You have access is till 10p. However, if you stay after 10p, you're literally trapped until morning time. That's the dumbest thing ever. If you're inside, you should be able to come out. Also, hire overnight security. Police passed us FIVE TIMES while we were looking very suspicious but never came to check what was going on. We needed help there was nobody to call. No warnings stating there is no exit if you stay pass 10. All very stupid. Enjoy ya day!

**1-Star Review: Disappointing and Unreliable** I am extremely disappointed with this storage facility. During a recent storm, the facility flooded, and my storage unit was affected. Even after the storm passed and the area dried out, I still did not have access to my unit. To make matters worse, despite having insurance and trusting that the facility would provide some form of coverage, they somehow managed to avoid covering the damages. There was no communication or support from management, and the lack of preparedness for flooding is unacceptable. I trusted this facility to keep my belongings safe, but it failed miserably. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for secure storage.

THE WORST STORAGE UNIT COMPLEX EVER! The manager (August 2024) is a LIAR! Everyone at Cube Smart is a liar! The area supervisor is NO HELP! The facility flooded in May/June 2024. The area supervisor requested access to my unit and promised to send replacement keys for the new locks placed on my unit. That was July 9, 2024. It's now August 28, 2024 and I still have not received the keys to my unit. I have called many times to the store, left many voice mail messages, spoken with the supervisor several times, spoken with Zeus the manager and spoken with customer service on the 800 number. Result? Nothing, I still do not have the keys to my unit. I have called the store and spoken with the manager, Zeus, who promised to send the keys out almost a month ago. I called again on Monday, August 19, 2024 and still have not received the keys. There is always an excuse every time I call. I have provided a forwarding address for the keys at least 5 or 6 times. I have rented this storage unit for 7 years and enough is enough! Where are my keys!

The whole online rental process was very easy. However, when I got to the storage to park my vehicle in the designated spot according to my lease, the gates were wide open and appeared to be inoperable. Not sure how secure the location will be but I am hoping it will be a relatively quick repair.

I truly don’t like the fact that it’s going on one week and I haven’t had access to my stuff, there has been a flood last week and the streets have now been cleared up for 3/4 days and we’re still not able to view our things to see how damaged they are. By now all of the water in the storage has gone away and our stuff is sitting getting moldy and we aren’t able to even check on it, now that I’m reading the reviews this is an all the time thing at this location, those streets are always getting floody. It’s ashamed that no one has even gone to give us updates, I’ve been calling for days they are still out of office, it wasn’t a hurricane so I’m confused on why they are taking so much time away. if you area thinking of leaving your stuff here you need to know: they have several recent police reports on lost/stolen property, Rvs, jet skys, units, etc, theres no security, cameras are just for show, they leave the door open all day and everyone has a code, they never let you know that your property is stolen (very sshady management) they dont have fixed spaces, so if you taje your boat, trailer or rv you will never get back to the same spot, if something goes wrong they change the name.

No star is not an option on here. otherwise, that is what I would have given. This place is the worst. Do not go here. You will be paying more and more. I am really unhappy with the service that I have received for the last few years. I have been there for three years now, and since I have been there, I have had an increase in my unit every few months. I started at $71.36, and now it is at $132.06, which is $60.70 more a month. Which is crazy since there are so many storage units around. Since I have been there, my unit got broken into when there was the break-in. Back in May I was hit with a $498.00 bill because even though you had my credit card information my payment was not taken out and nothing changed during those months and then all of sudden bam $498.00 hit my bank card. When I called about this I was told that because there was a problem with my bank which is not true as the money has always been there. I didn't call and give updated information. It just happened to go through at $498.00. Come on. I can understand going up in rent if changes are being made to make it better, but honestly, there is nothing stopping someone from going over the fence again to break into places. Something has to be done because if not, then I am going to pay and move my things to a storage place that treats their customers fairly.

