I needed to store my 37ft Fifth Wheel Camper for 6 weeks. I found CubeSmart on Google and made a reservation online. It was easy and quick to make the reservation. The next day, I received a call from Debbie. She wanted to confirm the booking dates and space. As I have never stored an RV before, I had a lot of questions for Debbie. She was very polite and accommodating and provided detailed answers while easing my mind about the concerns I had. Upon arrival at the facility a few days later, Debbie was on duty and knew who I was when I entered the office. I assume she noticed my very large camper and n the driveway and put it together. She greeted me outside the office with a huge smile and genuine “How do you do?”. then offered to walk me to the site to confirm that my fifth wheel would fit. At the site, I was concerned because the spot was against a wall that had a fire hydrant adjacent to it. I knew it would not allow me enough room to maneuver and unhitch my camper. Debbie immediately suggested we use spot 2 which was located in an area that would allow ease of access. She has been a pleasure to interact with every time. I highly recommend CubeSmart for any and all of your storage needs. Hopefully you will also hav to opportunity to work with someone like Debbie. I found her to be pleasant, competent, and efficient at her job. Thanks Debbie. It’s been wonderful dealing with you.

I will never rent from here again, nor will I refer anyone to them. Staff is unpleasant, not concerned about people's items. Place has so much inconvenient spacing and when brought to a staff's attention you're told to either wait or the other words they have just as much right to be there too that she has nothing else to tell. So when I would block the way along with another customer with just as much right and I already moved once and was told this I by the staff member, I said ok I have the right as well just as much when I was there 1st. And the other customer was trying to leave they were getting mad cuz nobody was moving so I said the staff member said you'll have wait, I have just as much right. She wasn't very pleased with me. I found rat poop all over my items in my unit, then rat's had chewed and peed on a lot of my furniture that I had to throw away a bunch of it. I found a much better storage unit to store my house items and so much more friendlier staff.

I'd like to change my rating literally the next day after my 1st rating the ladies in the office started to get rude locking the restrooms when we where there driving by in their cart taking pictures of our storage then when our payment was due and we realized we couldn't come up with the money we came to tet our stuff and they had already put a lock on it saying they had a 6 day grace period that our payment was due the 5th we came on the 11th

I came back...staff said they saw it but didn't bother putting it in the office...it had very valuable items in it... Well unit had a bad smell to it and got past that. Then when rented the same size unit in a different spot it was almost doubled in price which I asked about a lowed priced unit. So I closed out the unit next day and they don't refund so they kept 200.00 for one day and I think that's bad business altogether and the unit I closed down I had spent 5 minutes trying to open the latch and I voiced my concerns and it was like talking to a wall no words of we will check it out or anything. So there are better places out there with lower prices. Check around and be careful cause other places will work with you and refund just not cubesmart and that's a company about money not good relationships. Just sad that they don't show concern.

I would never recommend “this”CubeSmart storage facility to anyone. This particular facility is not well maintained. Their rental rates are the highest I ever seen during the time I was shopping for ones. Below is a list of my complaints: 1. No after hours restroom. 2. There are decayed / untrimmed oak trees over the climate controlled parking areas. These parking areas always have fallen limbs laying about. One 5 lbs limb fell on the roof of my truck, leaving a dent. 3. Hurricane Ian cause a very large oak tree to fall against the building I moved out of. This tree should have been removed years ago as a danger to the units near to it . As of 06 Oct 2022, this tree still remains against the building and roof. I rented a unit near where the tree fell, and I quickly moved out because the structural integrity of the building could have been compromised. My unit was climate controlled unit # 1411. 4. I rented units at this facility for years now, and I’ve never seen a facility so badly maintained at this particular time. 5. If one wants to rent a unit at this facility, they have buy content’s insurance, it’s mandatory. Iv’e never run into this before, so any prudent person would ask why. I because, in my opinion their facility is substandard. 6. I have seen evidence in more than a few units of roof leaks, of course this is not a good thing. 7. All new renter’s - beware !

Whatever you do, don't waste your money renting a storage space here. They have rats that left droppings all over my stuff. Also, dust and grass blew in my unit. I had made they aware the day I moved on that my space was missing the rubber stripping but they assured me it was fine. No one there cares when I was in tears explaining the horrors I had found. I called 4 times to resolve issues and never heard back when I was again assured someone would get a hold of me. Beyond frustrated.

We were able to come in late (30min before close on a friday)...Pay online & within minutes we were emailed a gate access code & unit instructions. All on our time. Some units are located on a bit of a steep incline (something to consider if you're planning on moving large items) but overall they're very well maintained & fully secured. And have a decent promo going on to boot! ??

