I went to this store with my Grandmother needing a unit. The tall lady managing acted as if we were bothering her as she was on her phone talking to someone who didn't sound like a employee. When asking what she had available she was very short and rude. When asked if there was a bathroom we could use, it was disgusting. Reeked of urine and trash overflowing from trash can. Very unwelcomg experience and not clean. I would also not tell people shop internet for prices. We came for info and left with nothing! Customer service F and how filthy bathroom was and smelled gets a G for gross. We found higher prices on a unit nearby yet the place was much cleaner and we felt appreciated and wanted.

I recently moved into this CubeSmart location and what a breath of fresh air it was to have real customer service for a change! Both Cassondra and Tammy are great!! After explaining to them my storage needs, they took the time to show me several units, so that I could make the best choice that suited my company's needs and also helped with the FREE truck rental that they offer to new clients to facilitate their move in. Beware! They gave me a great deal at first and raised my rate 12% within 6 months! $160 for a 10x20 raised to $191 now. I received a letter yesterday with 3 wks notice my rate was changing from $160-$190. You can't ever get them to answer the phones! Hopefully not the same across the industry! I found a place closer to my home. They initially forced me to get an insurance policy that was not necessary since i told them my belongings are insured already for way more than the small insurance policy they "required". After further review with the manager, it was not required!

The location and facility are perfect given my location. Very professionally run operation. Jessalea Peterson is very easy to work with and answers all questions fully. She runs an extremely friendly business, with the "always here to help" attitude. I would definitely refer a friend to this location.

Nice lady. Helpful and friendly. She called me later to say she forget to give me the auto pay form and I should come back to sign it, however I was by then 100 miles away. So CubeSmart sent me an email that (I'm age 80) and now I have to figure out how to do it on line which is annoying. Property clean and hopefully, at night it is well lit.

BRING A TAPE MEASURE. I rented a 5x10 unit to discover AFTER transporting and starting to load my stuff that I had really rented a 4'4" WIDE unit. I had carefully measured my footprint and really needed the 60" as opposed 52" width. When I could not fit the first, lower level as planned, I discovered the "missing" 8" in width. I was livid but also stuck so did the best I could loading the locker. Upon leaving I stopped to speak to the staff about the missing 8". I was assured that management would be advised, and I left my cell phone # and expected a call back. No call back. I bet you that if I returned their truck with the proportionate "8 inches" less than a full tank or paid my monthly fee "8 inches" less than expected I would get a call!
