This facility is great. All units are on a ground floor from what i saw. Bathroom on site. Office manager was very nice, a great help and the office looked great as well. It truly is a hidden gem. This location is maybe a mile from my home and never knew it was there. Great pricing as well.

They still owe me money and I’m sure I will never see it again! I paid a month in advance but ended up getting my stuff and closing my unit . They told me that I would get the money but I never did , I tried for a few months to stay on them about it and still never received it after several people telling me I would get the money back in the mail as a check . Your people at the Lake Meade location in Las Vegas are the best. Very understanding about the move and that all items would not go into truck. They are working with us to get the items moved to a smaller unit until I can get them moved to FL. we rented at the heritage road location in Lakeland Fl. Our house will not be complete until April. We moved from Las Vegas to Winter Haven and this was the closest location for storage that had a unit big enough. We had a unit in Vegas with cube smart and the rental from there was seamless. The manager was very helpful. He was responsive to my needs. I explained what we needed and advised the size of the truck. He recommended a bigger unit and got me transferred with no fuss or drama. Your company is to be commended on your customer service.

First, the location was amazing and close to my school. Second, the storage unit itself was spacious and accommodated my needs for a very reasonable price. Lastly, the customer service was fantastic! Bob, one of the managers, stayed behind past the office hours to ensure that everything was taken care of after I cleared out the storage unit! He helped me with a refund when i forgot to take the lock off after emptying the unit, and willingly helped me even after the normal hours:

Although I had never heard of CubeSmart, my partner had some previous experience with them and informed me about how good they were at what they did. So looking to have a few items stored I started to price out facilities. Not only did CubeSmart come up on the list, they were competitively priced. I wen ahead and booked online and then headed for the facility. The property was clean and easy to maneuver. I went to the office where (Dielle?) answered all my questions, finished off the rental and then gave me a tour of my space. She was extremely helpful, kind, and she knew the product she was selling. I would highly recommend CubeSmart and will continue to go there for my storage needs.

Thank you Bob for a great move! We’ve had a large storage unit in building 2 for years. When we moved to a much smaller home, we actually had two units for a month or so while we sorted things out. We’ve recently started organizing our limited storage space at home and decided to cut the size of our CubeSmart unit in half. The manager, Bob, was very helpful, found us a smaller unit in the same building, and made sure we knew where the moving carts were stored. He stopped by while I was sorting and repacking and made sure all was going well. 48 hours later, the move was complete! Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommend!

Rented a indoor storage space from here about a month ago! Both bob and Dielle had amazing customer service. I’ve never rented a storage unit and both managers were incredibly helpful setting me up and informing me of all the steps and processes along the way. Setting up the unit to my last day using it was so simple and quick getting everything set up and closed. If I ever need another unit again I’ll definitely be going back to both bob and dielle! Have had a unit here since the 90s when I was a pharmaceutical sales rep. They did have a roof leak a couple yrs ago and some furniture in my personal unit was water damaged. But the rules state we have to have our own insurance. So... Roof was repaired! The managers are so nice.! I reccomend CubeSmart in Lakeland!

I had a bad mishap there with some water damage. But i had inc on my stuff and i got paid for some of it . And i had some emotional discomfort about throwing it away and so they did it for me so they were there in the end because things do happen .

The management is very professional but takes time to be friendly and helpful. I was needing to upsize to another unit and was able to get the one right next door, so the moving was very quick and simple. I have a climate-controlled unit at a very reasonable monthly rate. And the property is well-maintained and monitored.

Place has many different size cages for storage that are climate controlled. Yes. Cages! One connected to the other, but very well secured! What I didn't like, was the one we priced on he was honest and said the had a roof leak problem and they think they had it fixed, but I have another one over here that is larger and cheaper. So we accepted that one. Turns out it was $39 more. Place closes at 6 but you have access with a gate code til 10 p.m. and the manager lives on grounds so they will know if someone is on grounds that is not suppose to. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

The management staff make this storage facility a pleasure. Very attentive, entirely customer focused; they will help you in any way they can. The facility is clean and modern when compared to many others. By the way, they put stickers on your locks as a safety measure, to make sure no one has cut and replaced your locks. My only gripe is that in the effort to fit as many units as possible onto that lot, that some of the turns can be tight in a straight box truck. I'm a long time customer and will remain so.

The problem was not Shanta fault, first on check in the computer was down for a long period of time not allowing me to check in or receive a storage area with the truck waiting to unload. The second was when I went back to the storage area and tried to gain entry, my code did not work and no one would answer the call button, do not know if it even works. I did see Shanta walk out of the office and I called her to inform her my code did not work. She told me there were problems and opened the gate manually. I went back the following day and the gate was still not working. It appears the main company does not give good support.

Climate controlled storage is at a comfortable temperature, door and hallways are easy to maneuver in. The staff was friendly, professional, and prompt at calling to confirm my reserved unit. My one complaint is that several times when I arrived with a load, there was no available carts. More carts might be a good thing for them to invest in.

It was the best rate in town when I was comparing prices, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the storage was clean. They have good security, and they seem to really watch the storage facility closely and notify you right away if they even suspect an issue. I would highly recommend them!

Although the CubeSmart unit I recieved was not what I expected, I'm confident it will work well. They have big garage like units as well as hallways with units separated by fencing (like a dog kennel). They have really good security systems and are very friendly. My friend and I showed up about 10-15 minutes before close and Shanta was just as kind and helpful as she would have been at any other time. She drove us to our unit and offered to get a chain for our lock when it didn't fit. She even offered to use her own locks from home until we could come in with a usable lock. I'm very excited to work with CubeSmart and see the excellent customer service ahead.
