Been storing my stuff there for three years now! Honestly sad for myself that I had to go through as many storage options as I did before I found this place. Customer service has always been on point no matter what I need, I feel secure visiting the facility and my stuff has always been safe. It just feels like a whole other level compared to other places I’ve tried locally. Can’t recommend them enough.

Not really too happy to be quite honest, the convenience of where they're located will work for now but I don't think anybody goes there during the day it's too hot that you can't even get any kind of accommodation especially somebody that's disabled like myself to work in your storage unit at night if you're 1 minute late leaving the gate or leaving the storage unit you have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get a code to get out of the gate or you're locked in it's ridiculous I think that they need to accommodate people that need to be up there at night to work because of the heat here in Florida because of heat strokes because of some people cannot handle the heat or work during the day and they will not accommodate you whatsoever.. but I'll tell you what the girls in the office are fantastic!!! They're very helpful and they try to accommodate you the best they can and they come through every time Samantha is phenomenal and the other girl that works there I don't quite know her name or I don't really remember it honestly but she's always very nice has a big smile every timeand very comfortable atmosphere in the office that's for sure thanks ladies however I just wish that something could be done about the 10:00 p.m. thing sometimes I'm just getting started because I've had four heat strokes in my life and you don't want to have another one!!

Samantha and Katrina are the property managers and are very professional, as well as welcoming. Samantha showed me the unit I reserved in climate-controlled environment and stated the temperature would not exceed 80 degrees. This has been true, mostly fluctuating between 72 - 78 degrees which has been fine for me. The facility is well maintained inside and out. I have been with CubeSmart for several years and have never received the customer service appreciation that we do now since Mims and her staff have taken over. We have experienced a few hiccups with rodents, and she has taken care of it immediately; we lost power, and she had it fixed within 24 hours. She is always available and willing to help. I have increased my storage size two times since she’s been there. She is always open and ready to help. I would recommend the storage facility because the employees there make you feel like you are appreciated and heard and that your belongings are important.

The management is very rude and we hadn’t had electricity for 35 days and the got a 10 day notice after the management told us we couldn’t run our generator. Nothing mentioned about having to pay insurance monthly or paying for a lock. These guys just jacked my rate up from 145 to 198 a month with no notice. Shame on them. I am looking for a new place to move my stuff too. Edit: So I decided to stick it out with them a few more months and now they have jacked my rate up to 240. I closed out my unit the next day. Almost a 200% increase in one year. Should be illegal.

Cube Smart at this location has the very worst manager, Mym! I reserved a large storage unit to move all my household goods into. I’m moving to New Smyrna Beach in November & needed to store everything for six months. I returned, as stated, by the deadline 5/24 to pay the first month. The manager Mym told me & my boyfriend she would Hold my storage, it wasn’t necessary to pay this early. Mym told us both to call 5/31 which was Memorial Day to pay first month on my credit card. As instructed, I called Memorial Day morning just to find out Mym rented my storage unit to someone else the day after I was in the cube smart office! I was so upset & called Cube Smart customer service for them to locate the exact unit. I had to settle for a location all the way into Orlando. I wouldn’t use this facility & wouldn’t recommend speaking to their so called manager! I’m going to report her to this locations owner!

What I learned yesterday at this particular CubeSmart is that you can't just "show up" to claim an auction won unit. There is only one person who can accept monetary transactions and you MUST make an actual appointment with her. The inside units are very clean and I will continue to bid on storage units at this facility.

When I first walked on the property I was greeting with a warm welcome smiley face and a very attentive and friendly girl at the desk named Christina... she was quick at getting me in and out of there with paperwork and showing me spots and unit!!! I was on a time crunch and she handled it well, I have now rented for the last two months and still get the same treatment questions answered when I come in with my crew I highly recommend renting space and ask for Christina she is great! ??

We rented the last boat spot you had. I had to be a magician to get the boat in the spot with the obstacles...mud, trees, etc. The boat was getting too messy with all the tree limbs and leaves falling in it (and sitting in the mud) so after 2-3 days, I decided to change to another storage facility since they provide water and other amenities you don't. I asked for a refund as I was so unhappy with the space we had rented. No refund? Are you kidding? I have another storage unit with you and will be changing as soon as I can get it arranged. I would have taken a credit towards my other space, but no on that too. It just shows that you don't care about your customers so I will try to find a place that does.

After 20 years of being a loyal tenant at the StorQuest/New Smyrna Beach, FL location, I am furious as to the lack of appreciation by ownership. They continue to raise rates and have reduced the amount of discount if you pay a full year in advance. The local facilities team is great, but management and the "bean counters" have no idea as to what customer loyalty is all about. I will be searching for a new location for storage of my antique car as there are a number of new storage facilities opening up in the area. 20% increases year-over-year is inexcusable.

We have lease three 10' x 20' units and outdoor storage spaces from StorQuest of New Smyrna Beach. We are very happy with the onsite management, especially Sheri. Unfortunately, however, the corporate entity is very problematic. All calls to the facility are routed through corporate, which is usually non-responsive. Worse yet, the local managers do not have the ability to negotiate or resolve problems. For example, whe n we rented a double outdoor space, we were not able to use one of the spaces because the adjacent space renter parked his huge trailer in our space. After several months, we sold our trailer, but were never able to get compensation for the space we rented but could not use. Also, corporate charges a $25 administrative fee on every unit rented, even though we have multiple units. Further, after a few months of rental, corporate policy requires large rent increases, sometimes over 10% in addition to annual rent increases. Of course, once you fill a rental unit it is not generally feasible to empty it and go to another facility. If you are considering renting a self-storage unit, you would do well to inquire about these policies. StorQuest looks like it has competitive rental rates at first blush, but that is because they intentionally mislead their customers with lower "initial rental rates", which they then increase significantly.

