Yes, Cynthia (Cyndy Lou) was extremely helpful and friendly! We have stored our 25 ft RV many times around the country in various storage facilities and flown home to Boston. This was one of our easiest and most reasonably priced arrangements ever, thanks to Cynthia. Uber was easily arranged to Ft.Myers airport,and there were great services and amenities close to this Cubesmart facility. We will be back as very satisfied customers!

Cynthia is absolutely wonderful. Called me ahead of time to see when we would be arriving. Had the unit open and ready to view and had all the paperwork ready to go. Very helpful and knowledgeable and makes sure you have absolutely everything needed for a easy move. Definitely recommend her and even told her boss that she needs a raise. Highly recommended. The manager at this location, Cynthia, was extremely helpful! When we arrived to inquire about outside storage space, she explained their situation with having space for our needs, but the lot had sustained some damage from flooding due to Ian, and had to be leveled and graded to accommodate our needs. She went out of her way to get the spaces repaired the same day with a local crew and even went so far as to order the material she needed to repair the area on the spot! She had the space ready for us the same day, and got us moved in, all of our expectations were blown away with her service and great adaptability to the situations on their property! Thanks so much for an out-of-this-world experience!

Ian really did a number on this place. Been storing 2 boats and a camper here for 12 years. Judging by the mud level inside my camper the whole place must have been 4 ft deep. Roof gone from office. Can't reach anyone by phone. Bad shape man

Every year my family and I visit Sanibel. We bring our boat with us to enjoy the area’s waterways. After looking around, I found this property. It provides everything a boat owner needs to safely store and care for your boat. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Even better, the location is just a short drive from Punta Rassa. Rude management. Raising rates w/o notice. Mislead lot sizes. Don't bother renting here. This would be the one on chitwood dr. My unit has leaked for over a year and no one has fixed it. Lost approximately $5000 in materials. According to them I should have had insurance. I would think that a major roof leak on their containers should be their responsibility. Not according to cube smart.

Well, initially this morning started out a little rough, but then I walked into CubeSmart, and I met Cynthia Heisler. For starters, it was only 8:30AM, and opening time for the office is 9:30AM. So, I was pleasantly surprised to have the office open, not to mention staffed with a General Manager of Cynthia's caliber. She knew the answers to all my questions; even answers to questions that I didn't even know I needed to know! You know? ?? Often times, people write reviews because they are motivated to share their story of a negative experience. I prefer to write reviews when things are positive, and when a staff member impresses me with their high level of customer service skills and concern for rectifying any issues I might have. Love Storage Unlimited! Rented a 40 ft container as a studio/workshop, cost less than a 1 car sized storage at a name brand place, with electric, great rates! Owner is easy going, friendly, easy to work with:) It's hard to find a cheap work space in a city, and this place is perfect! Secure, clean, well maintained, easy access.

I have not a bad word to say about Storage Unlimited however there is a sister company named Cape Coral Electric ran by a hack named Franko Ryan. He does a hack job on every job he touches and pisses off every customer he does work for.... This guy does nothing but leave open promises and unfinished work... He hired me 3 months ago and paid me maybe a quarter of what he owes me... DO NOT HIRE CAPE CORAL ELECTRIC OR YOU WILL BE SORRY....
