Recently switch facilities from Midguard who went to all virtual interactions to Cubesmart. I cannot say enough great things about this property, it’s clean, secure and Caressa the property manager is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Caressa is the GM of the Valley Stream location and I am so thankful for people like her who’s always willing to help accommodate their clients. I made reservations for 3different locations and ended up at hers and a neighboring location due to my needs and even after I had her switch out the unit 2 additional times, She remained helpful and we laughed about it at the end. She is very nice and great at her job! I recommend that she be compensated for her troubles and always making sure she goes above and beyond to assist her customers. The present manager Carissa, was an excellent choice. She is extremely informative, helpful, and polite. Explained all of the requirements for rental and helped find two units next to each other. Reviewed access procedures and policies. All other storage rentals should take a lesson from her as to how to handle customers. Kudos to Cube Smart.

She does a fantastic job and keeps the place perfect. Her customer service Is professional and on point. Clean, nice units in modern setting. Staff was very helpful although on-line services are a bit limited and do not support 100% remote purchasing of a unit. On-line contract forces you to purchase add-ons $$ and only a face to face time with staff can over ride (staff was fantastic at our unit).

Nice new building but it would’ve been helpful to have instructions on how to get into the unit initially, possibly posted on the wall in between the units every so many feet. Also, it was very hard to get into the packaging for the new lock. I didn’t know I needed to bring something to bust it open. Other than that, access from the outside of the building was easy.

We just moved our storage contents out from another storage facility. It was an easy sign-up process through my email. Just had to stop by office to get our lock and unit. We moved everything over the same day and for now we're saving over $70 a month for same size unit. Should have done it a long time ago.
