My most recent move was a nightmare with the movers. Tammy and Esther went above and beyond to help me get through it. Tammy helped me pick the right size bin for my stuff. See pic below, she was spot on. Not "overstuffed", and I dont feel like I have paid for more storage than I need. She also found me a discount at Cubesmart online I didnt know about, and made sure I had access to load in when the mover changed the schedule not kidding 10 times and changed days four different times. Talk about stress. Now here is the real cherry on top. While loading in, Esther not only made sure I had everything I needed, but she drove by on her golf cart several times to check on me. When she noticed I was looking a little warn down from arguing with the movers about overcharges, she stopped and just chatted for a few seconds and gave me a few words of encouragement that I really REALLY needed at that moment. You are a real class act, Esther. Thank you. This is my second time renting here, and if I need to rent again, I will come back here. Thanks again girls, I hope Cubesmart sees this, so that they know what an asset the two of you are to your company.

When I had to meet a storage unit renter here recently, the manager of this facility came out of the store to ask how he could assist me. When I told him the reason for my visit, he knew about the event in progress and gave me enough details and information to help me coordinate the project. Top-notch customer service.

Yennipher is always super helpful! I had a ton of questions before renting and she gave me the answers I was looking for every time. I pay less here than some of my friends did at other storage companies so they decided to rent here too. The store and units are always super clean and my stuff hasn't shown any signs of damage.

Scam central.. just realized I got swindled by Uhaul at Midguard Storage Manager David $14 a day rental on phone became $21 day rental in person at drop off it came to $91 returned 3 days early. Told me if it was returned early I would get the difference..nope Uhaul told me signing the contract was final and that "David" told a bold face lie. Thanks for scamming me. Manager has zero customer service skills it's like talking to a statue. Now Uhaul at Classic Auto in Sevierville Tn absolutely was understanding and explained due to the distance that it was a four day charge which is all that needed to be explained in Ft Myers not tell the customer they will get refund on the days not used.

When UHaul fell asleep on the job, and did not arrange for the reserved truck, Taylor at Midguard was already on the ball. She checked the reservation, found the equipment herself, and dispatched her colleagues to get it. At the same time I received a call from UHaul telling me they didn't feel like fulfilling the reservation promise, I got a call from Taylor at Midguard telling me she took care of everything. Way to go, wonderful Taylor! You have the skills, the brains and the attitude to make it very far in life! And THANK YOU to your entire (military) family! We appreciate everything you do!
