The elevators have not been working for AT LEAST three months. They’ve yet to fix the problem, resulting in leaving the doors unlocked to the building with the units. Also, means they are failing ADA requirements. They are quick to take your money, but not quick to fix what paying customers are paying for?!?!

Management is fantastic here. I literally have 6 storage units and 1 rented garage with 4 different companies, 2 at this location. I will make this my home base location due to Management and staff. Easily located off of I95, with the exception of construction and accidents, which have nothing to do with the storage facility. I have worked with the managers on several occasions, and every time they were 1. Friendly 2. Knowledgeable 3. Helpful 4. Understanding. It seems apparent that this facility is run much like a family, everyone seems happy, not stressed and genuinely glad to be working here. This will be my primary if not only storage facility from now on.

This rental was a bit challenging as the store has no phone service. But when i arrived with my reservation, Nyesha took care of everything, including the sales tex exemption. Then i had trouble getting the lock to work, so she took me back to the unit and showed me the specifics. She’s an employee you should treasure.

Completely infested with rats and cockroaches everywhere. All of our things were destroyed and roaches flooding all over the unit. Your better off just throwing everything out rather then leaving it there because that’s what your going to be doing anyway. Other units are working out of there cube and making homes for all the rats and roaches and they’ll find there way into your unit we had over 100 in ours scattering and rat droppings in all of our stuff

CubeSmart Self Storage at 1900 6th Ave S, Lake Worth, Fla. is great. It's very nice to have a climate-controlled unit and is and clean and a pleasure to visit. The lost-and-found department is very helpful too! General Manager Ann helped me recover something I lost and I was able to get it back quickly. I recommend it, much better than other local storage facilities that are hot and unpleasant.

We had accidently left an item outside our unit before traveling a distance home. When we contacted the office, we spoke with Eric, Jordan and the GM Ann in total. They coordinated our return after reviewing surveillance cameras on where the item crew legs and walked off to. The staff were EXCELLENT with each and every corresponce made to rectify this situation. Customer service, safety, communication and professionalism were off the charts SUPURB! The people who manage the CubeSmart I used were very nice and helpful when I needed them. Unfortunately, the monthly rent doubled during the time I was there. The article in the paper bragging about how the CEO was now making a salary of $10,000,000 / year (@ $200,000/ week) on my back was not so wonderful. CEO's are just people, and few are worth $5,000/hour, sorry to say. The facility was fine and the local people were fine. I can't see how their expenses went up that much, so paying the CEO is the only reason for doubling the monthly rent that I can determine. A reasonable raise each year would be expected--5%(?) to cover taxes, increased salaries for local people, etc. This was a bit much in my opinion.

Really tough going at this location rented two units they made a mistake and rented out one of the units before my reservation date made good on the promise to get a larger unit at the same price great right? Well not so fast ...came out that day and demanded I move to another smaller space even when manager told me my item would not fit. Made that ugly change only to have the other manager state that after that ugly interaction of a very rude woman I could have the original deal she had gone back on her word for. Guess legal advised her on Florida contract law. Next visit to the unit leaky roof!!! Water stains above two units water damage to my items. Upon informing them the next day here was her solution...I am not kidding.. We have some dust covers which YOU can place on your belongings which will solve the problem!!! 2nd option: you can move all your stuff to another unit in another building and we offer NO HELP!!! Oh and by the way I asked how long it might take for the contracted roofing company to fix the problem and she stated she had no idea and would not call them for any further clarification!!

My wife and I are moving and we needed a storage unit for our stuff since we are in the process of buying a house ?? so we are moving in with my wife's brother's house. We went to cube smart to get our unit as soon as we walked in the door TY the manager working had a mask on as did we.TY was VERY nice, helpful, and went above and beyond helping us. We reserved a 15x5 unit and since they didn't have one available with climate control she upgraded us to a 10x10 storage unit with climate control at the same rate . Which was very nice and also gives us more room because we're really not sure how much stuff's going in storage and what we have to take with us and be able to get in the unit to get stuff out as needed. CubeSmart on 6th Ave just west as soon as you get off 95. They also have a moving truck available during office hours, boxes tape etc to make your movies I highly recommend this cube smart and the manager Ty is very very nice helpful very professional! Definitely five plus Stars

