Dirty, unorganized. I booked a storage unit and they didn’t tell me it was only a wire fence between my belongings and others. So it was unhygienic, no privacy because you can see everyone’s things as there are no walls spearing your belongings with anyone else’s. Suggest the new extra space storage close by as it is clean and a professional storage locker with closed walls and secure. I called and was not provided any helpful feedback. I now have to pay for movers to go back and pick up all my belongings and move to another unit. Don’t be fooled by the sales. There is a reason for the sales.

I will never recommend this storage company. I was robbed of over $30k worth of rugs, TVs, expensive sneakers collection, road bike, expensive rods and reels, etc…. Regional manager didn’t care and told their manager that i should deal with insurance. They didn’t even offer one or two months free since their pocket door was clearly damage and faulty ( door was forced), there was a huge gap between the door and the frame before I took the locker. I was told that the place is safe etc.. I was given $2k by the issurance company ( and it’s the max you get unless you pay an extra $30/$40 to get $5k) Anyone with a code to enter the premises could rob you and look like they are moving stuff out. No cameras inside the building. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE! Nothing has changed and even if someone from the company replies to this review, apologizing or says they will look into it again, it will be just a lie, it took over 2 months and still have gotten my check from the insurance company they are using. This company gets a cut.

Exceptional Storage Experience at CubeSmart on Trade Center Way I recently had the pleasure of using CubeSmart Storage on Trade Center Way, and I must say it was an outstanding experience - particularly working with Rose. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of storage options to suit different needs. The security measures in place gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure. The online reservation system at CubeSmart was very easy to navigate and customer service was excellent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The convenience of the location on Trade Center Way is another highlight. Easy access and extended access hours were also a big plus, allowing me to access my storage unit whenever it was convenient for me. Overall, CubeSmart Storage on Trade Center Way exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, security, customer service, and convenience. Single handedly maybe the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Realized the entire roof of unit was filled with mold (customer mentioned smell of metal desk that was in unit for couple days). After over a month of back and forth emails with “manager” I was told I could “ vacate the unit” so it could be damaged out. I was made to feel as if I was inconveniencing her, not the other way around. That she was overworked and not empowered to be able to do anything about the situation. Eventually, I was offered to move to another unit for the current lower going rate. As the typical story holds true I guess this is my first experience with storage unit. They raise your rents after five months, so I guess I was at the high……Needless to say, I would give this zero stars if possible! By the way, this is the first ever negative review I’ve ever left on Google.

Horrible communication through the telephone system. On site girl was as good as she could be given the circumstance. Could not get discount for already having insurance because her computer cannot receive proof of insurance after I sent email 15 minutes earlier. Phone system did not connect me to her office even though she was there. Waited in the heat three times to communicate with her office. Telephone representative lied and said that there was nobody on the trade center site that day, when there was never anybody there is always represented from the Naples location

Prepaid the year so that I could take advantage of a 13th month free promotional. No correspondance at all, that I’m going to lose the promotional. Just a too bad so sad attitude and responce. So no promotional for me and late fees on top of that. One day late by the way, and again a “sucks to be you attitude and demeanor. Besides the fact that there is zero customer service presence when you come face to face with an employee, this company and what they stand for have much to be desired.

Everything happened exactly the way it was supposed to happen, with no drama, no errors, and no losses. Furthermore, customer service is astounding, between the amount of support that was provided upon opening and the fact that they called me when I vacated the unit, confirmed that I'd done so, and said that they'd close out my account for me. Wow! What a service. I was coming from Miami Beach with all my 1b1b staff late on Saturday evening and my movers and I were late with all the process. I contacted Cynthia, the store manage who was closed already and you know what, she said I’ ll come to open the facility for you! I was astonished by her professionalism, kindness and wonderful service she offered to me. Not only she waited for me for after the 8 pm, but she also upgraded the storage for me but she also collaborated with my movers to help them to manage the space and how to park closer to the my storage place. She kindly even helped me with my dog. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I’m happy to meet people like Cynthia here in Naples. I am very pleased with my experience at Cubesmart. Soanne was very helpful and pleasant. We switched over to a smaller cage and she showed me what was available. The only complaint was that even though we just switched from one unit to another, we still had to pay the $24 administration fee as we if we were new customers. But that was not Soanne's fault. She was a wonderful person to deal with in every aspect.

This is the second time I have rented with CubeSmart, both times when moving. This time I will stay longer term, as it makes it easier to get settled into a new place. The staff has always been very helpful, and make it as easy as it can be. Compared to other facilities that I have dealt with, they are more professional, upfront, along with having very clean, secure facilities. Wouldn't the prices being a bit lower, but it is a competitive market. I also keep a company truck at another CubeSmart, and that has made parking a commercial vehicle simple, and centrally located for my work.

She didn't speak to me once, but several times and always was courteous and most of all understanding. On the day of our arrival she made sure we had the right storage facility which fit our needs and was very helpful. She explained everything thoroughly, which gave us a feeling of security.
