It could not have been easier! I did everything online. My lock and welcome package were inside the unit so all I did was break the seal and unload. Great customer service in the office too! I didn’t have to go in the office but I did because I needed boxes. How convenient.

Site Manager Antonio went above and beyond when helping us find the right unit to suit our needs. Corporate listen up! Employees like him don't come along often. He’s got, brains, certainly isn't lazy , has an outgoing personalty , is well spoken and knows how to create urgency while not making the customer feel pressured. Give him more money and don’t lose him to the competition! PS This wasn’t a FAKE review! Apparently another employee thought it was and unfortunately Antonio was fired! We have needed our storage unit for longer than expected. During our three years of storage the rate has been increased 4-5 times. Cube smart currently advertises our same size unit both not on the first floor for more than 50% less than we are currently paying. I cannot get anything near that rent keeping my contents in the same building. If they charged me twice what they advertise for the same unit, I would still be saving money. Basically forcing me to move my contents. I understand they this is just how the business runs. They know how inconvenient it is to move your things so they just keep raising the rates until you leave. Very disappointing.

We had to change storage rooms and Antonio and Dawn could not have been more helpful. They answered all our questions and made the process easy. They go above and beyond to help renters. I was harassed by Antonio and there's a homeless guy with a dog being allowed to live in the parking area. Dawn would not help and ask the truck owner next to me straighten out his vehicle which was partially in my space . I could not open my door . Poorly run operation.

Honestly, this is absolutely the worst place to store any of your belongings. I’ve had 3 storage units there for over 3 years. 2 of which have been infested by rats!!! One container was absolutely destroyed by what must have been a considerable number of rats ofer a considerable amount of time. No I didn’t store any food, we were leaving the country for 3 months and then covid happened so got stuck abroad. Arrived back to find all our stuff destroyed. They explained had problems during covid, but no one contacted me or checked the storage. Even in the 3 weeks from us sorting the unit and the shipping company arriving, there were more things damaged by more rats. Their insurance that they make you have doesn’t cover rodent infestation and it is clear there is a reason for this considering the massive problem they have with them. Not at all happy at paying around $30k in storage costs to have nothing left at the end. Seeking legal advice on how to further progress but as a warning to others this storage unit is not acceptable in terms of purpose. Staff in store are lovely especially Dawn, but Cubesmart have a duty of care to ensure the units are fit for purpose and they are not unfortunately.

The young woman in the office when I visited the storage facility was what made my experience so good. I had currently moved 90% of my belongings to my new location, but I needed the last few items moved to a smaller unit until I was able to relocate those items as well. Adrianne assisted me in the office and she was everything a company could ask for out of an employee. She was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable understanding, proficient. She found me the perfect sized unit close to my old unit and had the units changed and set up on automatic payment in no time at all. She’s gets an A++ for her work abilities.

The people are wonderful. The place is clean. There could be more carts. I’ve probably been there 20 times with loads to put into my unit. There was an available cart once, or maybe twice, but I survived. Can you hear the “but” coming? When the lights don’t detect movement in the hall, they go out, leaving me in can’t-see-my-hand-in-front-of-my-face darkness. I’m 74. I could fall and break my nose or my neck trying to feel my way out of my unit and down the hall to trigger the lights. Would be worse if the electricity actually went out. There needs to be emergency lighting that comes on. Other than that, we’re good.

We are very unhappy!!! We were charged a 20% ($92.40) late fee for a bank check payment that was never received by CubeSmart. I showed them that our company's bank's , Truist's, online payment info showing that the check was to be delivered by April 20, '23 and never arrived. We have been on time with our payments for over nine years. We immediately paid on site by credit card and although they recognize it was our my company's fault for the late payment, the manager at the location was very understanding and said that her upper management would have to review and decide whether the late fee could be removed. Thereafter, the upper management would not rescind the late fee. We have been customers at this location with multiple rentals since 2014 and can not believe that we were charged this fee after thoroughly explaining our reason for being late.

CubeSmart raised my $77 payment to $91 without letting me know. I didn’t receive any email or mail in my mailbox. So I called and asked. They said “oh we sent something” meanwhile I constantly check my email everyday as well as my mail. I received nothing. When I went to move my things out of the unit, I found that all of my stuff was ant infested. The only thing salvageable was my dresser and some of my boxes. The boxes were covered in ants and some had gotten inside but I was able to get rid of them. I am not satisfied with the service I received from CubeSmart. I then continued to receive emails about how I owe money to them for the storage unit. The bill got as high as $230. When I tried calling them they wouldn’t answer. I called 4 times for 2 days during their hours and no one answered. Finally I received an email saying they’ll take care of it.

