This places is amazing! Guilia helped me and my son through a very difficult time by helping way beyond our expectations. We needed to change storage units after my mother passed away with only a few days to clean up years of clutter. Guilia was patient with us as we went through the process, helped us with all of our needs, and made the administrative process a breeze. The property itself is incredibly well maintained. It is cleaner than any space I've seen, and they fix problems as soon as they are aware of them. I highly recommend this location!

Not a very welcoming experience when completing rental paperwork at Fort Myers Metro location. Was advised the CubeSmart lock would be removed that evening (7/3) but it was not. Not happy because the plan was to move belongings to our unit 7/4 but now can’t!!! I’m not a fan of paying for a service that I can’t even utilize.

On-site staff were very friendly. The size is not quite the advertised 10’ x 10’. I received a discounted rate, and staff were unable to tell me how long the discounted rate is in effect.

I have been a CubeSmart customer for over 15 years in New York. This week I relocated made a permanent move to Fort Myers. My new home was destroyed by the hurricane and my truck was on its way down with all of my life‘s belongings. I was in a panic. I called the local Cube Smart on Metro Parkway and spoke with Julia. My husband Brian and I have been renting here for the last five years. I'm very displeased over the continuous rent increases being that we are such loyal customers. The price keeps increasing when the grounds upkeep is depleting. We have a unit with no air conditioning, no lighting or electricity. The process for securing a storage unit began with an online reservation (no cost). Within minutes I received a call from Justin at Cube Smart and reserved a date to "move in." Justin went over the whole procedure and discussed monthly rates. We were able to "move in" sooner than expected so went to the facility where Crystal, very efficiently and professionally, got the paperwork done and escorted us to our unit. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart. It is clean, very well kept, and the customer service is outstanding!

Customer service was professional and courteous however I didn't have the GM on hand to recognize my motorcycle storage needs. The first unit assigned was at the end of a very tight row and almost impossible to navigate the turn into the unit. The second unit assigned was much better logistically but lacks an outlet to plug in the battery tender for the motorcycle. The last time I rent here for my motorcycle the GM assigned me a unit perfect for the motorcycle and a plug in for the battery tender....that shows her knowledge and experience in the business and how to please a customer. Hopefully when the GM returns on Tuesday she will be able to resolve. Units are clean, price is fair, place is secure and location convenient to my home, that's why I came back to rent again.

this is my first month here with cubes art after switching from public storage. Very clean and well maintained. The gentleman Terrance is awesome!! He treats everyone like family over the phone and in person and will go above and beyond to help his customers with what ever there needs maybe. I needed 24/7 access and they were closing in 5 minutes. He stayed 25 minutes passed his time just to help me because I really needed access to my unit at all times. Definitely recommend cubesmart great place.

How amazing and smart its cube smart. I don't know what has happened to me and my husband as soon as we entered the office we had smiles on our faces and not only that but we met Terrance what an amazing guy ! and we started to tel him all about our life and our business and definitely found the right place! The service has been excellent. I'm signing a lease tomorrow so, I actually didn't need my storage unit for another month, and today was my last day in my billing cycle. I had already paid for the next month, but Crystal let me know that if I cleared out today by 6 pm, I could get a check as refund sent to me. That's great! There are enough expenses in moving, and it' s nice to see a company do the right thing. Great service! Will definitely use CubeSmart again.

The staff was extremely helpful. I had a few items that were large and could be difficult to fit through doors, the staff was on the phone with me several times to make sure the unit would work for me. This was a huge relief since I was driving an hour there with a trailer full of items for storage.

This is one of the many reasons I decided to move to Fort Myers. The environment and the people are something you wouldnt find in Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. They made accommodations with me being a college student and they were the sweetest people ever and I highly recommend.

Clean site, although a bait and switch on pricing. Hidden fees disclosed at the time of signing, "one time fee" $24 for setting up the account, and forced insurance requirements. "Caveat Emptor" Renters Beware! I didn't have my homeowners declaration in my back pocket, so I asked if I could provide the declaration and proof of offsite insurance within 24hrs. so I didn't have to pay the $12/mo. insurance. The response from Dan was yes bring the declaration and I'll give you the $12.00 back. I returned to drop off the remaining items I needed to store, when I questioned a different manager, Laura, about bringing the declaration the following day, Laura had a different story about the insurance. Apparently I won't be getting my $12 dollars back for the first month, once they have your money you don't get it back. So typical, I'm with CubeSmart now but I don't think I'll stay long. I believe CubeSmart's question is "did We Wow You?" My answer, wow how unscrupulous people are for $12 dollars, not impressed.

Very friendly staff, took there time with us. Allow u to see unit b4 any obligation & if that was the right fit as well. We only needed small outside unit & drive a large vehicle at times, so they showed us how to get around with no isissue. Made sure we had proper lock which we did. Prices are resanonable & the security gates & hours are great. There not however a 24 hour facility so if your looking for that this isn't the place to rent from. We however like that fact due to late nights are when you find there is a lot of theft. I've never heard of this place having any break ins only good reviews from others. I would recommend this place to anyone if ask. Thanks guys you were great.
