Not easy access to unit! Doors are just not big enough, maneuvering is difficult, AC isn't high enough it's not comfortable to use, rental fee went up $200 in less than a year without notice! Moved to better storage unit space for a third of the cost!

CubeSmart on Tamiami Trail was an excellent choice to store 100 years of paperwork that Mom left behind after she died in early 2020. We planned to go through it in a couple months soon afterwards, but then COVID hit, then a broken leg, and we didn't get to it until last week, two years, and two MASSIVE hurricanes later. And through all that, no rodents or insects eating the paper. No drying out from being overheated, and not one drop of water, under doors or through the roof, through those hurricanes. No damage, to the facility or the paperwork.The staff is helpful, the price was good, and the variety of sizes is excellent. We expect to need storage again, and we'll come back here first.

First and foremost, the administration workers are very kind and genuine. Easy paperwork to start/end rental, along with the billing process. Very easy access to the storage unit at any time/day. Privacy felt good and secure, along with insurance coverage/security cameras. Moving carts made it easy for heavy furniture. The only downside was that, just sometimes, the outside gate would b open throughout the day/night. Apart from that, the unit size was great and the location is in a convenient area in town. 10/10 Recommend.

I thought that the original response to my phone inquiry from your national center was excellent as I was able to reach a person on the phone to obtain information and a quote on Tuesday evening at 8:00 PM EST. I reserved a rental space and charged it to my visa account. The experience was fantastic. However the next afternoon ( 18 ) hours later because the condo owner decided I could move in early I did not reqiure the space which I reserved on the phone. I never occupied the space at all. So I visited the cube smart facility in Naples Florida on Wednesday afternoon to advise the manager that I did not need the space and I never even inspected or opened the door to use the space. He checked my advance rental payment on the computer and verbally advised me that he would credit amy account. It is the next morning and I see that my account has not been credited so I am a little concerned. I am giving cubesmart in Naples Florida a provisional five star rating pending my deposite return after 18 hours on non use. However if I do not receive my deposit back I will revise my five star rating and never use cube smart. It would be too bad because their system and ptr-rental service was great. Arthur Joubert

After Irma they called me to let me know my unit may be affected and they would need to move my stuff soon but needed my permission. I told them ok but then I get a call a week later and I'm told I have a day to move my stuff to the new unit they've assigned me. I asked them why they hadn't moved it since they originally offered to and that's covered in the $11 rental insurance paid monthly and they refused. So I had to interrupt my plans and move all my stuff due to their laziness to a new unit and my rates went up even though it was the same size unit. When I came to move my stuff my lock had been broken. Literally anyone with access to the facility could've gotten into my stuff. They provided a new one but at no point was I contacted that my lock would be broken. Also the cubesmart lock they provided was theirs which they have copies of keys of. The whole point of having my own lock is because it's my stuff and I don't want anyone access to it unless I give them permission! Fast forward a few months. I had issues with one of my payment cards due to identity theft and found out the payment was past due by a couple days. They left a message that they overlocked it. So you broke into my unit without so much as a call then you overlocked it? Those aren't your possessions, you just can't limit someone's access to their possessions. They told me they planned to auction my stuff off. They knew what was in there because they had broke in just a few months prior! I've moved my stuff out and hope to never have to use one again. I only temporarily rented one because I had memories from my past I'm holding onto and no where to put them. I guess you can put a price on anything. Storage places are a scam. This one is no different. The small units like I had are made out of plywood. Anyone with an ax can break into your "unit".

Excellent service, after packing for three days and driving for another two with a 26 foot truck and a car trailer full to the brim we weren't looking forward to unloading it all!!!!! When we got to cubesmart in east Naples the manager Cathy was very understanding of our needs and found us two units large enough to accommodate all we had right across from one another, making it much easier to unload and return the truck and trailer in time not to be charged a late fee. Robert was also very accommodating, bringing us a large cart on wheels which helped avoid more back pain??and helped by keeping the gate opened while our friends arrived to help..All in all a very pleasant experience after a long week of stress, I would highly recommend this location and staff to anyone traveling to Naples Florida!!! 5 Stars out of 5 for sure , Thank you, D. Chiurco?

We rented a unit at end of August, 2016. Cathy was fabulous, very helpful and informative, explaining all we needed to know to get started and giving us a tour of the units. We moved right in that day with no problems, the facility was very clean and tidy. Follow up to make sure there were no issues was automatic, and appreciated.

We were quite impressed when we first visited Cube. At the time we had a storage area in another facility and could not get over how neat, clean and safe the Cube facility is. It is safe to say that we were wowed.

The professionalism and the quality of the service was excellent at this facility. I had a storage unit with another competitor and this by far is the greatest experience I've had. Everything went like clockwork except for the last minute insurance charge that was unexpected, even though my homeowners coverage was well above the required minimum. It got sorted out for future months and not that big a deal, but a little annoying nonetheless. The people I dealt with were very helpful and good Cubesmart representatives. And the facility and pricing was exactly what I needed. All in all I am happy with my decision to store my personal property at Cubesmart.

Love it there, I have been there for a long time I have at least 4 unit with them. Cathey (the gm) is awesome along with her employees. There customer service is outstanding. I wouldn't use any other storage unit other than them.

6 stars if I could. I made a reservation online. I received a call confirming the next day. It was nice to know that the staff is on top of business. When I arrived to pay and move in the young lady was awesome, very helpful. The location is convenient and quickly accessible. If your looking for a unit this is where you want to be!

Dealt with 2 wonderful ladies. Could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. I got a brand new unit at an excellent price with a student discount. Good access hours and office hours as well. Highly recommended.
