Everything about this facility is A+ starting with the manager Ann. She is very knowledgeable about the company and it's processes. She was very hospitable & professional, and she thoroughly explained everything about the facility and lease agreement. She was always very pleasant when I saw her on the grounds and keeps the property very clean and fresh , I've personally seen her cleaning & mopping even though she looked exhausted. She also does her best to ensure everything is in working order. Upon my move out today, she was by herself in the office checking in other customers, but briefly told me not to worry, she would be doing a walk through before she closed at 5p and ensured that she will make sure my account was closed, that was about 420p. At 451p I received a text from Ann and an email confirmation of my account closure. I appreciate you for all you do there Ann, keep up the great work, you're fantastic and definitely deserve a GM position! Nadiyah ??

The women there are amazing. My problem is I have a unit on the 2nd floor and your elevators are broken and have been broken. This has delayed my move, cost me a fortune in hotel stays, I’m going to have to pay movers to get my stuff to the truck from the 2nd floor since no elevators. This has completely ruined all my plans for my move and cost me literally thousands already and I can’t even say how many more thousands it’s still going to cost because my stuff is stuck upstairs and I can’t physically move it down myself and my husband who moved it there has separated from me. And not to mention I wasn’t done moving my stuff there so I had to get a tiny unit on the first floor and cram the rest of my stuff in that. This is completely unfair to your guests and even more so to your employees. Once this is all said and done I am going to make sure everyone knows how headquarters handles this and I won’t stop sharing until I am reimbursed for all the troubles you have caused financially. Unfortunately you can’t replace the memories that I’ve missed by not moving when I should have. I would like someone im corporate to contact me about this issue.

Reserving a space was easy as pie. Ann did my reservation intake and thoroughly covered my options. I was shown 2 units to choose from in the size I wanted. We set a move in date. I met Krystal to finish my contract the day before move in and was able to apply the 10% discount I had received by email from CubeSmart, giving me even more savings. The app they have was super easy to use to gain entry at the gate instead of getting out of the car to tap in the code like at my last storage place. This particular storage address had been hit by Hurricane Ian and is still working their butts off getting every thing functional again, but place has a new roof which is a great perk. Building was clean and staff was friendly.

Absolute clowns, they jacked up my rents constantly and ripped me off with fake insurance for years then when hurricane peeled the roof and exposed my stuff to the weather they locked out my access for 2 months until everything was moldy beyond repair then their scam insurance won't pay the paltry coverage you're supposed to get after being forced to buy the useless policy. They should just be honest and raise the rents another $132 a year rather than selling you fake insurance that only collects premiums and won't pay damages when you have a loss.

The women at the store were very sweet, but most outstanding was a man named Ben from PA call center. I called after hours as my ex sent down the largest truck u-haul had of a few things of mine, but the rest filled with his trash from former marriage and girlfriend that had been stored for years and was trash. He did this for spite...I had no one to drive this truck, nowhere to put the stuff as my unit was small. I was crying, and Ben, who answered the call, was so kind and soothing and helpful, like an angel. I was most fortunate to have called him at that moment. I wish I could get him a raise...there are so few good people left in this world....

Just got a 5x10 and pretty happy. Nice facility and a great price. The setup process was quick and painless. Coming from a different storage place, it was nice but they jacked up my rate for the second time. When will companies learn that excessive rate increases cause smart consumers to look around. I recently rented a storage unit and moved in after hours to quickly realize that I under estimated the amount of space that I was going to need. I called an after hours number to get help. Mary, the general manager, was kind enough to leave her family and what she was doing, on a Sunday, to get me sorted out. She arrived within minutes after my call. In a short period of time she assessed my move and offered sound logistical advice. As stressful as a move can be, this experience was SEAMLESS!

Absolutely the most welcoming and helpful staff at a public storage location (and I have had experience with four others in Florida). The information was presented clearly, orally and in written format; the brochures are helpful and complete. The staff went the extra mile to allow us to "plant" a 8 foot x 12 food POD in the back alley. We were able to park that POD within 20 feet of our interior climate controlled unit. The director of this Cube Smart storage location brought us a pair of bottles of water and asked if there was any additional help that she could offer. My experience with this facility has been a true pleasure. The outside grounds, as well as the actual storage areas, are always spotless. My children's mother has, on a few occasions, had a need to store some of hers and our children's possessions in my unit. She is always commenting on the cleanliness and the ease of accessibility. I, myself, have used other storage facilities in the past, and this particular one is by far the best. The manager is always courteous and willing to help with any issues I may have. Over the past 5 years different members of my family have rented lockers from this CubeSmart. If someone moved to Ft Myers, when we had to empty out a home we own but wanted to rent it out, when my father passed away and we weren't ready to sell his furniture. Sometimes we need a locker long term and sometimes short term. Diane has always been compassionate and available. There are lots of options in terms of size and location of lockers and the prices are very fair. I wouldn't even think of using another place.
