Rental rates increased well beyond inflation For the longest time, lighting in the facility was on a short fuse timer that made it impossible to work in your unit. Also, many of the "Fluorescent" lights were burnt out. I asked to use a pod for move out and was denied claiming that it was written in the Cubesmart regs as prohibited. I checked the regs, no such prohibition exits. The owner is a lair.

My unit was always accessible when I wanted to get into it. The entire place, inside and out, was clean and neat. No bugs. The management was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Hurricane Ian struck the immediate area and caused destruction everywhere, but my unit and this facility weathered the storm valiantly. My stuff was safe and dry. The price was right and the online payment process was simple. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs a little bit of clean conditioned space for storage.

The manager Ron is always very friendly and helpful. When I needed a smaller unit after downsizing from my bigger one he recommended a 5 x 10 that the was much easier to get access to. This CubeSmart is THE BEST! GM Ron is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. He was always a pleasure to speak with. The owner was very helpful as this was my first time using a storage facility. The grounds and unit were extremely clean and in excellent condition. Security was top shelf so I feel that my belongings are in good hands I would definitely recommend this company.

I had been filling a storage unit in order to stage my condo for sale and was on my last trip leaving directly afterward to the airport. I had mistakenly left my lock keys back at the condo with no time to take items back to condo to get the keys and return and still make it to the airport. The staff there came up with a solution using a locker for the minor number of times for a month and then when I return I will cancel that contract and move the items. One staff person actually helped me move the items to the locker to save time while the other staffer created the documents to sign since I was already a client (also saving time). It was seamless and a great solution! I made my flight and my personal items are secure. Bravo!

We had a great first class welcome and service from your employees. We reserved our 10 by 20 rental space online and were greeted with proper concise instructions to be at the facility the next morning. The paperwork was completed by Ron Dallas in minutes while the guided tour of the space we wanted to rent was being done and found not only the space but the entire Section of Building C to be well maintained. We returned to the office and signed the paperwork and moved some of our household goods into the space by 5 PM and they even checked to make sure that we were satisfied and had no trouble. Last week I needed storage in the Fort Myers (Iona) area, I expected it to be cheaper out near Rt41, but as I compared prices I was amazed that I was able to get Climate Controlled storage closer to home (near Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach) cheaper than out in Town. I went to the CubeSmart beside Publics on Gladiolus in Iona and Trisha was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and got me inn and out quickly. I also love the fact that I can get to my storage from 6a-10p. "THANKS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE GUYS!!!"
