I would like to say first of all, this is my first time renting out a storage. I had no idea how to even ask for one but Cameka helped 100% with the best professionalism and most positive attitude. She asked me what I’ll use it for, she gave me tours of some available ones. She answered all my worries and gave me the time to choose, read over agreements and just being able to chat it was amazing. 100% made my first time storage experience a success. I recommend CubeSmart and this one got the best employees. They are always aware and attentive about everything and make sure things are always neat and orderly as it should be. 10/10 in my opinion

Cameka is an absolute legend! Super kind, outgoing, and full of energy—she seriously leveled up my whole experience. She walked me through different units, broke down the lock options, and even hit me with all the promos to help cut the upfront cost (which was clutch since I had already dropped a bag on storage bins). Staff was kind and helpful. However, the facility was often dirty and regularly had things in need of repair (I.e. doors and bathrooms). It is advertised as air conditioned, but is very hot inside. The company raises the rent about every 5-6 months by about 50$. It quickly became unaffordable and not worth the money and when speaking to the company they stated they do not cater to long term renters and instead cater to short term renters.

This company is/was great. Cameka is amazing. She was helpful with every part of the process. She even went back a couple days later and checked to ensure I had locked my unit correctly when I asked her to do so. I would strongly recommend CubeSmart for pricing (great discounts online) and the amazing service Cameka provided.

We called 15+ storages to see if anyone could help us. We needed to drop off our 24ft trailer for a few hours to unpack. No one allowed this. Until we called cube smart, Cameka helped us so much! She made the process so smooth for us and it was a weight lifted off our shoulders. We realized we needed another small storage to fit some extra stuff and she was able to help us immediately. Been renting a unit for a year. Light right outside my unit has been out. I keep getting the run around. 1 year here and light has only worked 1 time. But they sure are quick to raise fee. AC also doesnt cool the same in all the areas and its the same answers technician is to come in soon. I do love the easy access and staff is friendly.

I was so impressed and thankful that I was able to resolve a last minute need for a storage unit all with a few clicks on the app. Then , when I arrived at the storage location, the ladies were so helpful. The location is very clean, the unit is well built and everything g was so professional and efficient. I appreciate the convenience they ensure with enough available carts (wish they had a mattress one ) and the elevators have worked very well. All around pleased with the service .

Staff are very professional. Special thanks to David for giving me an advance tour of rental units, and for assisting me on day I opened my unit after reservation and guided me thru the paperwork process (Great guy!). Much like other storage facilities, bathrooms require keys from staff. Prior to opening account, sometimes staff were not present in office, even during office hours. Good pricing on units. Only a few years old as a rental storage facility, so place is relatively clean.

They care more about securing new customers then they do about keeping current ones. They promote low prices for new customers while raising the priced to astronomical levels for existing members. I pay 285 for a 10x10 and they are offering it to 150 for new customers. So I get an increase so they can recruit new customers. When I signed up for my 10×10, they gave me an 8×12 and said it was the same thing. "You take 2 feet away on the sides but add 2 to the depth". Clearly they don't train staff on how square feet work. Paid for 100 square feet and they tried to move me into one that's 96 square feet thinking I wouldn't notice. Awful service.

Could not gain access to facility day after I signed contract because entry keypad was broken. I waited with movers and a truck full of junk and incurred $300 of costs until another angry person waiting pried the doors open. Cubesmart has yet to reimburse me or apologize for the inconvenience.

I don't write reviews often, but I feel this place really deserved it. Cameka very friendly and competent, but also patient and not at all pushy. I moved from out of state, and wasn't sure when the moving truck would arrive, so she encouraged me to just make a reservation instead of starting the rent before I needed it. I had to change the move-in date multiple times for various reasons and she never showed a hint of annoyance, and I'm very sensitive to that sort of thing. I've had to rent storage many times in the past and I've often experienced difficulty getting in touch with staff or low-key frustration / hostility because I have difficulty figuring out how things like these work sometimes. Cameka made me feel welcome and comfortable - like this is MY storage space. (She also got me a unit perfect for needs, and I'm very grateful for that.) This alone would've sold me, but the condition of the facility is spectacular. I could've gone to storage places closer to me, but they looked unkempt and unmanaged. This place is incredibly clean and well maintained; the grass is mowed, the trash cans are serviceable and emptied. Down to the little details, it feels secure, clean, and welcoming. I sincerely endorse it.

I made a reservation on 17 December 2022 on-line to move-in on 28 December 2022. I discovered that I was charged from the reservation date not from the move-in date. The management insisted on charging me retroactively from the reservation date and defused to give me credit from the period between reservation date and occupancy date.

It's easy enough to get in and use the facility. I wasn't provided with a lock combination for my unit, which was odd, but the front desk was able to pull it from my account. I also wish it were easier to navigate the floors like maybe a "Units 101-201" plaque along the corresponding hall.

