I actually thought I had picked a good storage facility until I was shown their true colors. Unfortunately for me I lost my job which has the chain reaction of no payments and my unit being placed for auction. I did manage to get the money to pay for my unit. However, I was hit with the surprise of my belongings missing. Not to mention there was no forced entry, and oddly enough no other unit within the facility was broken into either. Is there anyone that can help me understand this b/c I'm at a lost. Whomever did it took their time to move my things out get what they wanted and put everything else back in the unit. Words can't even express how disappointed I am with choosing this facility. I look forward to the day that I am able to remove the rest of my belongings from this establishment. As it stands its my lost and their not held liable. If you decide to go with them ..I advise you to not let life happen or you'll end up like me. Heartbroken and working to replace what was taken from you. Its official... Cubesmart and its organization are crooks. Not only do you have to worry about being robbed by a random individual. YOU'RE GETTING ROBBED BY BUSINESSES

Gail was very helpful at assisting me through the process of getting my storage secured. My lock keys were lost when movers fill storage to where I needed to purchase a new lock and key. Gail was able to cut the lock with a hand electric saw and locked the new lock. I was very pleased by how quickly was was able to do so. I definitely recommend Gail for this location. 0 stars. We are out thousands of dollars due to the units being infested with mice. We had numerous dead mice/ rotting mice & maggots covering our Items. We lost so many things that are expensive. The unit was covered in urine and feces & the smell was horrific. It was not safe for our health to even move the items.

UPDATE: just got notice that our rent is going up AGAIN. Another $50+ I can’t wait to be able to get our stuff out of there and stop giving them money. BEWARE, the price on your contract means nothing (even if you’re receiving a military discount). In April, we rented a unit. After coming back from being stationed overseas, we decided to stay with family while my husband is out of state on unaccompanied military orders, so all of our belongings needed to go into storage. The facility is clean, secure and the staff was helpful. We reserved one online to get the special online pricing and filled out all the necessary paperwork for the military discount in the office. The contract we signed does say they can raise the rent, which we are okay with since we planned on renting long term and a small increase here or there is reasonable and the facility had great reviews. Just 4 months into renting, we received notification of our rent increasing by $50 a month, which to me is a substantial amount. Upon calling to question this, we were told that they have the right to increase the rent. So let this be your warning that it doesn’t matter if you get a deal online or military discount they will increase your rent whenever they feel like it. It honestly feels like a con move because they know you have all of your stuff there and you’re not likely to move it so they can charge whatever price and you’re probably unlikely to leave. For us, having 2 small children and my husband being out of state, there’s no way to move our entire life out of storage and into another facility without hiring someone to move it for us, so we’re stuck paying whatever they demand.

Hi, Gabriel was MOST helpful to me in deciding which unit to rent. I had to move my items quickly but not 100% sure I was going to be able to rent at Cube Smart Herlong and he said no problem he could reserve the space and I take my time deciding. (I think I had 7 days…) I decided the next day to go there as he was so forthcoming with info that I needed. Gayle has helped me too. Do far everyone helpful. Nice, clean place, but there is a crazy woman who I’m pretty sure is living out of one of the larger bay units. She parks her truck in the back area and sits by the dumpster in her lawn chair. We have been moving into a new unit and she has questioned us multiple times making sure we are paying for our spot and even cursed my husband out last week because we were there after the gates locked even though we have special permission. She said the security cameras don’t work and her unit has been broken into. We don’t know if the cameras are really not working but just beware of this crazy lady in the back.

Very nice, clean place. Very good rates. Sizes of units are misleading though. The 10x5 unit I originally got was actually only 9 foot 6 inches by 4 feet. Transferred to a 10x7.5 unit so I could use the 5 foot shelves I had already purchased. It also is only 9 foot 6 inches by 6 foot 8 inches.

It is clean and secure. The lights come on when you enter your area. I liked that they had carts to help get my stuff inside to my unit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We have been renting a large unit for a while after my mother in law passed away and the staff has been super helpful. From the beginning of my stay until the end I can say was very pleasant. I left this review because at the end of my stay I had to make a last minute decision in regards to my storage and Zach was there to be of assistance and he really made the decision for me a lot easier. Very professional staff. The general manager Mike was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The facility is very clean and seems well taken care of. They seem to have quite a bit of security also which of course is a huge plus.
