Good customer service was offered. Information given was clear and precise Rose, who helped us knew what she is doing. Cubesmart should have at least 2 persons working at any given time. We had to wait awhile for Rose to return from helping another customer, and vice versa, other customer had to wait until she was done with us. However with that little glitch, the place is secure, and clean.

Fantastically fast rental experience. Literally took less than 10 minutes from the time I looked to rent with this company to the time I was able to access the unit and start unloading my things. Best of all, their GM, Rose, is very nice and found for me the best discounted rate, which was far lower than competitor companies similarly situated. This is a very clean place the staff was helpful. However I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for persons with disabilities. It's too difficult to get around. You have to walk A LOT to get to your storage ...you can NOT park close to your unit at all so if you have to unload it can take a very long time because each load takes awhile to get from point A to point B. They have flat bed carts but they are very small and don't hold much at all. Originally they had me on the 2nd floor which is even worse ...again very very time consuming...having to take elevators and again lots of walking even with that. I told them I couldn't physically do the 2nd floor and all that mess and they said I could have a little more convenience by renting a FAR more expensive unit on ground floor (it too still had a lot of walking). I asked for a unit that was more fitting for person with disabilities and they said they didn't have anything for people with disabilities. So because I'm disabled I have to pay an extremely high price. I don't think that's fair or appropriate for a business. Again if you are disabled I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will have to find a different company that has better access for me and move out of this unit. I regret renting from here it took me two days on bed rest after this to recover.

She called me about my reservation, measured the unit and we double check before confirming the reservation. Gail and Mike have been a lifesaver both times I had to move places. They look for promotions that apply to my moving situation and treat you like your more than just a guest. The facility itself gives me the security that my belongings are safe and secure. There is also a bathroom and water fountain in the facility which helps when unloading large loads. I love that I can rent the moving truck from them as well to save time. This will always be my stop when I need storage.

I had a really great experience booking storage at Cubesmart on Touchton Rd. Mike was super fast to respond to my initial request; and Gail was super helpful, friendly and professional in getting everything set up. The space is clean and secure. Heavy duty storage carts are available to help move your stuff from the vehicle to the storage unit - in fact using those saved me a couple trips versus the hand truck that I have. They have fair pricing and a convenient location. Cubesmart also offers a truck for minimal cost to help you move your stuff. Moving is always tough, but Cubesmart certainly made it easier for me. Really awesome experience - highly recommend!

The facility is fine BUT THE 1st MONTH IS NOT TRULY FREE! They add on all these admin fees and “air” fees and “just cause” fees when signing on so you’re still out of at least $65 bucks for the smallest unit.

I felt a bit like I got the old bait and switch by the website. I saw a deal that said 10% off and first month free for some units. After looking at every unit available online, only one unit was first month free. Ok, no big deal. I then selected a unit based on the size I needed and keeping my costs in line, since I am only getting a unit for a short time. After I chose I was given a price that I would pay per month and the amount I would owe when I got there to move in. Apparently they don't factor in sales tax or the mandatory insurance. Ended up being $26 more than quoted. Not a huge deal, but it just felt like they could have got a little closer than that. It seems like a nice storage facility and security seems good, but I may have looked at other options had I realized how much higher it was actually going to be.

I was storing my 'stuff' at another storage facility and the management were a nightmare. Rude and weird. The management at Cubesmart were great, facilities were excellent and we got a great deal. Staff went the extra mile to make move in go without an issue. Had to upgrade the size of my unit and they worked to ensure I kept my new customer discount and the storage unit held all the items I required. One note: be sure of the size of the unit of what you need in comparsion what you have rented, the unit sizes are not exact and will vary from unit to unit. Measure the storage unit BEFORE you move in if at all possible.

Brand new facility, very clean, climate -controlled. Helpful staff, I thought the prices were already pretty good and then was told there are even better deals when u reserve online. Nice place, spacious, and big freight elevator is very convenient. Got to speak with both Mike and Jeremy - both very helpful. I've been to two other storage places, but I think this one is just nicer. But I would suggest to bring your own lock, just buy a cheap walmart lock before u go.

What an awesome experience with a storage facility. I recently emptied my unit after renting it for 4 years. I now no longer need it but if and when I ever need another one it will be a CubeSmart unit. Ron and Mike were an absolute pleasure to do business with. I needed some temporary space while we relocated my child to another city. They had a free truck rental that allowed us to move everything in one move (it is a big truck) and a very safe facility with restricted access between floors and areas. There is a good sized loading area so that several people and vehicles and load and unload at once and a reasonable monthly rate without an long term contracts. Also the office staff was friendly and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
