I rented a Penske truck to travel back to Ohio and Penske was giving some difficulty getting the truck to this location where my reservation was held. Penske wanted me to travel to the other side of Orlando to pick up the truck and these ladies were fantastic in getting the other location, 45 minutes to an hour away to bring my truck to the correct location where I had it reserved. It was very much appreciated since I was from out of town and had to walk from our apartment to pick it up

I don't like the fact that it doesn't give you enough time to push the cart in the elevator before it shuts number 2. If you have to use the bathroom, the bathroom is locked, so you can't even use the bathroom at the place only if the office is open. I had a storage at public storage in Hunters Creek it was a lot smoother so I would say I would not come back to Smart Cube again

Super clean, great location and very courteous staff. I loved the app as well. It was easy to make the reservation and payments there. You are immediately provided with the access code and this avoids unnecessary time at the office before being able to use the storage. UPDATE. 6.6.24 They sent me a reply to contact the store which I did and they said there's nothing they can do about the rate I crease Cubesmart raises prices too often. Went from 125 add all fees 145 now 176. Was not a small jump. The staff is awesome. Company not so much. .

I've been locked out of the main gate for the West Colonial Dr. location for about a week, although I pay for storage here. When I call for assistance, no one answers. I missed out on selling my dryer and making $135 because of the gate issues. Be careful spending your money at this place.

Really easy process of getting a unit. They show you the unit before you sign anything, which I'm thankful for because the 10x10 I thought would be good enough ended up being smaller than I needed. I was able to get a 10x15 instead, really easy and no problems. Smooth process. Would store with them again. Prices are good too, compared with others in the area.

CubeSmart don't let me get started on how you treated me, and your front office staff at the Kirkman/conroy location....?????. The staff.....5 stars. I haven't used this location in 2 years and even the staff changed, its still one of the best locations. its good to know I can get help when it's 530 and you close at 6. I can't recall a name but new associate helped me, when i had to move stuff because my placed was damaged due to the hurricane, 530 I'm on the site, making my reservation, 550 trying to get to the location, and 552, your associate calls me and ask am I on the way, well yes I am, I need help and I will be there in 2 minutes......we can wait. It's good to know those last minute results can bring the best out of people. I'm a manager as well and I know when it's almost time it's time close but that last minute van change your day when you need it even when you're having a bad day. Thank You conway location and staff. Mrs. Marva, I don't way you getting promoted, You need to stay at this location. Don't go. Congrats on the promotion. You deserve that promotion??

I gave it 4 stars because I only had one problem, the carts! It seemed like almost every time I went there were no carts because people that are moving an entire moving truck uses every single one. I think they should limit the amount of carts each person/family/movers are using. On the other hand, It was easy to get a unit. The elevators were easy, and big enough to haul things in there. The security was nice, and the units were nice because its a newer place. The price isn't too bad but you get what you pay for, that being said I only had a smaller unit but it wasn't bad. Staff was also friendly and never had an issue of bad customer service.

No accommodations for natural disasters. Move in was already bad enough, but haven’t been able to move anything out the last four days due to the hurricane. And no accommodations to get it moved out without being charged for another month. And with now living an hour away, have to pay another months storage to move a few units that couldn’t be moved in one trip before the 30th. Won’t recommend to others with how this was handled.

Our review 2 days ago was deleted by the company so just don’t believe the 4/5 star ratings. Once again we are here and waiting for the Conroy office to open so we can drop off our rental truck-the office is supposed to open by 9:30 but at 9:45 we still wait. 2 days ago we waited 20 minutes -ridiculous. The employees open when they want with breakfast in hand and not one apology. Just know that this is to be expected here at the Conroy location. This review will be deleted again, no doubt, so at least they can’t delete a Better Business Bureau review.

I need temporary storage for products I plan to sell at the upcoming Alpha Kappa Alpha Boule at the Orange County Convention Center. Liyeam was super helpful throughout the entire process. She listened attentively to my needs and made recommendations on the best unit. I completed the entire process remotely from the Philly area. She worked diligently to ensure that I understood the entire process, received the best deal, and answered all of my questions along the way with a smile (you could hear her smile through the phone). I now can ship all of products there where they will be received and stored until I arrive. This process is so much more economical than the thousands of dollars it costs to have items shipped and stored with the convention center vendor. There's a really nice manager and polite employees at this location. It's always clean, and, although it's a bit annoying, the speed with which the elevators' doors close is something I wish every other elevator on the planet could have. I definitely recommend Cube Smart.

I set up the purchase of this online I was told I only needed to come in and use the unit as normal, I get to the unit with my U-Haul and I don’t have access to the elevators. And no one was on the site to support me, I had to wait over an hour for someone to get back to the store which was 30 minutes after the be back after lunch sign stated on the door. I ended up having to pay more for my U-Haul and just sit in the parking lot to wait for someone to support me even though I had already paid and set up all the access for my unit. So between paying money for the unit in the U-Haul, they just overall wasn’t a good experience making a moving situation harder than it had to be

I just set up a short-term rental online last week. Everyone there was super amazing upon arrival to get me checked in and set up with a passcode and key. The space is immaculate with lots of trolleys and AC blowing. Only here for a bit, but it was so easy to complete!

Great spot...multiple floors and sizes of storage. Office personnel on location. Fair rate structure. Large Elevators . Controlled climate. Near major thoroughfares for quick access. My experience at CubeSmart has been extremely pleasant. It is 5 star plus. I had a horrific experience at Extra Space Storage with a massive Rat infestation and was displeased with their policies concerning this and left after 20 years. I looked into CubeSmart and I was extremely pleased with this facility. It started with the staff headed by Orlando Colon and his coworker Juan Rodriguez. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They responded to all my request and fullfilled all my needs in a timely fashion to my satisfaction. The facility was found to be very clean and very secure with a variety of sizes to fit my needs. The bathroom was found to be very clean and well maintained ( my wife's main test). After being here I believe I will not have the bad experience of my previous storage facility. Again, I am very pleased and Highly recommend Cubesmart -Conroy Rd.

CubeSmart is the best kept secret storage company in Orlando. Before I signed up, I checked another dozen storage companies and they beat the competition hands down. The management, especially Juan is extremely courteous. The building is so clean that you could literally eat your dinner right off the floors. In addition, they allow you to use their van free of charge. Better hurry, not sure how long that program will last. GH.

CubeSmart self storage on Conroy is a beautiful, clean, and safe storage facility. Customer service from the on-site manager, Juan, was professional and courteous. He answered all our questions, tour us around the facility, and made us feel like family. There are a lot of options for storage solutions in the area, thus by far is one you should consider. Plus, it’s located right next to a Starbucks.

Orlando Colon the General Manager is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasantly enthusiastic. He focused on my requests, concerns and made several recommendations that worked better for my needs. He ensured I understood the price, size and location of the unit. He is patient and very detail oriented. I really appreciate the time he spent showing me the building and walking me to the unit. He even helped me move my items when he realized I was struggling. I have utilized many storage locations in several different states and have never experienced a storage company this organized, immaculately clean and modern. The building layout, elevator and bathrooms are so convenient along with the courtesy van and dolly’s. I went in today February 11, to grab a new unit closer to me. I was met with Mr Orlando the manager after having made an inquiry and appointment over the phone the day prior. Mr Orlando was very courteous and super upbeat, He made you feel right at home. He showed us around and presented different units at different locations thru out the building. It was nice seeing the sizes and being actually able to visually see the differences in sizes etc etc. overall the interaction was smooth and informative and clean. The transaction was Simple easy and never confusing and he was very transparent about pricing availability and their options. Overall when im in need of more storage i will 100% get another.
