To top it off, the church or what ever that is next door taking over the storage parking lot and it makes it hard to maneuver cause it's so tight.

My husband is military, so we’ve tried many storage facilities. I like this one the best. First, the units are so economical. We got ours during a sale, but the normal prices are still terrific. Online booking was really convenient too. Time I booked online i received a confirmation call and they gave me a detailed walk through via phone. The flexible business hours suit us travelers well and allow you to take advantage of moving during cooler temp hours, unlike many I’ve used. Most importantly for us, they offer the climate controlled units. Many of the furniture styles we like, tend to mold easy for some reason. That’s not of concern here at CubeSmart. We used a different company in Texas that was not climate controlled. The movers unfortunately experienced the nasty rash Wicker and rattan furniture can cause if stored in closed humid areas for less than 3 months even. A climate controlled unit is very necessary. I’m glad I found this company for so many reasons.

After just a few months however, they raised my monthly price by about $20 or 25%. As I am out of town for several months taking care of family in another state, there is nothing I could do but pay the new rate. Bait and switch… I would look elsewhere when considering a storage facility and confirm your rates will not be raised when signing the contract.

I have moved over a dozen times in my life and had at least ten different storage units and by far this is my favorite one. Luis not only gave us a great price on a great unit but he made the entire move much better just by being a great personality. The facility is very clean and there are two elevators which helped make move-in much easier. The entire facility is very secure so you do not have to worry about safety. Luis went above and beyond to make sure that are moving went smoothly which makes all the difference.

Came here to transfer our storage unit from one to another due to the high price of Sentry Storage. We were greeted by the manager Luis. Not only did he make the entire move very welcoming but he also was very personable, helpful, friendly and overall a great person. Since we were moving with two littles he went out of his way to help entertain our kids during the stressful time of moving. Luis helped make a move, that is already stressful, much easier. The entire facility is very clean and well managed. There's a high volume of moving in and moving out but they're always is a cart to use which is very convenient. There are bathrooms on the first floor close to the elevators. There's also plenty of different sizes of units to rent with move-in specials which help very much. Parking is right next to the loading ramp. There's also two elevators as well as two loading ramps which makes it very easy and convenient to move in. There is a lot of extra parking on the other side. To be honest I don't have one complaint about this entire facility it is very well managed and you know you are being taken care of there.

I moved my stuff into Cubesmart when I started my apartment renovation. I moved it out when the renovation was finished. My movers worked with Cubesmart moving in (I couldn't be there because my mother became gravely ill) and moving out (I had to stay in the apartment and wait for the movers to arrive). The mgr.-- first Ellington, then Luis, took care of the movers and made it go very smoothly. When the movers were done, Luis went to the unit to inspect it for termination and sent me an email. This is a relatively new facility and the personnel there couldn’t be any more professional. My main contact was Cindy. She worked with me on every detail of my move and was waiting for me when I arrived at the Miami CubeSmart to help me with my move into my storage unit. Definitely recommend this facility and Cindy gets 5 stars in professionalism in my book.