Service was pretty good, price was unsuitable and ran out the funds of the estate to which the property belongs. However, most important, CubeSmart does not allow private auctions through StorageTreasures, although it uses StorageTreasures for its own auctions. CubeSmart policy does not coordinate with StorageTreasures in a way that allows a buyer and assistant on-site as guests of the unit owner so that the buyer can empty the unit and complete the auction. Therefore auction is totally precluded until the effort is made to move the entire unit. Further, CubeSmart employees made no effort to assist me with arranging any auction. The improvement would be if CubeSmart worked with unit owners to modify its policy and to explain to owners the best ways they can accomplish the auctioning goal. I rented 5 years 3 months, of which almost 4 years was as estate trustee rather than personal trustee, and the delay due to my difficulty arranging logistics made lots of money for CubeSmart but its goodwill could have been worth much more than that. Anyway it's forgiven now.

Horrible experience!! Rat infested and no recourse for them ruining everything I had in storage. No recourse for my loss either. They filled out an incident report. For what I don’t know as they were not willing to meet us half way on anything. I feel they should be held accountable as if they had regular exterminating company come we would have had our stuff protected. WHY would I pay a monthly fee to have my belongings ruined and eaten by rats to only throw in the garbage? Huge financial loss!! Not only my items but all the rent they took from me. TOTAL loss!!!! The Insurance they have you take out does not cover Rodent infestation. So, it’s just another financial loss. What a horrible experience!!

Do not rent any outside units here as all of your things will become rat property. This establishment does not do enough to keep rats away from the buildings so they eat holes through the walls and urinate and deficate on everything. I spoke to the manager and said my things were soaked with rat urine. He took the opportunity to tell me he would file an incident report and then said nothing would happen though and then told me the insurance does not cover rodent damage. Funny they don’t tell you that when they make you sign up for insurance. I lost everything. Stay away.

Horrible experience for me. I just got my storage 2 days ago and arrived today to drop off my furniture and the elevator was not working and the stairs wasn’t open. Everything is supposed to be accessible until 10pm. I’m a single mom and was depending on the weekend for help from others who have the weekend off. I contacted management, no answer. Contacted corporate who attempted to get in contact with management and they couldn’t initially. I had to be very adamant about the fact that I needed to have access to my unit and multiple customers were also at the storage attempting to get in. I was told that they would keep attempting to reach him and would call me back within 30 minutes. During this time, I went ahead and contacted the 1800 number for the elevator maintenance company. I gave them the information for the property and they called the local on call rep who got back to be me in less than 5 minutes. While we were on the phone, someone from CubeSmart showed up to unlock the stairway. He claimed he had been calling the elevator maintenance company since earlier this morning. Yeah right. So now I won’t be able to move as much since the people who were helping had a timeframe before doing other things they needed to do during the day and we wasted time waiting and arguing just to be given a lie of an excuse. I’ve inconvenienced them. Besides this, it takes longer to carry things up the stairs and people are very tired maneuvering up the flights. I’m not sure who will be able to help tomorrow as people want to recuperate before work. I won’t have help either once the work week starts and the 1st is Wednesday. Thanks a lot Cube Farce... I hope to be out soon!

Everyone was most helpful from my first enquiry to my visit sunday to rent a unit. They offered all the discounts and I even received an extra Month free for signing up for 12 months. Even their new trainee was eager and cheerful. The rate was the best in the area and then I learnt that this location let you use a box truck for 4 hours for free, to move in. I use that option yesterday and it cost me $10.00 and $7.00 for gas. Compared to all the other storage companies i checked out, and the one i moved from (after they nearly tripled my rate over a 2.5 year period, "GubesSmart Self Storage" was a pleasure to work with. Amazing customer service at this location. Bryan and Anna were both very helpful in assisting me with choosing the right size unit, as well as taking their time to answer any questions I had about the rental process, as well as tour different units until I found one that fit my needs. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an overwhelming sense of acceptance and familiarity. Bryan is very endearing and makes you feel as if you've gained a friend by the time you've left the Office. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Okay storage unit. Seems fairly safe. Location is weird and can be challenging to get to and there are no parking spaces. Busy days can make navigating around the facility challenging. They keep upping the rent but do not seem to be putting any of the money into the facility. The mailbox has been leaning for weeks and the keypad faceplate went missing and instead of replacing it, they wrote the numbers with permanent marker. The interior light sensors inside don't seem to work properly either.