Had my trailer broken into on property was very unsettling experience not follwed up by staff or nor showed care to incident was told by employee oh yeah it happens sometimes after that never heard a word from staff untill they wanted to charge me at that point i had been not been parked there for a while my trailer cost $800 to fix due to burglary on my trailer thanks you honestly need better security the only way in or out is with code your company supplies honestly would never leave anything here not even for FREE

Long time customer. Went to the storage unit to leave some items and I encountered a sign on the elevators saying OUT OF ORDER. Went to speak to the person in their office and was told the elevator's motherboard got fried during a storm. They aren't able to fix until Friday. The most upsetting part... no apology and was almost dismissed until he released I've been renting a space for a while. Also, no form of help or compensation was offered (I am paying for a service, right?). I was told I could use the stairs, which I did. If you're considering renting here you may want to think twice just because of the lack of customer service... should be ashamed.

This cubesmart lacks even the basic minimal security that is standard to keep your belongings safe.. The fact is, they lack nearly all necessary and standard deterrents and safeguards in this facility to make it secure. I have moved facilities because my unit was broken into on Tuesday morning along with 100+ OTHER UNITS. The lack of security measures allowed these 7-8 robbers to have complete access and control of the entire building from midnight to 6 am! Six whole hours of robbing every persons family heirlooms or personal collections. This building does not have a gate at the entrance like nearly all of other facilities in area. Red Flag. This building does not even lock the doors after hours because their employees leave at 6pm and the building closes at 10. Yes, the doors are unable to open with the keypad, but a simple push with your thumbs and they will open right up. Red Flag #2. This building doesn’t have a controlled keypad in the elevators like ALL other properly managed storage facilities. This means that if someone wants, they can access whatever floor they like whenever the want. Other properties have a keypad in the elevator that disables them after hours (most important) and prevents people from being able to go to any floor except their own. Red Flag #3. This building is not equipt with motion sensors or an alarm Red Flag #4. This facility does not have after hours security like nearly all other facilities in Miami. I believe with an average unit paying 150+ a month and having thoifusands of units, maybe spending 20 an hour at night for security wouldn’t be too much to ask, but clearly they absolutely don’t care about your security. Red Flag #5. Finally to close out this review. It’s very violating when you have been a victim of theft. What is more upsetting is that the facility had a list of exactly which units were “compromised” including mine and 48 hours had passed without a phone call or an email. The only reason I did find out was because I happened to actually go to my storage unit to drop off some belongings. Out of all the crime that occurred here without a watchful eye, not telling customers they have been victimized is easily the biggest crime of them all. Do me a favor and stay away, spend an extra 10 bucks and go to their competition. Please google storage break in miami and an article on WSVN will appear if you want to validate this review. DO NOT PATRON this facility

Cube smart sells the illusion of secure facility however provide minimal security at best! Even after you make them aware of the security issue they do nothing to ensure security! I have a unit at this location. My number changed and so did my debit card information. Cubesmart could not get a hold of me and I missed a payment. When I received an email about this, I called and asked if I could give them my updated card details and number. The dude on the phone agreed and I gave him everything. Few months later I get a letter saying that I owe hundreds pf dollars in missed payments. I call and ask why no one auto-charged my card or tried to contact me via phone. Girl on the phone says they don’t take credit card details over the phone because it’s not a secure line....... This place is a joke.

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have changed my rating original rating (3) to current (5). I was contacted by the District Manager Nestor regarding my post. Apparently, there was some type of miscommunication and although he approved the extension, it was not related down the line. Bottom line, he fixed the error and gave me the price that I had signed up for and had been guarenteed. There are a lot of good places to store your items. Customer service is the key. This location, company, has shown me that they value good customers and they care about their clients. From their great local staff, Johnny and Marianne, and now I can add their district manager, Nestor. I will be a long time client based on their outstanding customer service. In this day and age, that is the key to a successful business. Local staff great...upper management..not so much. I had a reservation since I was moving back from overseas. I had my ex husband and son go talk to marianne and she helped them. I had made an on-line reservation to get the great price since the move is sooo expensive. My flight was changed and Marianne said she change still hold it until I arrived and I could pay. I came in on the scheduled day but the system had bounced out my reservation. The local manager, Johnny, helped me find a space equivalent to my previous space and he called his general manager and explained the situation and asked if he could honor the price since it was a system error after being told the price for my unit would be honored. He refused. The local manager did everything he could for me and so did marianne but the district or higher manager was unwilling. I, unfortunately, had already provided the address to the shipping company so I was stuck. It ended up being 75.00 more a month than I had been quoted. If I had known that the system would bounce me out and I wouldn't have gotten the deal, I would have had my ex pay that day, since I was still in Honduras. But I was assured that they could change, no problem. I didn't mind not getting the original unit, but the price is what made me choose this place. I will be a long time storage client so I will defintely re-consider my options once my stuff is delivered. I have only nice things to say with the great local staff, Johnny and Marianne but Corporate cubesmart is not interested in real customer service..wouldn't recommend.

My experience with CubeSmart has been great so far! As an interior designer I constantly have a lot of decor that I need to store and organize so I’m there often. I find it to be VERY easy to access my unit and unload all my supplies using the handy carts. I appreciate how clean everything is at all times and even the smell inside smells like air freshener! Both Johnny and Marian have been extremely helpful in setting up my account and are always very welcoming every time I visit. I feel very lucky to have found this place as I was in need of a storage for so long. It’s close to my house, easy to drop by whenever I need to and a huge help to my business. I won’t be leaving any time soon :)
