A++ on service!! The first day I went in to gather information and met Esther. She answered all my questions and even took me a tour of the facilities. Showing me different sizes and options along the way. I returned a couple of days later to complete the rental process and Esther was there to continue the process without a hitch! I also met Krystal that day and she jumped right in to expedite the process. After the paperwork was complete Esther walked me to my unit, informed me of the procedures to enter the building and the elevator. Straight up I don’t think it could have been any easier. Top Notch from beginning to end!! Totally satisfied!

I recently rented a storage unit at Cube Smart on Colonial Blvd in Fort Myers. I did it all online and the process was easy and seamless. Today I used their almost new moving van to move furniture and boxes. For a $10 fee and $5 worth of gas (very close by), my wife and I had things taken care of in no time. I’d like to give a shout out to Krystal for making the process very easy!

I just got a call from the front desk of here harassing me about my bad review. I said if there was one, it was from when I got double charged back at the beginning…6 months ago. In my head I’m like where is this coming from. Then she goes on about the review I left about pests and issues and I should have come to them first, etc. extremely rude and wouldn’t let me talk. UMMMM before you call a “Melissa” in your files, make sure you have the right one before going off on someone! Wow! Just WOW! Horrible!!! How dare you call an old customer and go off on them for any reason, yet alone have the wrong one! Shame on you!

Multilingual staff, very helpful,& kind. Esther was very professional, answered all my questions and I’m so glad we didn’t rent a u-haul because they offered a moving truck with a dolley and blankets. She walked us through our unit and they cleaned the unit before we packed our things in. Unit has security camera and passwords too.

Square footage of 10x5 is about 5sf less. WHY?? This is a critical issue when planning. BEWARE! But CubeSmart rates are good in this market. Getting 10% less space than expected is not a positive experience.

It was easy to reserve a storage cube and sign the paper work. Everything is clean, the lighting is good, and there are restrooms on site. The staff is friendly and easy to do business with. I’m glad I picked this storage location.

I don't usually write reviews but I read other people's reviews when needed. So here goes... After traveling for 2 days driving a moving van and towing a car and a boat, it was such a pleasure to find a clean, spacious facility with restroom on site, affordable competitive prices, office on site with a knowledgeable attendant, tall covered unloading area with flat carts available for use.Then to find that the storage units have wire ceilings to deter theft from above was a bonus. Best storage facility I've ever used!