I have rented a unit from this company for 4 years. I started off paying around $45 or so per month. There is a small incremental increase in rent payment each year or so. My payment for October 2021 was $60.71. My November 2021 payment somehow magically increased to a $100 without explanation or warning from anyone. Now, I have to scramble and figure out how to retrieve my items from this storage unit. I would not recommend this place to anyone EVER! Furthermore, I called the local phone number of the store where my items are located. Somehow, I reached a call center in India. This is further frustrating and truly unacceptable. I can not reach the local store by phone. I absolutely hate this company.

As a new business, they certainly had an impact on our ability to grow, as they ensure that our shipments are properly delivered to our unit and are always available if any of our carriers or team members are experiencing access issues. If you rent here make sure you get what they offer you in writing. Zeus, the manager will say one thing to get you business and then will NOT honor it a month later. Very unprofessional. Maintenance of the buildings does not exist. Most of the common area lights are out of order for years. When it rains many storages get flooded and your belongings will get ruined. Stay away from this facility if you can!

My husband and I went to Storage Sense to inquire about a parking spot for our Motorcycles but unfortunately they were completely occupied. The las time I was at this facility the management was unprofessional the location was unclean and not well maintained. This was not my experience this time - They have the most professional staff especially the Location Manager Zeus! I have a climate controlled unit and I must say I do not fear insects because the location and buildings are very well maintained. and the price is really affordable. I would definiely recomment this location if you are in need of storage space..

Im a customer since the summer and I came at 9:30am the time that it’s supposed to be open to get a space for my car and I had an appointment at 10 near by and by 9:40 i had to leave since personal still wasn’t there. So when I came back for the second time, I told Ms. Lewis about this inconvenience and she just replied with a “Life happens” and that lack of professionalism is what pissed me off. If she would of apologizes and kept a good attitude about my experience I would of understand and I asked her about it and she seems to become frustrated and the lack of unprofessional in her demeanor makes me think she hates her job. She didn’t know I was a customer already which is worse what if I would of just taken my money somewhere else.

It is the place where the Hallandale condo dwellers go to store our work trucks power toys and campers. There aren't too many other places like it nearby and therefore it is kind of expensive. The place is a bit run down but Im sure your boat or project car won't mind. No access between 930pm and 6am. So early rising work truckers and Fisherman be forewarned. If you want to cruise all night in the mustang be prepared to take it home with you till morning. With that said the location is convenient. Almost all vehicle parking is covered which is a big plus if your camaro has leaky t-tops or your boat tends to retain the rain. Customer service went down hill since cubesmart sold the place. Good place to store things that your condo wont let you keep. It comes at a price so pay it or slap a for sale sign on that jetski.

Way better when they were U.S. storage. Couldnt access my storage when they were doing construction. They didn't notify me that I wouldn't be able to but they made sure to call and tell me I didn't pay my payment I told them they will have to wait for my payment till I can get into my storage they said they are going to charge me late fees. On top of that the roaches greet you when you go into your storage didn't have these guest before.

I recently had the great pleasure of working with the manager Gabriel and manager James there at the Hollandale CubeSmart. I was doing business there and they were exceptional. They were kind, patient, and courteous. It was quite impressive when manager Gabriel drove us around on the golf cart, to see that he knew everyone by name who rented a storage unit there. They were willing to bend over backwards to help us on all of our ventures there. We got there a little later than expected because we drove there form Homestead, a long ways journey. They didn't rush us or send us away to do this business another day. Their professionalism exceeded our expectations! We were there to clean out 5 storages units, but the task was a bit more overwhelming than we expected. Manager James personally went to each of our units to verify that I will have the perfect lock for each unit! They even provided water for us to drink free of charge. I witnessed their interaction with their clients, and I saw that their professionalism was not just for me doing business there, but it extended to everyone of their clients. It is with pleasure that I would 100% recommend this Hallandale CubeSmart to anyone looking for space to store their things. I personally want to say to Gabriel and James thank you for the y kindness that you extended to me. You both are wonderful assets this company great company!

