Property switched prices on my unit without notice which wasn't communicated. Plus you can't utilize carts unless the office is open and you give them your ID so when they're closed you have no access to carts all because they have insecurities. I'm getting my money back and going to another property it's ridiculous I paid my money for accessibility and comfortability and it's ridiculously priced for the treatment and lack of usage of proper help to get things to and from your unit

I rented a unit and paid. When unit opened, it was full. Transferred to a different unit that was not climate controlled like original. Asked if I could have next size up climate controlled and told no. When I started to move items into outside unit, fell and skinned and bruised whole side up. Three Lights outside around units not working. It does not feel safe with limited lighting. Could not see there was a ledge on unit and tripped on it. This has been a horrible experience.

Easy process for check in and check out. The app is very useful for paying rent, tracking your info and etc. just try to avoid units which are close to the entrance of air conditioned building. People usually park large moving truck and block your unit. I mean stay away from units 1000 to 1010

I'd had a very stressful few days so I was expecting more when I went to CubSmart. Instead it was so pleasant in the office of CubSmart. I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped us. She was so nice and welcoming and clear with what we needed. The halls elevator cube were super clean which was wonderful knowing my items wouldn't be contaminated by bugs or get dirty. I would recommend CubSmart to anyone planning a move where they will need Storage.

This had to have been the worst experience. I went to Cubesmart and really should have just went somewhere else. Price isn’t everything! It’s better to have your stuff somewhere that you know it’s safe and if you miss a payment you won’t have to worry about them telling everyone that walks in your name and how your unit is for sale. Sad! I truly thought companies have privacy policies in place for these reasons but I guess I was wrong. Please take the time to find a better company with a staff that would be more professional. I never knew these women before this so to know that they would do something like that is not okay. I never knew that I’d have to worry about the storage company telling people my information. After posting my story I received messages from others. This company is horrible

Be wary of dealing with Cube Smart. They weren't up front about their pricing, insurance requirements, taxes when I set my reservation and I couldn't do anything about it once I had already paid movers to help me move my stuff to storage. Then just months later they raise the prices over 10%. They know they have trapped people because it's costs to move to another facility and time consuming. The front desk people are great in person, but unfortunately they work for a horrible corporation and all they do is enforce their rip off policies with a smile. Don't blame them though. I would highly recommend going with a company that is more upfront about their pricing.

Great secured facility with a well kept climate controlled environment. I've been a customer for over two years and had no problems with my belongings. They have helpful employees like Kay that provides great customer service and will politely answer any questions you might have. My only concern is the increased fee every 8-12 months or so.