I must give gratitude where it is due and again Miss Ann, Mr. Jordon and Mr. Sinteller of the 1900 6th Avenue South CubeSmart Storage you are the best. I truly didn't know what steps to take after giving up the smaller and closer unit next to the one I am now occupying thinking I'd be moving up North Florida and that plan didn't work as I'd hoped. When I call to inform you guys I wasn't moving and needed a more affordable and smaller unit as I don't have much items left to keep the large unit, you stepped into action and withing days managed to find a unit in my budget and easy access. I have been living the storage life for a while and pray the day will come when I won't have to store things out of my home, however it is what it is now and working along side caring people like you all gives peace of mind and respect. May God continue blessing you and bring more customers who needs the assurance that they are storing their treasured items into a secured environment with caring people like you in charge.

STAY AWAY!!! The place is absolutely infested with roaches. I went to get Christmas boxes out of the unit and when I moved a box the cockroaches just scattered everywhere. I had a unit in the E building. When I called the store manager they couldn't care less. What I couldn't kill just moved over the units on either side of mine, which was E133A! They claimed to have pest control out there every month. Well there is no way they are doing that because there was roach poop all over my boxes, on the floor, on the walls. Everywhere. This has been going on for a long time. The Cockroaches were from the small German roaches all the way to being 2-3" in size. I have attached photos for proof of how bad it is. I have had to spend hundreds of dollars in pest control chemicals to get rid of them and I'm still having an issue. Save yourself the trouble. They do not care!

the staff at this location are terrific!! I left my unit unlocked by a mistake and the management caught it in one day after I did and and called me on my cell phone to let me know !! I have been a customer there for over 5 years and I have recommend this storage location to many friends who were in a storage pinch. Ann Demanche-Feola here at the Lake Worth facility (414) has delivered nothing but 100% satisfaction each and every time I have needed assistance. Where else can you go in this day and age where you walk in the door and are welcomed by name from memory after over a year's absence? Two thumbs up!!???? Unfortunately, regular rate increases (literally EVERY 3 MONTHS) over the course of 5+ years made the unit unaffordable in the long run. I hate moving/storing but this facility is accommodating and understanding. I've had my unit for 3 yrs - today I had to upgrade to a larger unit. Every time I go the floors are clean , the lights work, and the security monitors are watching. (Which actually is a big deal) . They have a fabulous deal to use their moving truck. Whew! Made my day easier. Thanks team on 6th Ave, Lake worth

Great storage unit. I use it for professional purposes. The staff is always friendly & helpful! I love the location, so convenient for heading north or south considering its right off 95. I also love the fact that bc I have a climate controlled unit, when I'm loading my items, I never get rained on due to the roof & parking underpass area. Very helpful considering I'm there daily. Definitely recommend renting here!!!

This one had the best rates and the GM Ann explained everything accurately and detailed...so that I understood the 10% online discount that expires in six months isn't the automatic "Corporate Price Increase Slam" I thought it was... but just that discount expiring. Highly secure, air conditioned, clean, well lit, well maintained facility. Easy access. Flat carts available for transporting storage items from vehicle to storage locker. Very cooperative staff. They even accepted drop-ship deliveries for us when we could not be present, stored them in our locker and notified us of their arrival.

My experience with the Lake Worth CubeSmart was great. The facility was clean, the price was right, and the staff were friendly-especially Ann Demanche-Feola. It is right off I-95, and is easy to get to. The unit, with its high ceiling, also meant I could get a ton of materials into it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good customer service. I rented a unit, the week after my husband died thinking I might have to move. As it turned out I discovered a couple days later that I would not have to move and decided to cancel my rental. I never put anything in the unit and yet nearly two weeks had passed. I contacted CubeSmart and was told my rental fee and deposit would be refunded. When I checked my balance I did not see the refund and contacted Ann online. Turns out that the refund went through so quickly, I I had not even seen it. Excellent customer service. I would recommend highly. They have a high degree of integrity, which is rare in today's business climate. I will do business with them again when I need a rental storage place!

This location is perfect for me. It is close to my home and very near the interstate I-95 which I use frequently. Since taking over this facility it has been painted and updated, easy to access and great customer service if I have any questions or concerns. The manager and staff are efficient and personable. When I was living in Miami, I called the CubeSmart storage 1900 6th Ave S. in Lake Worth. I requested an storage x my HD motorcycle, Mrs. Ann the store manager answer my call very profecional. Unfortunally no storage was available at that time, she got my information and two weeks later, she calls informing that one storage was avaliable. Mrs.Ann customer performance is the grater. She fallowed up my requested I'm very happy with her services.
