Chess is amazing that’s the only reason I have 2 stars because it’s located on mlk but the prices are high and the owner or general manager does not care about the facility.the main office is so hot,the elevator sounds like it’s going to break down and there was a problem with the door being damaged and I didn’t have access to my unit and had to wait over 30 minutes only to walk through The office to get to my unit.the garbage was a major issue and was filthy for weeks.i called management and he basically said the owners didn’t want to front the bill to have the trash removed.

The front desk service is great It's just what you paying for don't make sense. Making people have to pay for insurance when they may not even want it or can afford it or they may just don't need it.. that should be optional if you want insurance or not but it's not.. So I would not be putting anything in storage for some many years..

My experience with Miss Christian and Miss princess was wonderful. I don't know who that other young lady is there with the braids the black young lady she was not good and I've been a corporate manager over 40 years. My advice is to get rid of her lazy non enthusiastic self. That is my advice Miss Christian made it easy for me when I came back with a little this may I bought a part of myself but she solved it for me Miss princess welcome me in with a very easy and opening welcoming and super support for my things being there. Thank you very much for all your concerns and thank you for Miss Christian and Miss princess. The other lady stayed gone from a quarter to 11:00 to after 12:00 ??

I totally give a 0 stars to the store in MLK Junior on Fort Myers FL 33916, rudeness unprofessionalism and regrettable customer services from them, also they are a pain in the soul with that payment harassing but very low for update the account status and, why keeping the ?? on the storage space if it is already paid off? Then they have the guts to retaliate against the customers with banish them from give future services because you claim your rights to get good services?! To who concern my post! 2 stars because the space is nice enough and works for what you need but but $30 administration fee to get space through CubeSmart App (the only way to register and reserve a space) is F’n ridiculous!!!! I administrated to whole process on my phone. The people who work there just tell you to use the app. Stupid!!!!

Needed for the hurricane. Place was always very clean and the staff was fantastic. Only complaint would be sometimes lots of people moving in and out with multiple trucks. No one’s fault but maybe a cart limit.

Cube Smart on MLK in Fort Myers is wonderful! Very clean and secure. Our whole house was stored there for 4 months and we never had an issue. The booking process online was very easy. Needed a climate controlled space right after Hurricane Ian hit Ft. Myers as catatory 5. Found one, went there and Princess helped me, she was Amazing! Very helpful, explained everything and was very patient. My only compliant is the door was broken so I didn’t have after hours access. But like I stated, we just had Cat 5 hurricane. I was just happy to find a spot & have a great experience in the middle of the chaos!

Arrived Sunday afternoon on 10/9/22 with a group of people to help move our belongings into our reserved storage unit. We reserved a unit on 10/7/22. Upon arrival, I was unable to access the building with the access code I was provided at around 4pm. Other individuals were also present at the time, who also failed to get in with their access codes. There was a piece of paper on the access door noting that the door is broken, presumably damaged from Hurricane Ian, suggesting customers to come back during normal business hours. Access was previously 6am to 10pm 7 days a week. No prior notifications were given after reservations were finished before driving all the way up from Bonita Springs to Fort Myers. Called to request for a refund, but nobody answered my calls for a refund on 10/10/22 and 10/11/22. I have since emailed this location requesting for a refund.

My son needed to rent some storage space for a few months and choose this place mainly because it is close to home and they were offering a discount with the 1st month free if you signed up online. I went with him to sign paperwork and get access to his storage unit. Crystal was the name of the young lady that was taking care of my son and she was just the sweetest, nicest, most helpful person, showing my son 2 different unit sizes, making sure he was getting the right one for all his stuff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to rent a storage unit because you may find one that is closer to your home or even a little cheaper, but you won't find the outstanding customer service that this place offers! I needed to store sum furniture temporary and ran across this facility. I had realized Cubesmart just had built near me. This place is very immaculate , luv the furniture flat dolly carts. Its easily accessible & in convenient location. The online reservation set-up was amazing & easy for me to use. And on top of that this MLK location has the most friendly, caring, concerned an very compassionate staff around this area. Which makes my storing experience, even more of a pleasure. With this company my 1st time...Kudos to Princess the (Manager) for assisting me with changing my unit closer to the elevator due to my mobility need issues. She was polite & prompt in getting me squared away the same day after confirming my reservation. I can't Thank her enough as i really appreciated her for going above an beyond. I will definitely recommend Cubesmart at this location and your other locations to all my family an friends. I am a teacher changing schools this year and have to store my stuff for a bit. I ordered the cube easily online Wednesday evening to move in on Friday. I was delighted to hear from Princess and Krystal right away via text that my unit would be ready and easily accessible. Come Friday afternoon, I quickly realized I'd need a bigger unit. I texted the office right away and within the hour we were unloaded into the new unit, easy-breezy. It was a quick and painless transfer. The facility is incredibly clean and the workers are so polite! I highly recommend.
