Very easy and quick process. Once the payment was made, my unit was immediately available with a new lock and key (precut packaging too) waiting on the inside. Update 3-26-2024: Moved out of unit on day of renewal and was billed for the next month. Understandably, this was my fault. Emailed customer service and Stephanie reached out immediately and stated that I would be refunded the payment in a few days, which I was. Thank you Stephanie! Will use CubeSmart for future storage needs.

Nice place to store stuff. However, beware, they will jack up your price without any reason. They have this is the fine print... Even if they give you a deal, be prepared for it to drastically change after 90 days. They charged me 80 dollars more a month after 90 days even though I believed my rate was locked in on my contract. They don't stick to what they tell you.

Prices are too high, no discount on multiple units, and they add a bunch of fees on top of the initial unit price. Feels deceptive. Forced to pay for their locks, but they use Wish level equipment; locks are garbage. Staff was nice. Edit after business reply: No, you're not sorry. After establishing an account things were fine until I fell behind on the rent due to circumstances. Lower if possible! I had been a customer for years on auto pay. Their system blocked a payment and they charged a 20% late fee! Their rates are too high, they are not customer friendly and they don't care to be friendly. Atlantic Storage around the corner is cheaper and more customer focused. I'll never use them again. 10+ year customer letting you know there are better options they can't force you to overpay anymore! Also Atlantic discounts for veterans!

I rated this one star because of Cubesmart raising my covered open air space rent twice in a years time. Originally it was $191 and now it's $247. This last increase came this month, so I've canceled my space. It seems a bit greedy to me but I'm sure there's a waiting list so someone will pay it. Shopped around quite a bit to find a place to store my 35' Travel Trailer. After checking prices, locations, and ease of access, we decided to contact CubeSmart. I'm glad we did! You have several options including completely contactless sign up and reservations. I was able to do everything completely online from start to finish. Most other places around me couldn't match the price or didn't have availability, but getting into CubeSmart was easy. They have a very friendly and professional staff. The manager Jasmine was very polite and professional, and did a great job of assisting me with rates and placement. We were able to get into a covered spot for almost 15% less in costs than the nearest competitor. Active Military will enjoy special perks as well including discounted storage and a "No Sales" clause, where if you are deployed an cannot make payments, they won't just sell your stuff but instead hold it for you until you return and pay the balance. They also have regular maintenance, Climate controlled units, and 24 hour surveillance, in addition to purchase options for insurance up to 5k in coverage for only $27 a month at the highest rate. 3k in coverage is only $17 for enclosed units. Overall I'd recommend it for sure.

So the staff was friendly however the tenants are not very neighborly. First someone decided to park their boat in my designated spot, the manager contacted the owner of the boat and told them to move. A couple days later the owner of the same boat hit my camper and left scratches all down the side of the camper. They really need to widen the parking areas they have and repaint the lines and numbers. I understand the more people they can fit means more money for them but if it is causing customers a headache then something needs to be done.

So I bought a storage unit 5x10 from cube smart. Paid the admin fee and insurance fee, same day I recognized I needed a bigger unit because my things wouldn’t fit. Contacted cubesmart to either get a bigger size or get my money back to go somewhere else but they had already closed. Next day I inform they what happened that tell me they can get me a 10x10 but it will be $72 more a month. I inform the lady that’s out my budget. So I ask Can I get my refund then? she says yes if it’s same day but since it’s the next day you can’t. I said it’s within the same 24 hours. Y’all closed before I had a opportunity to store my things. The representative informed me she would speak to her supervisor about the situation still no response. Very bad experience with the company.I was promised a follow up call on Facebook but never received the call.

Nate and Leann were so sweet! Not only did we make sure we had enough space but completely worked with ALL my questions. Leann spent her day off making sure the truck I was renting and space was up to par! Nate went over and beyond and helped us unload our things because you could tell us two girls where struggling. Also brought us a bottle of water since we were so hot and moving so much. I will always rent a space from them! Such great service and a nice and clean property! Thank you guys again

Let me start out by saying "WOW"! I have had several experiences with renting storage units in the Metro Jacksonville area as we have had our children come and go over the last 10 or so years. I cannot remember ever having an interaction with any employees at the other businesses that was like the one I had with your Store Manager Coy Whitfill! He was by far the best ever!!!! Coy was very helpful in a time when we needed something to go smoothly for a change! It was a breath of fresh air to be able to accomplish all the things we needed to on such a short notice! Coy was able to provide us with a detailed explanation of the services he could offer as well as a tour of the facility. Then to have the bonus of the use of a moving van even made our day more satisfying! You have an excellent Manager in Coy Whitfill and I will refer anyone I know to him and your Argyle location when they have storage needs! Stopped by this location today looking for a place to store my 25 ft RV. Coy toured me around the facility and showed me the available covered storage slips. The location is very neat and secure. The monthly rate was fair so I signed up on the spot. Great customer service.

Signed at there "deal" price. Filled out the paperwork and bam $25 fee sign up. Got my stuff in looks good clean and secure. HAppy. 6 months later I get a letter jacking my rate up 25%. NO explanation. I do some research and my cost is $7 a month more then the standard price. Huh.so I send an email and get a so sorry your rent has been raised. AFTER several emails they agree to roll back the price. Not to what I was paying befor but what the standard price is and then tell me in six month it will go up again. This place sucks classic bait and switch prices once you get you stuff in there. This is the one on Cheswick Oak.

So accommodating! We arrived a day late due to travel delays with no problem from the staff. Office and gate hours are very reasonable. Use of their moving truck and free moving carts made moving out of the unit fast and easy.

I had the great pleasure of Heidi Welsh talking to me and showing me a cube and I kick my self for not getting it then and there as I called 2 days later and it was gone. Heidi put my name on a reserve sheet and said she'd call if one became available 3 days later she called and said one was now open. I went up that morning and Coy Whitfill was there and he completed my rental process. He had to call his superior to be able to honor the rental deal Heidi and quoted me. Heidi was fabulous! This was my first time renting a storage unit and I'm so glad that I chose cube smart and that Heidi was the one to help me out. Everything was smooth from the reservation, to the move in day check in, and actually moving my things in. The facility itself and the units are nice and very well kept.
