Great customer service, clean storage area, great privacy and easy access to your storage area; however, if you need a tiny space this is the place. Other wise a 10×10 and larger is so expensive it doesn't make any since, not affordable and they can increase the price on you after 3 months. This is really sad. People are struggling out here to make ends meat yet they are charging like crazy while we are trying to get our lives situated. Don't come here look else where, unless you're a millionaire. I am hoping their prices get better so I can rent the space I truly need.

Rats everywhere had 2 literally throw everything i owned away today!! I told the manager Nathan about this problem 2 months after I moved in someone next 2 me moved out and the rats moved in my storage he gave me 2 rat traps every time I opened the storage 4 5 rats on the trap?? so I stop going. N my storage because I hate rats and afraid of them I paid 175 dollars every month for everything I own 2 be soiled with rat piss rat feces and ate all my important papers up anything I had from my moms death obituaries everything yall should really be ashamed !!every name brand purse i owned garbage every shoe furniture everything found 1 dead rat one I killed and one ran out a storage bin that had a lid into someone's storage disgusting and they next to the commissioner office i know they got rats 2 do better

If you value your items, do NOT rent a unit from here. Go to literally any other location, Aventura isn’t far away & is maintained way better. Rodent (either a mouse or rat) urine & feces. You might even see a dead one in the hallway like I did.

Nathan and your other staff are incredible!!! They have gone so far beyond their roles as employees to help me, and I am truly thankful for them. The facility and pricing are wonderful. The only downside is the cart situation, which is completely unacceptable. There is only one cart available, due to theft. I understand your concerns, I do. HOWEVER, now that the cart is kept in the store section, and you have to leave your driver's license with the staff to use one, there is absolutely no reason for this, current, abysmal cart situation. The driver's license, obviously, secures the return of the cart, which is kept in the store. There is plenty of room in the store for additional carts. Please fix this unacceptable situation, and then CubeSmart will be perfect!

The storage is clean. The rep and the manager were friendly and even took the time out to give us a walk-thru and show us how to get in and out of the facility. I had an issue with my lock and the manager came out and helped me (which is not part of their responsibility). I was very impressed and would recommend this location!

Rat infested disgusting experience! Thousands and thousands of dollars of my furniture smelling like rat piss. Storage room full of rat dropping, to a point that I had to get a broom to remove it out of the way so the movers can get my stuff out. Now I have to spend thousands to get everything steam cleaned. Contacted corporate and spoke with them and was promised that the DM will be in touch and haven't heard anything back. I want Cube smart to compensate for the money I will be spending to get my belongings cleaned to the absolute neglect of this facility. While on premises I saw a pest control guy there, asked him if he is aware of the rat infestation, he said he is and they are “working on it.” I still can’t get the piss smell out of my house! Disgusting!!! The employees who worked there were cleaning the premises and collecting the rat droppings in their dust pan. Absolutely horrible that even the employees have to work in this rat piss hell!! Wish I can post the video I took.

I'm NOT a happy renter. When the office is open or closed, so is the public restroom on the property, leaving the renters to figure it out when they have to go back and forth for a key only during office hours for the restroom key. After business hours, the office is closed, there's no key, and there is no restroom to use. I've complained to management about having access to the restroom when the office is closed, and still, bathroom doors remain locked all day, and nothing was done about it. We pay our rent on time and are being punished. I have to empty my bladder before going to our storage unit so we won't have any accidents when we are there. HELP GOOGLE!!!!!!

I'm editing this review, but only barely raising my rating for now. These "summer hours" they posted that say they're randomly unavailable is unexcusable. Jose is very nice, but the lack of presence and customer service as a whole for the entire facility is absolutely impossible to ignore. They rarely send emails, the online payment system is terrible, and the app is worse. As of now, my dispute with the extra month charged to me before the date arrived seems to have been resolved, but it was such a hassle to try and get my stuff out after a different rep tried to charge me for July/August before we were half way into June and I was already moving out. Great customer service. They were attentive to all of my needs and very informative and helpful. Both the representative and manager went out of their way to assist me. The storage unit is also very satisfactory , large space at the best rate. I was even upgraded at no additional cost to me when the original unit I reserved became unavailable.

Jose was simply amazing. His energy was definitely something special! I have never been a member of cube smart usually I go to extra space but honestly he definitely have a customer in me for a lifetime! I appreciate everything! Cube smart definitely put the right guy in here because he really made my day. And I love the customer service! The unit I reserved I did not like a certain thing about it and he accommodated me right away and found a unit that was convenient for me. He definitely went above and beyond!

This place is run by idiots at first I was charged a late fee for something that was their fault rather than apologizing it was more so pretty much pay me and call that a day. This time I ran into issue trying to explain something to one of the managers the same one that was rude to me after the other one messed up rather than listening he interrupted me the whole time. I called corporate was told someone will reach out to me within 48 hours and still have not yet gotten a response I had to file a complaint at the Better Business Bureau please do leave your items here.

No problems loading or unloading. They should place trash cans somewhere on the property. The loading area was full of garbage from the truck that offloaded before us and they just left due to lack of Trash cans.

Rented at several cube smart locations across the U.S new & old. This by far is bottom of the barrell. From the automatic gate not working & being locked inside to elevators being down & faulty key fobs. Management is difficult to get in contact with & the main entrance door is always locked even during business hours.
