Was with this storage company for over 2 years. They treated me like kik crap when I moved out. Also told me id have to pay another months rent or just not ever use cube smart again. And anything that was on top in the unit had a layer of dirt and something sticky all over it.

Not great. If you don't pay they'll plaster the notice on your unit with your full name and address. Reported this to the front desk and let her know I flipped it over so it's not so obvious for someone like myself walking by. She said 'if they wanted privacy they should pay their bill, I'm going to flip that notice back.' so much for identity theft protection! And half the doors have been out of service for about a year but prices keep going up.

Sorry for the lateness of this review. First off, Star was amazing to work with. Truly an amazing person! We got a small storage locker (5x6, I believe) that was perfect. Easy to access our locker, flatbed carts always available, and easy to find facility. Will most definitely rent from CubeSmart again when the need arises.

I had a very positive experience at CubeSmart at Point Meadows & I-295E in Jacksonville, FL. John and Amber took really good care of me, explained all the policies, and took me on a tour. The facility is all inside and temperature controlled, as well as exceptionally clean. The hours are great - 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The outside doors are locked and you need an access code to get in the building and into the storage hallways. There is also video surveillance throughout the facility. Overall I think my belongings are in a well managed and maintained facility.

The process was smooth and Star was amazing! The only thing I would change, is requiring the customer to have their lock with them when they signed their documents. I Had a lock that I purchased from Cubesmart years ago when I had a storage unit and forgot to bring it with me. I could not complete my application for the unit and take possession of the unit without having my lock with me. That was a big time waster for me.

It makes the place more secure but makes moving multiple loads inside a pain. Would still use this place again if I need another storage unit though.

nice place to store items, however the marketing for the free move in truck was very mis leading. we were never told upon purchase that we only get free use of the move in truck for within the first 30 days. They want to charge me $40 for 4 hours of use with the truck (which is still a good deal) but I am overall not happy with the advertisements.

I rented a space from another company which was taken over by CubeSmart. I saw an ad for CubeSmart with prices posted and was shocked by the difference. I thought it was a break for the first month. When I went to the website for my location (Point Meadows in Jax) I saw that I was being billed almost double the regular price. Contacted the company and they asked for documentation. Entirely possible someone did a typo and added a 1 in front of the rate. Regardless, I had been paying much more than the posted rate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Store manager Kim Land is a very competent and capable lady. When we first contacted CubeSmart, she gave us valuable advice regarding the cost benefits of various sized cubes and which cubes to rent. Whereupon we reserved two cubes upto 15 days. She kept us regularly updated. We finally rented the cubes just before our goods arrived and she walked us through the whole process smoothly.

These facilities are great. Clean, well maintained and very well secured. AJ is an added bonus. He is kind and very thorough in his explanation of what CubeSmart offers to provide peace of mind. If you price shop, CubeSmart might not come in the lowest. If you are spending money to secure your items and want to know that they will be in great shape when you go to retrieve them, you have come to the right place!

I have rented here for years without issue and Jacqueline was awesome. However, since my return I have had several issues this week being unable to enter my storage unit during the evening along with several others waiting outside unable to get in. Since the time change this location has not updated their information causing the center to close an hour earlier resulting in no access for those who come after 9pm. There is nothing worse than having several truck loads of items to store and then having to turn around and take everything back and start over. Moving to this location has taken more trips than necessary and has left me with a horrible experience that should have never happened.

Kalynne was incredibly helpful - moving day was nuts and I got there with literally minutes to spare to get to my new place before Comcast did. She was super helpful; met the moving guys, gave them the keys and let me get out of there in time to meet Comcast. On a very stressful day, she made it a lot better! Highly recommend.

I work for a moving company so I am constantly at storage facilities due to my job. This CubeSmart is among the the nicest storage places I've worked at. The facility is kept very clean and it's access is extremely easy. Because of my nice experiences here I recently got my own unit. Kalynne was extremely helpful and very accommodating when helping me get my unit. I would highly recommend this facility for any storage needs

I have been "renting" units in this facility for multiple years for personal and business storage. The building is also well-kept and area nicely maintained. I am especially pleased with staff who are eager to help. Kalynne is very efficient and pleasant. Thanks to everyone for great service.

