Storage facilities in Oakland Park Florida were good and staff helpful. When I vacated the unit after 18 months I was told that I would be refunded the unused portion of the monthly charge. They have not done so despite several calls and emails all of which were ignored. Frustrating! Don't move things out a few days after your monthly payment you'll be wasting a whole month of fees!

Beware! Unscrupulous hidden costs/overcharging by the CubeSmart at 5061 NE 13th Ave, Oakland Park, FL 33334. They fixed and credited the overcharges to an extent, but the practice of trying to slip unnecessary charges past the customer is bad business. This did not occur at my prior CubeSmart rental locations in the past, which points the finger directly to this specific location’s ownership/management.

I could not be happier with my choice in CubeSmart Oakland Park. I have had a local storage unit for over 7 years but I needed to move to a climate controlled unit and they could no accommodate. Over the last few weeks, I have visited several units around town and found a lot of dirty facilities and some really shady tactics. I should have started the search at CubeSmart. The unit was easy to reserve online, when I arrived, the unit was presented as promised, there were no hidden fees or costs like some of the other facilities I looked at and Alexa was tremendous in her knowledge, approach, helpfulness. On move-in day, Alexa was incredibly helpful and made the move in process so easy. CubeSmart does a great job of using application based smart phone technology for easy access to the facility and is as clean as any storage facility I have ever seen.

I’m not sure how many storage units they have but they only have three carts. Tired of having to carry stuff to the unit because carts are in unit. Facility is nice but the cart to unit ratio is ridiculous. Don’t rent here unless you like carrying boxes.

I would not recommend the facility they take forever to fix broken gates, or other issues within the facility. also, the AC is not set on a consistent setting so if you have sensitive items they could be damaged due to this. We had water damage on the second floor storage unit. When shared with them they denied the fact.

This location is not great. The gate is broken most of the time. They can’t control their fire alarms. If there were to be a major hurricane your stuff would get ruined Because they do not have proper window protection. The staff tries but whoever is in charge of the place is ultimately failing

Do not recommend. Charged me $132 for a 10x5 which I thought was reasonable. After a year of service, they increased to $145 on the 1st of April 2017. Now, in order to cancel, they need a 10 day notice. Since the email was on the 1st and the bill is due on the 7th, I'm charged a $50 fee for not giving a 10 day notice or pay the $145 for another month, then cancel. I checked public storage and I pay $75 a month for the same size. No brainer.

Not something I see often. They showed my their security system, from the cameras to the locked gate. Very impressive. If you need storage space, this is the place.

The store managers Nelson and Jeff are always willing to lend a happy hand or shed light on any questions or concerns. They also keep a close eye on all interactions inside the facility, which makes me feel safe. The facility is kept in prestine condition. Everything looks brand new and clean. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looks for some space.

I mean where can I start from I mean the customer service here is like no other place I have ever been. I'm currently In the military and I'm always going back and forth over seas. I have used many storage facility but this is one I can trust and refer people to. I'am not the type of person who writes reviews but I can make an exception for this outstanding facility. The manager in charge is Nelson Ortiz and when you first meet him it's like you already know him. He is really understanding when it comes to the customers. He keeps that place clean and I mean clean. Any problem and I mean any problem or question you may have about the facility he will definitely take care of it and help you out. I can't forget about his team either I mean there customer service is 10 stars, I mean unbelievable. I just want to say thank you Cube Smart storage for putting a team together like this one. I really enjoy doing business with this location and the company . I will tell many people about this place and no matter where I'm stationed, I will always provide you my business and refer friends and family members.

The manager is very friendly, the place is well kept. I rented here before & went to another facility where they had BUMS & other low-lives renting & what seem to be living there as well! So now I'm back to where I feel safe!????

Place is amazing! The service is always phenomenal, nice and clean and the temperature kept indoors is excellent. Deals on the units are always out there... they always work with you to try to help you meet your needs and save you money. Security is very tight, and I never need to feel worried my unit or the storage facility will ever get broken into. Just wish the access to units were until 10pm!!

From the beginning to the end - this is one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. Four Seasons - in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, is a superb self storage facility. Both Nelson and Noel were professional, helpful and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The premises are state-of-the art, incredibly clean, and very secure. The units are clean and well-lighted. I am extremely happy that my belongings are safe, secure, and climate-controlled for the next year.

An excellent facility with modern conveniences and located perfectly from my home. I have utilized storage places in the past and in other states, but this storage facility as the name entails, "Four Seasons" raises the bar. If you are looking for a place you can call home for your personal stuff, then you do not have to look any farther. Prices are reasonable and affordable based on your rental requirements. The staff is very helpful to make sure you are matched with the proper storage unit. I give this place a five star rating and you will soon agree. Check it out!

The storage facility is brand-spanking new & state-of-the art. The staff, especially Nelson (property manager) is very courteous & helpful. Plus, the rates are reasonable. I've been storing since 2009 & am really glad that i found this facility.
