Domingo and Dalma are the best. they kept having to help me reserve the storage for a different date 2 different times. Due to a horrible moving company i hired that kept changing their delivery dates. I was worried I was gona lose the storage and the great online deal I got online. If I could give this place no stars I would !!! I moved in a month ago from my luxury 2 b/2b apartment and now all my things are infested with roaches. ??. They are all over my 6 month old daughters belongings!! we found a rat in one of the boxes we removed from the storage! I refuse to pay 150$ for a roach infestation that I didn't have!!! the manager on site gave me this bug stuff and when I tried to use it it was completely empty smh. Do NOT hate you money on this storage facility please!! I hope they are going to at lease discount the unit due to it being infested but I can only hope ive called many times and no help.

Homeless people sneak into the facility with easy access through the front door - and totally unmonitored by Cubesmart local management. My wife and I no longer feel safe here so we closed out our unit over the weekend. Management refused to give me credit for 3 weeks that I’ve already paid and now won’t use. Cubesmart says they’re “#1 in customer satisfaction”. What a joke that is. Go right next door to Extra Space Storage. Cleaner. Newer. No vagrant problem.

Omar was great! He set up everything very quickly. Update: I came back to retrieve my items and they were all wet and moldy. I had to throw 95% of my items away and in that case, what was I paying $90 a month for? Omar said it would be protected from the weather and made their storage out to be the best thing since sliced bread. He's a great salesman and gets the job done quickly, but if only I knew what their services really provided. He asked me to give him a nice review, which I did, and it turned out to be worthless. I can never honestly reccomend Cubesmart to anyone that I know. In fact, I sincerely hope that people see my review before falling for their charismatic ways. Please consider ANYONE else besides Cubesmart.

Don’t store here unless you absolutely have to or it’s very short term. It’s not that there are problems with the units or anything, you can just expect your rent to be raised at least once if not twice a year. They always cite market forces in their notification letters but you’d think with the amount of storage being built in Orlando, including mere blocks away from CubeSmart that that would drive prices down not up. Don’t store here.

Moving here from our old storage facility was like night and day. The building is clean and secure, getting in and out is easy and straightforward, and the staff is wonderful. Khamini got us through the process in a jiffy and made sure we understood everything and that our code worked for us before leaving us on our own. She even checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. Having someone friendly, knowledgeable and so professional made us very confident about our property. I chose the location for convenience and upon arrival, met the General Manager Basil who was inviting and made me feel more than comfortable about my choice. While unloading the truck in the hot sun, he came out personally to give us a few bottles of water. It was great at first, till they started raising the rent. We are paying almost $200 for a 10x10, could see paying that much if it was indoors with air conditioning. Thankfully we are moving into a bigger place and won't need this, we will be able to save money.

The carts for customer use do the job but must be the most obnoxiously loud, squealing, carts I have ever had to use. I had trouble with my gate code not working on more than 1 occasion but the situation was taken care of quickly and staff was apologetic.

Opened a storage account yesterday with Teela Gillens at this location; after atempting to open one with a horrible competitor. I explained my situation and she told me exactly what to do to. Upon my return, Teela made me feel like a king in my own palace. She rolled out the red carpet of services. Showing me a clean storage with the space I needed to move me stuff. She went above and beyond taking time to explain the services and and process for moving in. The location has an upscale look and feel especially compared to other storage places. Leasing a unit was so easy and efficient. The property is clean and easily accessible. Everyone in the office here was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to have moved from another location recently taken over by Public Storage, I had been at Bumby and Michigan Self Storage since it opened, nearly 11 years ago and when PS took over I couldn't wait to move my things out.
