The AC are never working. The elevators and hallways smell terrible. I just went to my storage yesterday and after spending 1 there, i could not take the heat. Also, I found mold in one of the outside of my bags. This storage used to be well keep but I can tell you it has gone downhill in the past 2 years. I pay almost $160 for my unit and I expect the AC to work. People have their things storage there and are trusting that you keep them safe. There are things that cannot be replace if they get damage by mold. I checked my unit at least twice a month because I am afraid of getting damage because of the lack of ventilation. I am looking for a new place... After over 3 years of being a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed/upset of what I saw.... Spend the money on a good cleaning and fix your AC units.

Crazy how people are paying over 200 every month to store clutter, that they should be ridding from their lives. The "first month free" in these places is never really free, by the time you pay all the fees and setup you already spent a bunch on the alleged "free month" but at least it's a nice place to spend thousands storing nonsense.

For a whole year I paid the rental insurance to CubeSmart through GAIG for my storage Unit 3003 . I had stored two large flat panel TVs and the TVs were stolen from the unit towards the end of June 2018. I lived in MA. at the time and the last time I saw the storage unit was at the end of May and I only discovered the robbery April 24th 2019. I did not get much satisfaction from the manager and employees of CubeSmart, Miramar, FL. They were trying to divert the issue to me and were not very helpful. I put in a claim with GAIG and now they tell me that my claim is invalid because the lock was not tempered with. How am I supposed to know what happened! It could have been an inside job, thieves are able, so they tell me, to unlock a lock through a code... why am I supposed to be responsible for the loss of property only because there is no apparent break in? What's the use of having a rental insurance? I'm not going to accept GAIG's very convenient decision lying down, I'm going to fight it and I'm going to put the blame squarely on CubeSmart and GAIG, FOR NOT PROPERLY PROTECTING MY PROPERTY. For a whole year I paid almost $200 for the unit to be treated like this! I think both CubeSmart (not too smart) and sneaky GAIG should shoulder the blame for the outcome. I'm not going to take the loss lightly!

Stored my Class B camper van in a minute!! I had no idea that they stored RVs but they do — I now have my van in covered, secure store and can get at it daily! The process was instantaneous :-) Alexandra just made it happen smooth as silk. And the price is definitely affordable! Love it!

Due to the Hurricane, I was not able to access my unit at Public Storage since they had no power. I had movers coming on Saturday so I needed a solution. Public Storage was not able to find a solution other than charging me full price on an additional unit. I went to Cubesmart our of desperation and they were great! I wish I had come here 1st. Stephen was super helpful and I was able to secure a unit same day for little over $50 (first month free). The facilities are super clean and are new. I would highly recommend this location, it's close to the highway and have top notch customer service. Thank You!

They're always willing to give information and make sure you feel welcomed. They provide great service so that you are in and out as quickly as possible. The facility is very clean. Pest control is exellent but they are deceiving in pricing. Different prices from internet price to lobby price. WHY they do that? They make you purchase insurance. For a small unit 5x5 it suppose to be $58 a month turned out to be $74

Billing is a disaster when you are trying to move out. The month prior to my move I asked Ralph if my rent could be prorated because I was moving out in the middle of the month. He told me that when I was sure of my move out date to call and my final payment due would be adjusted. This was not the case! Today I spoke with Alexandra who told me that she could not calculate the final payment until I moved out and if the move out date was after the 15th I would incur 2 late fess (1st on the 10th and the second on the 15th). Why would I spend $15 to save $30? My bottom line savings would only be $15. Please tell me how this makes sense?

All I wanted was a storage unit . It took 2 hours to get into one . I dont know if this is the standard for this company the last unit i had took about 15 mins to sign and see unit . They have a mandatory 12.00 insurance which they don not tell you about till your there if its mandatory just add it in the price . Ralph and Sandra where nice people just did not want to spend the day with them . They blame the internet there for being slow well step up your game and call your provider and get it fixed . well the over all is it is a pretty clean place / could use some more parking to unload and some new carts . 2 things important to a storage center that were awful .