Stored my boat at this facility for a month. Showed up one morning and it was completely gutted stem to stern, motor and all. Surveillance video with motion detection showed thief‘s spent 3 hours dismantling my property, loading it onto a flatbed truck and leaving all before 1am, like it was no big deal. What’s the point of having cameras if they’re not monitored. What’s the point of having motion detection if there are no alarms. What’s the point of having an on-site 24 x 7 property manager if they’re not patrolling the grounds. Beware- the contract states we are responsible for insuring our property which is fine but Cubesmart assumes no responsibility for protecting it. Lesson learned.

Now the CubeSmart Store 0913 is managed by the worst General Manager in over 20 years. Mrs. Dawn from the beginning started managing property in the favor for larger businesses creating situation of unequal treatment for smaller business owner. Besides of introduction of “Law of the Jungle” the present management is not willing to cooperate with small businesses in order to normalize the situations that was created. Lies and breaking promises is the leading role in its management. We are now in a situation that has not been here in over 20 years. We have to fight for parking spaces every day. In order to favor larger businesses, after 20 years we have been deprived of the possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity of our business, the standards we had ensured for over 20 years for us and our clients. Ignorance and harassment was one of the methods against the smaller business to force a concession to the larger companies.

*****EDIT***** I was contacted by a district manager and everything was cleared up and made right, so review has been updated to reflect the great service. *****EDIT***** Pretty easy and straight forward experience. Only 2 stars because as a current customer with all my information already in their system, it seems like terrible nickel an diming to charge a $24 admin fee just to change to another locker (with a rent of $10.) Completely understandable for brand new customers and having to input all brand new information, but not in this situation.

Amazing customer service here ALL THE TIME!!!! It is always a pleasant experience, the staff here are always nice abd friendly. Seth Mogul is helpful in addressing my concerns about the maintenance and upkeep of the place and always gave as much assurance that my concerns will be addressed in a timely fashion. I have a small business which I use my storage to store all of my supplies in because I needed a cool place to store everything. So far since 2016 I have only had to address and A/C issue 1 or 2 times and it has gotten addressed on both occasions. Keep up the awesome work guys and gals on providing exceptional services!

Do not rent a van or truck from here!....Made a reservation for a Penske van a week ago with the guarantee that a van or truck would be available...nothing was available...after waiting 20 minutes to reach someone at Penske was put on hold for a other 45 minutes as the rep advised he was looking into it...a nightmare and a wasted day...still trying to get my refund.

Never return calls, constantly rising prices. Not to clean and always putting stickers on my locks. Debris gets blown into units, outs units the driveway is in major disrepair. Vehicles parked all over the place. Total mess. They were awal for 4 days durning a garage door replacement.

My items were in storage since 2016 as I travelled as a nurse. During the course of storage, a pipe leaked into my unit. Not only did the management know this but, they did not fix the leak or notify me, instead they placed plastic under the leak. Well, who knew it would continue to leak into my storage and completely ruin my parents antique bedroom suite, all my mattresses and mold up all my children’s pictures and memories. Everything I owned was in that storage. I had insurance and they paid( after I paid the premiums for 4 years of course) but the max did not cover the replacement value and the facility admitted their fault but the storage contract reads they are not responsible. When I asked for help to dispose of the contents; the manager told me I can use the insurance money to pay junk removal. So basically, I paid Cubesmart $5000.00 to safely store my furniture and $1000.00 in insurance to protect it and when it came time to move it into my new home, I have nothing. I did what I was suppose to do; I paid and I insured. And I learned an expensive lesson; don’t use Cubesmart to store anything.

I had to go and rent another storage unit and was not sure what I wanted in size. I was shown a few units and was worried about price. I was greatly appreciated if the honesty and integrity of the female employee showing me around. Without having that female perspective on things, my wife was not with me, I would of got the wrong unit, or spent too much money. We have a budget and I wanted to maintain in it. The young woman that helped me assured me that the locker size unit I was standing in was big enough to store what we had.b I was confident in her judgement that I leased two 6*8*4 locker units. And so far I have not filled them both up yet. Thank you.

I now have 2 40-foot spots and counting down. I had 4. They are all different prices depending on how close you are to the gate. The closer you are to the gate the more expensive your rate is. 1 spot I pay over $500.00 a month and the 1 next to me is the same size and that one is less than $400.00 a month. You need to re-evaluate your fees. This review is directed to the corporate office. The staff at the facility are amazing people.

The staff at the facility (Fannie & gentleman who’s name I’ve forgotten) were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for our RV storage. Would highly recommend and the facility is well lit with security cameras throughout.

Since day one I was told that the light above my unit would be changed soon. Which was my primary concern before I rented a storage unit. I had to move my things into this unit via the flashlight on my phone. I have complained numerous times after moving in and their excuse was that they needed time due to Corona there was no electricians available but that they had already ordered it to be fixed. That was 3 months ago. I also pay for a temp controlled unit and you can tell that there is a major temperature difference between the main building where you walk in and the room where my unit is. I noticed this before I got my unit and was told that there were ppl moving in and out that day and therfore the temps were high due to the doors being constantly used. The room is still incredibly hot and it's apparent they have AC problems in that area. Today I received a letter in the mail that they would be increasing the price of my unit. Nothing has been done about the lighting, I still use my phone flashlight while sweating in this area of the building. I'm incredibly upset with this increase and it seems that the manager will lie to your face just to keep you from complaining. Very dissatisfied and disgruntled customer.

