Cheap rates, very spacious, the inside units have motion activated lights, they have convenient (although difficult to navigate) carts throughout the facility, easily accessible. Best part besides the prices is the staff - they were outwardly helpful from the minute we walked in the door, clearly having never done this before. James, the new manager, is incredibly kind and helpful, attentive, & a funny, friendly guy. Highly recommend ??????????

This location (orange city to clarify) never answers their phone. Good luck canceling your unit when you don't want it. But don't worry, the moment your payment is late they are quick to send someone to lock you out so you don't have access. What a joke. I will use ANY OTHER storage facility over this one if I need one in the future. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

We have a small 3X5 unit, which was initially $79 when we got it. That fine print got us, though, bc now we're paying $131 for the same unit bc they reserve the right to change the price at any time. Highly recommend going with another place like we will soon be doing.

Very pleasant experience. Our initial call was answered by thier call center. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the person taking my call. He answered ally questions, and I was told that I would be contacted by the local facility manager the following day. I actually received a call later that afternoon. I was again welcomed and the representative reviewd what I was looking for. I made a appointment for my wife visit the facility the following day. The representative was very professional and friendly. We did set up for a locker at that visit. Very happy so far.

Right from the beginning on 6/27/23 when I walked into a clean office area I was greeted by Frank. He was polite and helpful. He assisted me in securing a 10x10 controlled temperature unit, from start to finish. He showed me where the unit was located, opened it so I could see the clean unit, I purchased a lock from your company he showed me how to use it and lock it up. He explained hours, payment program, entry gate keypad, security etc. Very helpful. My household goods were moved into the unit on 7/2/23. All went very smooth.

Awesome staff and awesome facility but have to give only 3 stars due to the theft of a guitar out of my car the other day. I haven't gone to the police because there is no camera watching the main aisle inside the gated area at this facility. So - I have zero evidence of the theft other than I am one guitar short and did not go anywhere between loading the guitars and unloading the guitars at this cube smart location. This store's cameras watch the aisles going East / West, they watch the gate and they watch the exterior parking lot - but not the main aisle going North / South in the area you would typically park when loading / unloading into climate controlled storage. Cube Smart corporate - Please install additional cameras so the main aisle is monitored. Interior cameras inside the building on every aisle of climate controlled would be wise to install as well. They are cheap and will make your customers happy and earn you 5 stars instead of 3. Once again very professional staff, very clean and well managed facility but they need more cameras. Thanks - Mark Seiver - Cube Smart customer at this location (one inside / one outside unit).

Mr.Ed Pierson is the manager at the Orange City property and there is NO QUESTION WHY!! My reservation was directed to the OC property from their call center. Ed was back to me in moments. I couldn’t take his call and in the interim my plans changed. The next days he called again. This time we spoke. WHAT A JEWEL! You know how some people have such a pleasant manner you could talk with them all day? That’s Ed!! He didn’t miss a beat when I told him my change in plans. The people who run this business are very professional! First, I received a phone call from Ed, who was working that day. He confirmed my appointment. At the appt I was met with a handshake and a smile. He showed me the unit I was looking for and answered all my questions. The facility is air conditioned, clean, and well lit. The price was right and I rented it that day. The next day when I came back to put my belongings away, I met Donna. She was very polite and helped me with another question. Highly recommend!!

From the moment I walked in and was greeted with two very nice people to the moment that I laughed I felt very comfortable and very taken care of. My storage unit is really nice and I would definitely recommend it tell anybody. I also ended up getting my first month free what's really saved me a lot of money.

The facility was incredibly clean. I would go by every couple of months to check on my stuff, like if there had been a bad storm or something, never found an issue. I would see the employees sweeping up, and saw that there was someone who treated for bugs. The employees were friendly and helpful. I stored my things in an outside storage unit, all i found were a couple silverfish (not unexpected) and my stuff did NOT smell! I've had friends who have had bad experiences with storing items, so the fact that this place was clean and cared for made me happy.

The management staff it's terrific but the units are way overpriced I've been there for over 10 years renting a double unit and the prices are unbelievably High. There are no electric Outlets or lights in the units. I am now trying to find another unit at another storage facility in my area that has electric in the unit and does not raise the rent every 6 months which is ludacris!

Mandatory $12 a month insurance is ridiculous, the stuff we have stored in there for the 4 months my son isn't in college will barely equal the extra $48 we have to pay. Very disappointed we didn't know about this charge till we got the the facility AFTER making a reservation online.

Donna was friendly. However; I did not like being forced to put insurance on my belongings in the storage unit. That should be up to the customer. I would never put anything of value in storage. Also felt the Admin fee was not necessary. Reminds me of dealer fees when you buy a car! Other than that the place is very clean and in a convenient location.

We are downsizing and are extremely happy with the awesome customer service we got from Suzanne Bell at the front desk. In addition, the storage unit area is always clean, bathrooms are nice, and the price beat out everyone. Highly recommend!

Customer service is nice but not helpful. I recently just moved my storage from this facility over to a bigger nicer facility after storing here for months. I needed a bigger unit, Tough! They dont price match (40 bucks more than competitors) I pay a month in advance. Tough! no refunds on paid in advance. (a full month and a couple days) I'll never rent from here again. They care more about your money than your satisfaction.
