I never had to visit in person, they were willing to work with me via email as well as work with my crew guys needing access and accepting deliveries for me. Priced out three storage providers. Not only did Cube Smart have the best prices, the girls in the office were so friendly and helpful. That evening we reserved our unit online. A few days later we received confirmation that our unit was cleaned and ready. We finished the rental contract and payment online. Went to the unit the day of the move and our welcome package was waiting in the unit with the lock, keys, and an information card. So convenient!

I called on Saturday 6/10, reserved a unit. On Sunday 6/11 I signed the contract online and was able to gain access to a unit. There was a welcome package with a lock and instructions. On Monday Donna assisted us in upgrading to a larger unit, and then again on Tuesday. Her attitude was helpful, pleasant, professional and never once bothered by the 2 corrections yo the contract caused by our indecision. Donna showed me 2 units. Their facility is kept very clean. I recommend Donna and CubeSmart which offers excellent rates!

Started out great, but rates will go up after 6 months. They have a fee that is mandatory if paying online. My storage unit was infested with roaches and mouse poop when we moved out. I would think that at the rate I was paying, there would be some sort of control. Well, lesson learned on my part but would be good to teach those new to the area about the roaches and mice problem ( never experienced this in any other storage unit I've rented from) . Higher priced than compared to the surrounding area units.

This facility is great and well maintained. I was approached by Kia the manager and she was very nice. She even came and looked in the back of our truck to see exactly what size we needed but unfortunately what we needed was not available. She pointed us to a sister store that was near by. From the moment I met the ladies over the phone (Mrs Everlest and Sahae forgive me if names are spelled wrong), they made me feel comfortable with having to place all my family items in storage and know they would be safe and secure. After moving in I visited the property quite a bit the first two weeks maybe every day and it was always clean, well kept, and monitored well to the point that I only visited twice a month and that was to put things in. Thank you ladies for keeping the families who have to make a choice to store their family belonging safe and secure. Great experience.

The CubeSmart location that I went to in Ocoee is awesome! The people that work there are very helpful and very informative and they make sure you understand everything before you complete the process. It was my first time getting a storage unit and I had no idea what I was doing. When I went to visit the storage unit before i signed the papers, I met Sashay, i hope i spelled it right lol. She was so upbeat and down to earth and very helpful and pleasant. I felt like I knew her already. When I went to actually sign the paperwork and pay for the unit I met with the Senior Manager and she was also so friendly and very helpful. She was very informative and made sure I understood everything. There was another manager with her and he was awesome as well. I'm sorry I forgot their names but the most important thing was how they treated me. After I moved into the unit on that hot Saturday I got to sit down and they gave me a water bottle. I loved the experience so much that when I move back up north I will rent another storage unit with the same company! If you need to rent a storage unit, you need to go check them out!

The phone representative I spoke with while trying to reserve a unit made it more inconvenient for me when I asked if there was a truck involved with getting a unit. I asked that if there wasn’t a truck involved then I wouldn’t bother. It would be more helpful for me and my roommates if we could get it all in one place. He told me there was one at that location and when I drove over to confirm and pick up the truck and use the unit the employee at the front desk told me there wasn’t one available at their location. She was really helpful since the man over the phone gave me false info and helped me get a truck nearby. I told her we were on a time crunch after everything that happened that day so she was quite beneficial.

The GM Ivelisse is wonderful at the Ocoee location! One night while I was moving from a 5x5 unit into a 5x10 I ran my car battery down listening to the radio. Because it was after hours I was the only one on property. I took a chance and went to the front office hoping someone was still there. Doors all locked I went to the on-site manager's private door and knocked. Ivelisse came to my rescue helping jump start my car with hers. She was a lifesaver that night!
