I had a terrific experience going to pick up my keys for my storage unit that manager over. There was super nice. Didn’t allow me to walk in the water because it was floated. Asked me if I needed help just being nice good communication. I would totally recommend this place.

Worst storage facility I’ve ever used. Warning - they will trick you with a low rate & within a few months, hike it up. I said “so you take advantage of customers by doing this?” Yes,” she said on the phone. Well, at least she’s honest. I also called several times to ask them about the bill. I left 2 messages - no call back. I called every few days - goes to voicemail. When they called me because I was a few days late on my bill (on purpose because they never call you) I told her I called the number on the website. She didn’t seem to care, just said she never got it. The may seem ok at first but do not go with this storage facility. **Now that I read the other reviews I know about the roaches & rats. As soon as we can, we are out. I also contacted your corporate office.

This is worst storage place ive ever used. Its dirty, no lights, flooded, and you cant get in touch with anyone. You can call the district manager to help you, but they will never call you back. I would not recommend Cube Smart company located in North Miami Beach, Florida to anyone for the 3 following reasons. 1. The unit was infested with roaches. 2. There was a leak causing items of clothing to become moldy and musty. 3. The price of storage almost doubled in less than 2 years.

I used the facility at (15120 NE 6th Ave Miami FL 33162). If I could give this location *00000* stars I would. I moved out from this location to find that my personal belongs had rat droppings all over them, there was even a dead rat inside my storage. Tons of cockroaches were in the hallway. This place should be torn down immediately. Do not put your stuff at this storage. I had to throw 60% of my stuff away, and this should not be. This place is NASTY, avoid it at all cost. Personal lesson learned, check your storage on a regular basis, even if you are not there to take anything out, just to make sure your precious belongs and memories aren't destroyed.

Great storage facility. The staff was super friendly. I rented an indoor 10' x 20' space for my prized Shelby. Getting in and out was easy. Just bring your own lock. I kept a bucket of Damp Rid in the car to keep it dry. Totally secure, with private gate with your own code. The manager Rita and her husband are very kind and helpful. Although, I didn't see them much, on my last day it was sad because I felt I was saying good bye to friends. I would rent there again in heartbeat.

Not clean, and the services offered is basEd on the mood of the workers. Before I started to use the facility I told them the sole purpose that I'll be using it for and I was assured by Rita the manager that it would be an issue but guess what it is now. A suggestion was made by them to make it easier for them and I followed through with their request but soon after ( a few days) it was still a problem. I have it in writing that they were completely aware of everything but now that I have spent a lot of money and time they decided to go back on their word. I am considering taking legal action because it's going to cost me a lot of money and time to change everything again. Update 1

Best Customer Service of all specially Rita M. Puebla! My name is Marjorie and my storage unit G-91, I just had to write to applaud Rita M. Puebla for the outstanding help she did when I need it the most specially to the worst thing that happen to me within the unit at the storage. She went beyond her service with the most courteous, conscientious, and careful Customer service attendant that I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet!! She worked very, professionally and outstanding, cleanly, and quickly to ease the situation Specially when she stopped by calling the police, the city inspectors, the radio station most of all when she heard me with channel 7 wsvn on the called and she was most gracious in responding to my requests when all my personal belonging were destroyed in the units G-91. She did everything possible when the media called her after they saw all that destroyed pictures of the unit that I sent the entire media ad posted them of Facebook. I just feel compelled to give a great recommendation for her at this particular Storage. They are the best on this business I have probably ever encountered and the most thoughtful customer services you could ever ask for. She helps me with my individual needs before you can even think of what to ask for. I couldn’t be happier. Every security precaution has been thought of. From the first day I occupied the space, I have received excellent customer service. Mrs. Puebla & the rest of the staff have taken good care of us. They were great, very helpful and I would rent from there again. She was excellent from start to finish. Best experience we've ever had using this storage. Absolutely recommend!