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would not recommend. The store manager is unprofessional, rude, condescending and extremely rigid. Threatened to have my things towed that were already on a trailer as I'm trying to close the unit!! Very entitled acting and I will spread the word via word of mouth and across all platforms of social media. After spending so much money across a year's time, to be treated like this it's just disgusting. Go to the CubeSmart in Wildwood and store your items there, A Plus customer service.

Pros: Well staff were great, they were helpful and professional. The units were clean and accessible except after 10pm. You can pay online. Cons: The rates jumped up significantly within a few months of contract. For days perhaps weeks my property was not secured by a gated fence due to a new software glitch with the old system. They had to leave the gates open 24/7 as they would not open with a code.

I have been a very loyal customer to the Center Street location in Leesburg, FL and I am going to be completely honest. I went into that location on the 31st with my sister and fully intended on taking my belongings and my business to a different company all together. However the young lady that was working that facility that day had came from a different location to help cover. And she was without a doubt the most understanding and compassionate along with respectful, courteous and professional lady. She was the picture of what customer service in business 101 would look like. I have not experienced that professionalism since the resident managers of the company that actually built that facility years ago. I ultimately decided to continue my business at that facility for now and trust when I say that if the poor business skills that I had experienced this past year continue, it will not take me another year to remove my belongings and business and relocate to a completely different facility and company. I truly hope that the company takes some advice to send All employees of that facility and send them to spend some time at a facility with the young lady that was at the Center Street facility to help with coverage on July 31st. If not they will loose a lot of business.

The people were very polite and professional. They took care of my paperwork very quickly, my gripes are with the business, expect to get insurance whether you want it or not, expect to pay a special fee just because you chose to go with their service. A fee for signing up. It wasn't until I decided to close the account that I saw the damage being done by rodents in my boxes. The black pellets were far too much in with belongings. It was absolutely disgusting. Then to top it off they tell me I cannot use their trash bins. What was I paying for to do everything for them. And what basis do they keep raising the rent every year. Let's face it they have two employees and no electricity in the unit, no protection from the elements if rats could get in my unit. They are nice to you when you pay your rent on time every month, and don't give them any problems, but the moment you ask for a favor Everything Changes.

We paid for a 8x5x8 and what we got was 8x4'2"x8 and a "I am sorry". We were quoted one price online with a confirmation page but we have to pay more and required more on signing up and per month than what was promised. I did get a very friendly "I am sorry ". But an email was sent with a small note that did not make it very clear that we also have to pay for their insurance. I feel like I have been taken. Will know better next time.

They saved me a bundle on storage for a 2 bedroom home by recommending a 10 x 20. I was going to get an extra large space. They were very helpful and very nice to work with and also recommended what I would need for packing. They were spot on. No waste. I didn't have to return for more or return any excess.. Thank you.

Easy check-in! They even called several days out to confirm my move-in date and make sure all of my questions were answered. Once I arrived, I was taken to my unit by the manager (Sean LaFlash), in a golf cart, to inspect the unit, check for cleanliness and make sure it would meet my needs. Really white glove service....and this was on a Sunday. I've rented several storage units around the state and these guys blow the others away.

I received friendly service here at CubeSmart with a smile. The unit I rented here was a 20' x 20' and it even had electric and lighting. I was happy that this place has a rest room for the customers to use. Everything was neat and clean too.

I have rented a 20x40 storage unit for 2 1/2 years at the CubeSmart facility in Leesburg. Their prices are affordable. The units are insect free, dry, and secure. I have rented at storage units before and what makes the CubeSmart location in Leesburg stand out is their on-site management, Their employees are first class, flexible, and highly professional. They really care about me and my belongings, and that means a great deal to me.

Your location is very convenient for me to use. I have gone past it many times. When the need for more storage comes about. I went to your facility and check ya'll out. I was greeted by your General Manager Lena. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped me determine what size of unit I will be needing, and showed them to me. She explained everything to me about your security and hours of operation and the costs I will be getting. All the units I looked at were good and clean inside and out. I like that. Everything was made simple by Lena and I knew the type unit I will be needing and how much I will be spending monthly. I appreciate everything Lena did for me. The guy she has working with her is some what friendly but not very good at cleaning the grounds. When going by your facility I have observed him walking by and over the trash in the driveways inside your location and not even stopping and picking it up. He seems not to really care about keeping the place clean. I never have seen him go outside the fence and pick up anything. But it usually stays where it is till I see Lena out picking everything up. I have seen Lena out picking up trash and other debris on a daily basis but not him. I have seen him riding around in the carts with the trash bin but mainly riding around. He rarely goes outside the fence and cleans. I maily see Lena doing that. She truly cares about her area and what it actually looks like inside and out.
