AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS Please if you listen to only one google review for the rest of your life, heed my warning. I am a local business owner myself owning multiple businesses in the community. I don’t think I have ever left a negative review on another business in my life but I had to share my experience. DO NOT store your belongings here. They will give you a price and raise it 3 months later. They claimed to have sent a “postcard” to notify me of rent increase. I asked for proof of this being sent or received and they couldn’t provide any. My rent basically DOUBLED in just a few months to over 500$ a month! I kindly explained to them I do not want to pay the increased rate and was happy to take a pro rated refund. They would not help out in any way and were extremely rude about the entire situation. They are advertising the same unit on their website for less than 300. When confronted about this they said it only applies to new customers. I have reviewed their website and NOWHERE does it state new customers only. The property itself is not kept up well and there are unwelcoming people who seemed to be living out of their vehicles in the parking lot more often than not. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t offer any help when I brought the situation to their attention. You have been WARNED

Love the location and the facilities over all are sufficient. The manager of the location called to confirm my reservation, seemed really nice. Only giving three stars because when moving my belongings into my storage unit I noticed two issues: 1) Termite activity. Active swarming. 2) The AC unit in my designated climate controlled area was leaking all over the floor and not producing cold air, so the temperature was a bit warm.

There's also homeless people living in the lower units so that us working people can't use them and have to take an elevator about and travel around 2 football fields. Just to get to the unit with a cart going up an elevator and with no notification of this and I'm a disabled person.

Do not rent here. Our 5x5 unit now costs $142 a month. Started out at under one hundred a year and a half ago. The exit gate was broken for a month with no notice to customers regarding lessened security. Try to find an employee that will stop playing with their phones long enough to help you if you can catch them in the office. We will be out of there by next billing cycle thank God.

Terrible service. Dirty property. Office often unattended. Price hikes that far exceed any cost-of-living increases. Despite my repeated requests, obstinate clerk Liz Rojas refused to allow me to access my storage locker. She unilaterally and illegally "deleted me from the system" despite my being paid up-to-date (with 6 years perfect payment record). She blatently lied about trying to contact me. Do not use CubeSmart! There are better and much cheaper alternatives nearby.

On top of the very expensive storage unit I had to purchase a lock at almost $20. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The buildings and bathroom are filthy. The rear gate is always left open and anyone can go in. The door to the main building is open and you can walk through all of the rest of the storage units that you actually have to use a code to drive into.

Rented a climate unit on Wed, the unit was above 90 degrees..when I report it I was told the thermostat prob ran out of battery, the next day I was told the AC unit was broken, and the 3rd day they realized that that specific section of the building doesn’t have an AC vent and the doors needs to be kept open so that the cold air can flow through from another section of the building. Obviously that door is never open. So you pay $344/mo for a 10x10 that sits a 90 degrees! You manage this place and don’t even know where the AC vents are. False advertisement! I also rent at another location and it’s way better managed.

Currently in the process of moving from NY to FL. I’ve been disgusted with the idea that I have to place my belongings in a storage facility until my home is finish being built. I’ve always known it to be a hassle dealing with Cubesmart but I have to tell you the level of Service I received the moment I walked through the door was nothing less than perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and patience when going over plans. Although, my move isn’t for a few more months. I will keep this hub in mind when I’m ready to rent. I would recommend everyone I know to use this hub’s facility when in need of some extra space.

Manager was great but facility is a jumbled maze. It took an hour to finally find my unit, with the poor manager on the phone with corporate as they were guiding him from one building to another. The unit was finally found way too far away from the elevator to be useful for me (many hallways and unmarked doors leading to yet more hallways and unmarked doors). I was promised a full refund. Driving farther but happy with Lighthouse, larger unit, less money, and close to the elevator.

I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and product at Cubesmart. I needed storage space for about 10 boxes. Looked around at all the typical places. Terrible service!!! Getting ahold of the manager AJ is a nightmare and the automated payment system is just as much of a nightmare!!! Very unhappy with anything so far about CubeSmart, their people are uninformed, not very nice or helpful!!! CubeSmart corporate does not call you back if there are any problems at all. They are terrible and I will be moving my stuff out as soon as I possibly can!!!! I Now understand why they do not have a Facebook page because I am sure they would be getting more terrible reviews, with people seeing the reviews it would not be helpful to them.

I needed storage on very short notice. I arrived at the facility and was able to arrange for a storage unit at the size and price I wanted. The paperwork took less than twenty minutes. In a few hours, I was able to move all of the items I wanted into my storage unit.

Rented a unit from here for over 5 years.. It was a 10x20.. My rent when I first moved in was a little over $200.. Moved out last year due to my rent being $320.. That's corporate America for you.. automatic rate hikes once or twice a year.. I was at one point forced to buy insurance which made my rent go up another $15 a month.. I can't say anything good about any of these big corporate storage places.. If you stay with them for a year or more, you'll be stuck with rate hikes.. On the other note.. The staff was friendly here and new who you were each time you walked in, it's just too bad they are run by the corporate giant of America

Yesterday our storage unit was broken into and many valuables were stolen. The management is lackluster at best. First they had several stories that changed like the wind ..event the PBSO said it didn’t make any sense. They were dismissive and have very poor security at hand. No cameras at the doors of each building. Only the gates.

I am beyond words at how helpful both Eva and Ajaay at this Cubesmart have been to me in getting me setup with a transfer to a new unit to downsize! They answered all my questions and were able to give me more options to think about in size of units as well as what to do with the furniture I needed to get rid of. I was able to rent the truck they have onsite to be able to get the excess furniture off the property and to where it needed to go! I have used this cubesmart since before it was a cubesmart and I have to say it has been the best customer service experience to date!! Thank you for everything!

Today I had a very good experience with Eva at 1519 N Dixie Hwy in Lake Worth, I rented storage at this location twice this week, once with AJ...very pleasant experience and today with Eva. I used the free truck and it was late in the day, and this was the only time I had help. Eva advised me the truck had to be back before 6pm. Unfortunately I was running a little close to 6pm, I called Eva and explained and she said no problem she was still there and would see me when I returned. What a blessing she was and I would recommend this location to anyone because of Eva and AJ. ??
