I used to love this place until recently. Friendly staff, power, lights, and also break ins. I had to find out from a neighboring unit that 15 units were broken into. Obviously not feeling secure, I canceled my unit. Unfortunately paid and tried canceling 3 days after my month started. I was looking for any type of refund on my month as I only used 3 days. Instead I was told they wouldn’t officially cancel my unit until the district manager reaches out. We’re going into a new month and still no answer. I had to call the 800 number to ensure I wouldn’t get charged another month. STILL waiting for the district manager to call me as I find it pretty unethical the reason I even canceled is because these break ins were kept quiet. Maybe I can get noticed with this review and someone will take me seriously. **EDIT** No point in emailing that generic email address. No one ever gets back to you. You call the 800 number and they just “make a note” of your phone call. This place has robbed me of $300 and has no accountability. Check out my other reviews, this is the ONLY bad review I’ve left. Go figure.

This was a great experience. All staff were polite, professional and competent. The price ranges were good especially for a site that felt secure. My one and only complaint is that there were mice in my storage unit. I almost didn’t want to mention it because there’s only so much anyone can do about mice. Overall I highly recommend this location and company.

The ladies in the office are all very friendly and answered my questions when I was just inquiring. Then when I came in to actually get the unit, they were quick to help me and this was when a lot of places were closed down due to Covid. The unit was clean and the whole area was always kept clean. I felt my items were secure and liked the fact, that it was behind a locked gate with a security code. I will definitely rent a storage space here if I needed to.

I've rented from this facility both times I've owned cars that I wanted to keep out of the elements. I had sold my first of the two cars, and coincidentally, a year later I ended up with the same exact unit I used to have when I got my second car, which is an antique. This facility has always been well-maintained and well-secured, and it's very conveniently located near my home. I literally live two blocks from the place and can walk there in 15 mins. Almost like having a garage! Also, their prices are fair; though don't expect to reap discounts for long since the rent increases every six months and they're usually pretty sizeable increases. My only big complaint about this place is the lack of 24 hour access while both of its most local competitors (Extra Space and Storage America) offer it. Owning an antique car often means going to events or shows that will cause you to stay out late. I don't want to leave my classic parked outside overnight, and so I'm stuck having to bring it back before 10pm, and as a result can't enjoy it to the full extent I had hoped for. I'd gladly pay extra to receive 24/7 access, but no dice. :( If you're inside the facility past gate hours, the only way out is by a small door for a single person and you're stuck walking or calling someone to pick you up, and if your car is in the facility past gate hours; it's locked in until the next day. I found this out the hard way, because until recently, you used to still be able to at least use the exit gate after hours, but now both gates shut down at 10pm and there's no way in at all and no way out except on foot. Kinda sucks. Other than the lack of 24/7 access, this facility has always done right by me, and despite that gripe, I'll continue to use it due to its proximity to my house. Just keep up with your payments and this facility will treat you like a king.

Getting a storage was easy and I did not have any issues. Unfortunately I did realize they have a rat problem in the indoor units that are A/C controlled and also a roach problem. The indoor units are not separate rooms per say, they have a barrier on the side with gaps where rats and bugs enter your unit if someone else in the floor has food stored.

Mairim and Sergeithe were super helpful and great in helping me pick out a unit and in showing me around the facility. They took care of me right away from the moment I initially called reserving the perfect unit that I needed right away. They are the best when it comes to superior customer service. I love you girls! I was very impressed with this place. I had never been to Self Storage places until yesterday when I had the need for one. Visited a couple, but CubeSmart won my business because of their fabulous customer service, thank you Matilda, and their clean organized premises. I truly believe my belongings are in a safe, clean environment. Ms. Matilda was fantastic, knowledgeable, kind, professional and caring. Thanks CubeSmart!

Worst place Ever . Went to pay on due date they charge another month and did not take my money so they could auction my stuff. It was not worth the $560 they try to charge. Customer service was worst no follow up from my complaint. If I could give negative stars I would. And the district manager no good either. I think it was a lack of customer service because I am African-American. Karma

Great Experience! The GM of this location is caring, polite, timely, insightful, and excellent at what she does. The concern given towards my situation, was unlike any other self storage I had previously gone to. The facility is clean and the maintenance man was awesome. This is my first time using CubeSmart and I am beyond content with the level of customer service I recieved.

Great Customer Service. Staff is very kind, understanding and almost always willing to help whatever transition, or storing needs as painless as possible. Facility is well maintained, well lit and secure. The hours for accessing your unit is very convenient, and pricing is substantially more consumer friendly than other storage units. Also the ability to use there moving truck for free is amazing when u consider the alternatives. Just wish they had a water fountain or a vending machine, cause I sweat like a madman when doing physical labor lol.

I had a wonderful experience with the office staff member Anthony and the trainer Raysa. I was able tomove all y belongings within 2 days and it all fit perfectly into the storage area they suggested I needed. I also noticed they maintain the location very clean even when some customers leave horrible messes of items on the premises. I am very happy and aske the office staff to keep up their excellent customer service!!! P.S, My wife Hilda Gonzalez was happy with the service and so much so she found out the company is hiring and she sent in a resume to see if she would be a qualified candidate to work with CUBESMART. The employees are very positive and serviceable she told me.

Worst place ever. Roaches and an old lady living in the property. When I vacated from unit all my stuff was full of droppings. But I do have to say that the guy working there Alex was very nice all the time.

Jodie was the best, she showed me around answered my questions handled my checking in the following day easily and effectively. The facility was clean hallways well lit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to store their belongings or furniture.

The storage space is ample in size for a 10x25 unit. The only bad thing is that there is no light inside of the storage unit! This would have been a deal breaker for me, If I knew that before I reserved the unit. The company should state that somewhere in the contract or before making reservations. It is extremely difficult to see anything in the unit without the help of an additional light source.

My personal opinion about this store ( CubeSmart #GM0546 ) is that Joxie and Alex are the best managers that you have in your system. Their customer service experience is superb, whatever you need they go out of their way to make it happen, within their means, of course. I've been with Cube Smart for around three years and I've never had any problems, they are the best.........

This place is great! GREAT pricing and they allow you to use a 10ft truck for Free when renting from them.
