I was in distress with an issue at my home. I needed something outside the house to store my Livingroom and Dinning room until the issue has been resolved. I looked at on property bins, the price was not manageable. I decided to look into CubeSmart. After having a discussion with Emmanuel, I chose Cube Smart. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding of my situation. You are a life saver!!!! Highly recommend CubeSmart off San Jose and Stanford - Great Customer Service!!

This location was bought out from a mom and pop business... Since then my unit became DIRTY AS HELL and i am moving my things somewhere else. Manager is ok but the older white guy who works there is pretty rude. Units are not separated! It is old concrete buildings and in the past several months rodents have invaded and i had to throw away MOST OF MY FURNITURE bc of rodent poop! Just an FYI . Also the rates are SO HIGH ive discovered i can get an AC unit same size somewhere else for only $25 more. Save your money and store your things at a DIFFERENT location ?? (Edited to add, in reply to their response to reach out to them, anytime I called the office it was very hard to get ahold of a manager and even when I called to notify that I was emptying my storage unit I was never given a call back or send an email confirmation so because my online portal is no longer accessible I just have to assume that they realize my unit is empty, and no I will not be emailing your customer service team it's not my job for you guys to realize you need pest control)

Came here specifically because the person who answered the phone said the doors were a specific width. I drove all the way here from across town and find out he LIED and the doors are a full foot smaller than he said. When we called we specifically asked if they would measure and he said he did, but that was obviously a lie. Will never use CubeSmart at any location because of this and I certainly wouldn't recommend you to use them either.

Great place to store your things. The grounds were always Prestine clean and secure, and the customer service was always above and beyond. Anthony was always the most personable and took great care of us every time we stopped in with anything we needed. We had a problem with my gate code on the weekend once after they were closed, the company got us in and when I stopped in on Monday morning Anthony had the problem resolved before I even got there. Outstanding customer care.

Just rented space on August 28th. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just returned from a 11 hour drive with a carload of stuff only to find my unit infested with baby frogs. Had to empty things left prior. It's Sunday morning so the office is closed and no one to assist. I don't know about other units however I want out of here asap