Very kind Customer Service and attention the only detail I have a huge inconvenience as ta first time renter is that I noticed that I could not drive a UHaul load to the warehouse I got randomly chosen for me and when I asked to move to an easier one I was told to take my merchandise with a dolly or cart that is a huge inconvenience when getting a 20 x 20 area or use the small doors it's pallets worth of stuff. oh well first time live and learn. It’s bad enough when you get there and have to wait 25 min because they where late because of traffic, but right after they open one left to go get ice cream a staid or helping all the guest that happen to be waiting 25 min also. I had to basically go get my title for my trailer just for a parking space and come back to them taking sexually inappropriate words between another at the work place. I had to wait nearly 2 hours for my translation. This place is a joke and asked me to do a commit so here it is. Hope you guys actually do something about it. I will never rent another storage in my life thanks to this storage. They are lairs, they steal things out of people storages and they went in mines. We pay are monthly rent and they lock us out and make up these silly stories with all these lies and their telling you when you can come to your storage and when you can't also how long you can stay. I am very disappointed in grown people well who I thought were grown but very childish and like to play all these kids games. It's sad how we can't get no justice, my mom needs her medicine because she's sick and in pain and they refuse to let her. We have everything in there and we can't get nothing, we have to stay in the same clothes for days because they don't want to follow the law.

I've been with the storage company for a about 2 years. At one point I had 2 units. I'm very Unpleased on how they do with stolen items. My fiancé purchased A new jet ski and decide to store it in our unit/spot. We only had the ski 1 week and it was stolen. They " reviewed" the tapes but found noting because of a lightning storm. So now we have to take a major lost because of this " lightning storm" 2 thumbs down!

Great service... just rented a second unit... been here over a year... highly recommended ———-////——-////———////——-2024 update Unfortunately the USA Companies are acting like miserables, all concepts about the Customer Always is Right it is not more longer Actually Few months ago this Facility Storage was flooding with a lot of rain Personally I lost very important pictures, videos and stuff when my child’s born After 12 years paying this storage because the US FAMILY SYSTEM TOOK MY HOUSE, I have no place to storage this stuff, so, for this millionaire company negligence who don’t fix well the drainage this flooding happens, THE MOST INCREDIBLE THEY CHARGE FOR INSURANCE, I asked if the insurance it is going to compensate our stuff And they say NO, you can re-read my history to understand, it is about my child’s stuff, emotional, sentimental stuff, no regular stuff, it is just Child’s first Drawing ect, VERY INHUMAN, THEY DON’T care, if any attorney read this please contact me to suit it, Thank you

Sandra and Michael at US Storage were very helpful when I called looking for a place to store my car. When I arrived I noticed the security cameras and their helpful service pretty much gave me the piece of mind to go with US Storage since it is just off I95 and Hallandale Beach Blvd. Enclosed units have a light switch and a power outlet which is convenient for leaving a trickle charger on the battery so that the car starts right up whenever you come to get it.

Great gated storage location right off 95. The staff is amazing. Highly professional with excellent customer service skills. Very safe location with cameras all other the place and gated. Would definitely recommend US storage to all my friends and family. Oh and best of all the rates are very reasonable!!

Excellent service and value. Greatly appreciate prompt placement of parking, very efficient. As I am based in Vancouver, Canada, I felt very comfortable leaving my car with US Storage with the sound security system that they have in place on the property. Conveniently located to FLL airport. I was able to access my vehicle with a secure code outside of business hours with no issues here. Highly recommend and I will definitely return. One happy snowbird.

Have been here a long time, and downsized to a smaller unit. Unfortunately, it's in a building which has no electricity and I have no lights in the unit. I have asked for at least three years for this to be corrected, and have been told it was "impossible". Nothing fron an engineering standpoint is "impossible", so I continue to be dissatisfied about this issue. Staff is nice, but ownership is "impossible"!
