Staff is very friendly and helpful, the rating is not for them. We were shown a unit with mold, the ceiling coming down, exposed insulation, and one of the side walls falling apart. There was a little welcome bag in the middle of the unit, so someone expected to rent it as is. Whoever checked off that unit thought it was fine. I would not trust this location to hold anything I wanted to keep in good condition. Staff is friendly. Just be sure to visually check your unit before you agree to rent.

I am taking time to give this review because the service at the CubeSmart across from Naples airport was excellent. The two men in the office presented themselves in a very professional and caring manner. It was refreshing to meet Mike the manager, who did not greet me with a rehearsed sales pitch. Mike was genuine, I could sense that he was truly concerned with my best interest. He listened and understood my needs, and clearly explained all my options. He did this with no pressure, no sales pitch, just honesty. How could I not leave a review for this gentleman. Mike is a 10.

Renter/Buyer Beware: place has the worst drainage system, my unit was literally flooded with water for over a day without me realizing or knowing until my friend that has a unit in the same place told me his was flooded, did the company not pay attention to how much it floods on Florida? Especially in Naples? Why isn’t there something to stop the water from coming in, it wasn’t a leak, it literally came from the front door floor all the way inside. Most of me and my business partners belongings were completely ruined because of this. Don’t come here if you don’t want your belongings flooded.

Such a great experience! We just came in from the North, had to divert around Hurricane Michael to get home, and were on a deadline to get the moving truck returned. Mike and Lina were so friendly and so helpful! I booked a reservation online, and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Everything went smoothly, the price was better than expected, and we got our stuff loaded into the unit and the truck returned on time! I recommend this location and team, highly!

We went with this location after seeing it on a visit to another storage company in the area. It was clean and well lighted and the office staff was very pleasant. They explained the agreement, access process and showed us the unit we were renting. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I would recommend this site to anyone who was looking for a storage unit.

This is a great place to have a business, centrally located and 2 entrances one on airport rd and one on Domestic so traffic is never an issue coming and going. The Property Manager Mike and Lina keep everything clean and professional. Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. They stop by on a regular basis to make sure everything is going well. We would highly recommend this location for Business and storage needs.

My family has one of the store front units for their business, and I have a personal unit at cubesmart, we love the location and the friendly staff. Mike is the manager on site, He is very good at his job. When we first came in with questions on what the facility offered and what our needs were, he went above and beyond to explain and help us with our needs. Anytime we need anything Mike is always available and quick and professional. Having someone on site with his knowledge of the facility and his professionalism is very important. He cares which is rare. I would highly recommend Cubesmart based on the employees, the clean bathrooms, and location.
