that would accommodate my car. General Managers, Wendy and Daniel, immediately got on the phone and computer to find me an alternate CubeSmart location that could accommodate my car size. Within minutes I was at the CubeSmart on Ravenwood and the General Manager, Sasha, was a bright light after a rather hectic start at Dania Beach.

I did a lot of searching before I decided to get a storage. I visit a couple of others and I did really like the customer service. Although cubesmart was a little more expensive , I choose them because of their customer service. I was having a very stressful day and the managers at this facility really turned my a whole day. Walked out with the first month free, great lock and my unit was very clean. And the ac units felt a pretty decent compared to the others I went to. Sasha and ken were great. It was real simple. I made an online reservation and within minutes I got a phone call from them. Unfortunately I missed the call, but they left a clear, detailed message asking if I had any questions or concerns. I didn't. I went down to the facility and Marilyn was very happy to help me. She was polite and informed. She answered any and all the question I asked. She showed me a couple of units that were the size I wanted and she let me pick which one to my liking. We went back to the office and we did paperwork. Marilyn knew my time was valuable and she was quick with the paperwork and all along was able to still have small talk with me to keep me entertained. My whole experience was about 20 minutes long. I am happy, and satisfied with the price. I would recommend this location of CubeSmart.

Don't understand why they wouldn't have security cameras inside the storage building. Not expecting the items stolen to be recovered.

Storage units are very cleaned and the facility is well kept. The two young ladys in the front desk were very nice and made sure I left with everything I needed. Not to sure if anyone knows this but CubeSmart sells good things for packing and moving. Bought 10 boxes and got a discount and some mattress covers for a decent price. Very impressive most storage places don’t have to much to sell but locks. Everything I needed was there so I didn’t have to make more then one trip. Thank you Cubesmart for the great customer service !!!

I am so impressed with Cubesmart!!They truly never fail me. Every time I need to use storage, no matter what location I chose from Texas, to Miami to now I Fort Lauderdale they are always so great to me. The service is amazing and they truly make you feel welcomed. Water is always offered which is a great when you’re moving in the hot sun!! Rental process does take a little long but the service and the maintenance makes up for it. Prices and promotions are always great. They are so much better then extra space. I am happy with the service and the deals I got from storing with CubeSmart. I needed a storage near by my house and I came across this one. Very quite and well kept storage place. Not like most I’ve been too, this was has been the most decent. Speaking with the ladies in the front they helped me get the exact size I needed. The process was easy and all the information was given to me and well explained. They offer water to customers which is great after a day of moving. Terrible Storage Place! Do not use! The elevator is broken, the halls are narrow, I have a 10x10 unit with a regular sized door and it’s completely dark (no light in the unit and the light outside the unit is blocked by the A/C.) Also, even to get into the place you have to get out of the truck to use the keypad. I’ve used a couple other storage places and this is by far the Worst one! And don’t forget the lack of customer service and hidden fees! Avoid at all cost (and it’s not the cheapest).

EXCELLENT experience! I'm renting space there and their staff, especially management, was super helpful in showing me multiple units that might fit my needs. The staff was kind enough to allow me to reserve/hold the unit for several days while I shopped other locations/options. In the end, I made the easy decision of going with them... Both their rates and their service were superior to other storage locations I considered. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering storage units!

Being in South Florida, having customer service this pleasant was refreshing in SO many ways. Jack assisted us from the moment we walked in the door till the moment we walked out better than i've been treated in YEARS. Take in mind, we walked in 4 minutes before closing, he smiled, made sure we understood every aspect of our storage unit, the billing, the space, the locks, the surveillance....EVERYTHING. We had a huge worry about flooding which happened at our last location, he gladly drove us to the retention pond and explained that even with the flooding of Hurricane Wilma, not one unit was damaged. He drove us around the complex and tended to us as VIP's. I'm not kidding & I wish I was getting paid to say this, but honestly don't need to. Both my brother & I walked out saying "WOW". Not only due to the great complex and what not, but honestly, the customer service. Jack. You rock. Cubesmart. You're lucky to have him. We honestly considered offering him a job.