Ally Rodriguez and Will Dechants made sure I had an excellent experience at the CubeSmart at 6788 Lantana Rd. in Lake Worth, FL, in May 2020. And it wasn't an easy job. There was a problem with my reservation, as happens sometimes. The size storage space I'd reserved was not what they actually had available. Manager Ally did everything she could to remedy the problem. This included her checking with other nearby CubeSmart locations and calling her own manager -- not once, but twice (and we know how hesitant employees can sometimes be to bring problems to their managers). She even offered me a variety of larger storage spaces for the same price as my reservation. Clearly, Ally's goal was that I be a satisfied customer. And Will took me on a thorough (even enjoyable) tour of the available spaces, as he knowledgeably explained the pros and cons of each to me. In the end, with Ally's and Will's advice, I did choose one of the larger spaces for the same price as the smaller space I had reserved. Ally and Will turned what could have been a problem for me into a pleasure, and I came away a satisfied customer feeling well taken care of. They are a great team -- knowledgeable, resourceful, and clearly willing to go the extra mile to get their customers what they want. I highly recommend this CubeSmart facility.

The managers is rude. They allowed my property their roof to leak in my unit and damage everything inside. My insurance doesn't pay for someone's leaking roof. But the property manager Jose Cortez insist that I 'go through your insurance'.

I was getting ready for a big move and was shopping around for the best price for my budget. Spoke with Ally and was blown away by how hands on she was. She answered all my questions even told us how we could save on a truck if we rented with CubeSmart . CubeSmart was not my first option as they are not the cheapest in the area but I came back because of two reasons . First the facility is cleaner than the others I visited and second Ally . She made me want to come back because she was caring and put my needs as a first priority and as a customer that made me want to come back to see her . If you have any need for storage go see Ally and she will make sure you are taken care of .

Have been using this storage facility for several years. The maintenance of the buildings leaves a lot to be desired as I’ve experienced leaks from the roof and damaged to my property. Well first: it was so easy, quick, the people were so efficient. I was offered a free month...and guess what...? I only needed the storage for 3 weeks so it was basically free other than the initial 40 I think I paid. Also was recommended to CubeSmart by some friends and they got a free month for just recommending that I try it. So there are carts to move things, there are elevators, it is air conditioned, and I highly recommend them if you are interested in a storage facility, this place is far superior to other places I have tried. The thing I liked the most was there are no gimics, or surprise expenses, and no minimum number of months to get the first month free. It is the best place going. I personally want to thank them for making my move easier.

If you are looking for the best place to put your belongings, I highly recommend this place. I'm selling my house and thought I could get away with one unit-Jullian helped me twice he is great! Climate controlled storage; a necessity in Florida A bunch of crooks; constantly raising rental fees and now requiring THEIR insurance instead of asking for proof of homeowners insurance to cover your storage items. Find elsewhere to store your stuff! At least one of two elevators is regularly out of order. And it takes days before it is usable again.

Jasmine Shahzad was great helping us pick the right size unit for us. She was super polite and patient while we made up our mind! The hours of operation are also very convenient if you work the 9-5 shift and need to move after regular working hours!

They are very friendly and welcoming. Also im in a crisis situation and had no money for a lock. Was able to explain my situation and they were very understanding. They gave me a lock and added the payment on my next bill. I was so Amazed at how grrreat the customer service is there!! And the storage spaces are very affordable, clean and well kept. WOW is not a powerful enough word to describe the experience I had at this Cube Smart location on Lantana Rd. I received superior service??they were friendly and very very knowledgeable. The team Ed, Tom , and Jasmine really care and do all it takes to get exactly what you need and even more. Picked up some great unique moving supplies and got a fantastic buy on a moving kit , it was exactly what I needed. They were all very pleasant and very through . the best experience I ever had from any storage company I’ve ever dealt with. They were a delight to deal with they walked me through the entire process from start to finish they were amazing. This store and team were so wonderful they cared about my needs and ensured that I knew all the policies and procedures, they sold me boxes, damp rids and a lock for my move in. They explained everything in such detail I had no questions left to ask. I had a wonderful time renting a storage space. Thank you so much to Ed, Tom, and Jasmine you all WOWed me. Very professional and attentive employees. The manager took care of our storage need. The right size storage space for our belongings. The unit is very clean and ideally located close to the elevator. It has been very easy to unload our boxes and other items. Overall, the building is very neat and clean. Plenty of space inside makes it very easy to roll the four-wheeler from the car to the unit. Access by code number only. The property is watched by several TV cameras located in key areas.