AJ helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in need of a small storage unit. He was very informative and gave us all the necessary information including addressing all the fees we would be paying up front and other fees regarding late fees. We were also able to get a 10 percent off discount for our monthly fee, which made the monthly rent cheaper than the next nearest storage facility. I feel confident in storing our belongings at CubeSmart and would definitely recommend them to others! The location is also convenient for us, which was a huge plus.

I randomly walked in on a Saturday to get some pricing, and the woman behind the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She showed me two sizes not listed directly on the website (at a better price than I had known about), showed me the available unit, and got me signed up for a truck rental all withing 30 minutes. I've only been there once since, but the facility is clean and quiet, prices reasonable, but I'll probably be there for a while!

The Staff is fantastic Jacqueline & Kaylene were such a great help. They were there when my buddy & I were stuck upstairs, after 10pm & were able to get us on our way. I have nothing but compliments for the two ladies, they are quite the exceptional pair always helpful & always so courteous to everyone, I've been to other storage places & they were know where near as good as the staff. I would recommend anyone to this facility especially where they work, Thank you for everything

This CubeSmart location is one of the best self storage facility in Jacksonville. The venue is new, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job ensuring all of my storage needs are met.

We have been using storage at Cube Smart for many years. My family members use it as well. We are very pleased with the best service Jacqueline and her staff offer us. They are always friendly, helpful and caring. The facility(including the bathroom) is very clean and well lit. The rolling flatbeds are always available, and kept orderly. We would not store anything anywhere else!

Our organization has been renting two units here for many years and I have found this Cube Smart to be a convenient location and well-run facility. The units are clean and the carts and elevators kept in good working condition, which makes our frequent visits to deliver or pick up easy and worry-free. Kaylnne was awesome, even though she was hindered by technical difficulties that were beyond her control. She was friendly and definitely made up for the inconvenience we had during the internet outage. The facility is super clean, carts were available to help move everything in and huge freight elevators helped with the larger items. Love the loading/unloading area as well. I've used a different storage unit company for years in the past, but definitly making this my new stuffkeeper of choice from now on. Thanks!

They were polite when I couldn't figure out when/if I was going to need a storage unit. When it came time and I went in to sign the paperwork, I was greeted in a very warm personal and professional manner. Jacqueline dropped everything she was doing, promptly showed us the unit, how to enter and leave, and then we returned to her desk. The paperwork was completed very quickly and easily, and we were emailed the receipt and other paperwork. She (they) have it down to a science. I've rented units before in other places and these folks know their stuff. Good job !

Jacqueline is absolutely amazing, very professional and engages with her customer and make sure you understand everything. I wasn't sure several times about what size storage I needed and she was able to help me find the perfect size that was perfect for me and she even remember me from the first time I rented. I definitely would not use any other company because of the courteous service I received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have rented at other places before, but I love the Point Meadows CubeSmart!! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Jaqueline is usually who is working when I come in, and she always seems genuinely happy to be there and greets everyone with a smile, and she is really helpful. It's always so clean there. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!!

They did everything they could to make this a painless process. This is my second time using this location. When I founs out I'd need storage, they were my first, and only, call.

Clean facility, easy location for us, BUT deceiving ad, telling us the first month free. I couldn't believe how they try to explain the why it was only on certain units. No asterik or small letters explaining any exceptions to the first month. HUGE dissapointment very misleading in the Internet and outside signs, almost waked away, the receptionist made it work for us. So not sure if I recommend.

This was my first experience having to rent any type of storage and I could not be happier! Jacqueline was very reassuring and accommodating with my own hesitation. I was able to visually see 2 different storage options. The facility is clean and the unit was very easy to locate once returning with belongings. Jacqueline's helpful and approachable personality was bonus!

After being totally satisfied with Cube Smart Storage for my house furnishings and personal items two years ago I returned to them again for the same service. Other facilities may have cheaper rates but Cube Smart clean facilities, easy access and professional service is the reason I returned. I was even more satisfied when the store manager Kennisha contacted her district manager on my behalf because I felt I was given incorrect pricing and unit size information from a customer service representative when I called. Ask for specials, they usually have them!