Horrible customer service for a tenant that was there for couple of years. Shut down before hurricane (that did not happen ) on Saturday before and reopens Thursday. Would not allow access to unit. This was a unit for business. Called their office no response until after reopening. Called corporate office and district manager. No help from either Do not use this place if you need access to your items. Location manager laughed at the issue. Of course she got paid during shut down. Other places are less expensive and offer actual customer service. Also other places did not shut down for a non hurricane

This Self Storage operation is without question the best one I have EVER worked with. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility it self is always clean and the AC units are cooled very nicely. The security combines an automatic gate, various cameras, and some one personally on the property during all business hours and sometimes even beyond. Recently rented what I thought was a 5 x 5 x 8 storage space at StorQuest in New Smyrna Beach, FL. While storing my items I noticed the unit didn't seem like it was 5 x 5 so I measured it and turns out it is only 5 x 4'2". A 16% difference. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and she said this was not unusual, all the units may not measure as specified and all their 5 x 5 units were the same size. No adjustment in the rate was offered. Seems no different than going to a gas station, buying a gallon of gas and only getting 7/8 of a gallon. I'll contact Florida Consumer Affairs on Monday and get their opinion.

The person was very helpful; I mainly wanted to ask questions about the unit and then rent online. The person had me signed up in no time. The only complaint is that after giving her the information about my credit card, there was no mention of the rental amount not including the taxes nor a onetime administrative fee of $25.00. I thought I would be paying $119.00 per month, but found that my first charge was over $150.00 It would have been nice if that had been disclosed. However, the units are very nice and clean. The lady is very helpful and nice.

I’ve rented multiple spaces from them over the last 5 years or so, and after a recent move that allowed me to empty out most of what I had stored there, I actually went to the trouble of vacating another space I shared with my mom at another facility and moved it all into a much smaller space here, just because they are so awesome. After shopping all available air conditioned storage options in the NSB area, StorQuest was by far the best option for us. Competitors offered higher prices for the same size space as well as only 2nd floor, forcing the use of small elevators to move our 10x20 possessions. StorQuest is all on one level, making for easy unloading and access to our storage unit. The staff went over and above to accommodate us in the following ways: 1. Held 2 units in reserve for 6 weeks until we knew which size we needed without a deposit or charge. 2. Did not bother us with phone calls in the interim. 3. I have rented a unit here in the past, and have recently rented again. Units are very clean and pest free. The girls at the desk are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to rent there again should need be, and I definitely recommend this particular facility to anyone looking for a storage unit.

The staff is nice, the prices suck like everywhere else but Atleast they have cameras and fences all around. And it's not difficult to maneuver a pick up truck and trailer inside the facility.

First of all the staff is professional and personable. They were able to answer any question I had and made me feel right at home. I like that there was a security code to get in and out. The facilities were clean and kept up. I was only there for a month, but I would recommend StorQuest for anyone. Good job!

Awesome facility,people were so nice . The place is huge with lots of room for whatever ya need without all the crowded . Wendy did a very nice job checking me in . Ms sherri did an amazing job making sure i was happy when i left . I go to that part of florida almost every year an i will be sure i use storquest slf storage again,its highly recommended by me an many others....thanks again storquest for all the hard work to make us happy

I never had to store my belongings. I was worried about critters and heat. I stored my things in an air conditioned storage shed. I did not have one bug. All of my stuff was just fine. I had everything I owned in this shed for over a year. I will absolutely recommend StorQuest Self Storage to anyone that asks. The employees are courteous and more than happy to take payment over the phone. (Which was very convenient for me). Thank you!

Terrific people and experience. We needed a 10 X 30 A/C unit that wasn't available, so we reserved 2 smaller units. A week before moving the larger unit became available and we took it. It was clean and COOL, in a hot, humid climate. We notified them about checking out 10 days in advance of leaving, and even though we were about 4 days beyond our contract date, they forgave the added charges. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility or use it again!

I found Peggy to be the most incompetent manager of any type of establishment I have had dealings with. She is extremely disingenuous, has no follow through, changes her story several times in each conversation. She also refuses to answer a direct question especially when you are making a point. The company raises rates constantly. Be Aware!!

I really like this storage facility. They keep the entire facility clean, even the back areas. The conditioned areas are really conditioned!!! and clean. There are no strange scents and everything is in good working order. The roadways are clean. No oil spots and no leaves piled in corners. The administration personnel are simply easy to talk to. A real Florida feel here. That's an important feature. It's good to be home!

Peggy Hallett, the property manager, was awesome. I showed up with my motorcycle for storage just before a rain storm. Instead of requiring me to compete all the leasing documents first, Peggy quickly took me to a storage unit first, so that I could beat the rain. After my motorcycle was securely stored before the rain began, we returned to the office to complete the leasing documents. Peggy was quick, professional and extremely courteous and customer focused.

I live in Orlando, but kept my boat at this facility for six months and was pleased with the service. I never felt like my boat was comprimised at this location. Management is very helpful and friendly. I would recommed this facility to a friend. In fact, I will be back in the summer time.

Peggy helpd me find a place to store my boat for a week while vacationing in LESS THAN 15 MINUTES from a phone call to drop off. She was very pleasant, and I felt my boat could not have been in a more secure location. I will be visiting with Pioneer again in the future and would recommend anyone in the area take advantage of what they have to offer.

The staff always works with me to insure I had access to our unit. I work in the medical industry so extended and immediate access was crucial. We recommend Pioneer Trail Storage to all of our friends. I moved out only because I built a larger home and no longer need the additional room for storage.
