Nanetta at the Palm Beach Blvd. Location is Amazing! Provides the BEST customer service right from the first minute I contacted her!! Explains everything in detail in a way that makes sense to the average customer. Prepared everything ahead of time to make sure our move was stress-free as possible truly grateful. Wish there were more customer service representatives like her that promote Goodwill for their company.

I found this location which is perfect to where I work and miss Nanetta , was so helpful so kind and so nice with helping me with my unit after everything that I'm going through. It is so appreciated the kindness and the service that I was given and I just wanted to be noted that she is phenomenal and fantastic and deserves to know that she has touched my heart, and is great at what she does. I am so comfortable here and I will be using CubeSmart for as long as I can. Amanda was awesome in explaining my options and pricing. She was very thoughtful in explaining the facility and timing . Update. Moved out. The few tripled. Stated at 90 and ended at 240 per month. They are not honest at all

Fantastic guy helped me! They have SAFE indoor various sized units & outdoor vehicles storage. From small ones in locked buildings to larger ones with either regular door on 6x10', 10x10' , 10x20' and larger with overhead door. New roof.Great employees.PROBLEM being am Paying HIGHER rent on 10x10' unit than 10x20' unit
