Staff are great, I would give them a 5 if I could, but the constant rent hikes are ridiculous, please don't waste your money on storage if you don't have to. Also a rodent got into my storage space, I was told that only happens when the customer has food in the space, but when i moved out the other day I was able to confirm that I never had food in there.

Unsafe! My unit was burglarized at this location. Someone cut my lock and replaced it with a similar lock. Valuables gone! No other inside units near mine were burglarized. No one has access to my unit, but me. District manager is refusing to speak to me. When I went to follow up with them, the employee stated that her DM said she could not speak to me about the burglary, speak only to the police. Management has been unhelpful. The first thing they wanted to know is if I had insurance. Be careful! Visit your unit frequently.

Cubesmart is the most reliable storage for home items and vehicle space! Felicia Alexander the General Manager made sure my rental went smoothly even though she was off work. She called and and checked on my rental! They are family like even though no relationship there. I will continue to use them anytime needed and the storages was the best Rates and discounts by booking online! They have a rental truck at this location you pay $10 and put the gas back in. I did 2 trips the gas was $5 to put back in! I recommend them they have climate controlled units and all sizes! They are also a central location and the storages you can stack boxes HIGH and lots of room! I love them! ????????

What a difference this place is from a few months ago. The place smells great, and looks organized almost like little elves came and cleaned it, ??it used to smell damp and moldy, not to professional for a well known company. My experience didnt start out great because Google had the wrong opening time (an hour early) and I was on heavy time constraints. I waited until open and the man who assisted me was so helpful and quick. Totally made me change my opinion and I got to everything done quickly. Its clean and brightly lit. I have never in my life given a bad review and after having 5 storages at this Orlando storage unit of United and dealing with the manager of the facility I was compelled to write this review. After hurricane Irma, no internet access to pay the bill on line and office being closed on Monday and Tuesday they tacked on late charges when I had no way to pay but go into the office and the office was closed. When speaking to the manager and asking if any consideration could be made as it was extenuating circumstances and we had so many storage units there, she was cold, shrewd and obviously wanted to just make a point. Business policy is business policy but as a business owner helping a customer out is very important for the success of business. I do sales and customer service training for a living and it is sad to see when you give your business to a company that shows no consideration through circumstances like a hurricane. Unfortunately won't be recommending anyone to them again. Sad to say only the manager at this property is the one that seems to be the least helpful. 0 Stars for this location. Management is unprofessional and rude. They will close the location without notifying you. This is not how you treat customers who pay on time with no hassles. Satisfaction is not guaranteed!

I have rented and used storage several times in the past 10 years. Always professional and courteous. Storage is very nice and clean. I have and will pass other companies to store or rent uhaul truck at this location.

This place is a rip off. They tell you have to fill out a vacancy 10 day notice but you can only fill it out in person even if your out of town. But what they don't tell you is 10 days prior to the end of the month. So if you move out on the 12th of the month they don't prorate it, you have to pay the whole month. But moving in they prorate. I will never rent from them ever again. Bad business

I have had the worst experience with my belongings having mold and mildew was never notified of any issue with the unit untill i went to move and had mold green,white fuzzy all over my things that have great value and I paid them to store my stuff safe and they messed it up!!! Climate control my things should NEVER have been ruined and now me and my daughter are sleeping on floor I would not recommend.I will be contacting the BBC and my Lawyer!
