I absolutely love this location. Moving from California is frustrating and can easily test one's patience. Thats where Dijaniero came in..... she was so awesome and welcoming I was grateful that of all their employees my call was answered by her. She was extremely thorough and had a great personality. I actually haven't laughed so hard and enjoyed a conversation as much as I did with Dijaniero for a very long time. Anyway, the costs are very reasonable and I had no problem signing up. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rental process was smooth and easy, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. The pricing was fair, and the access hours were convenient for my needs. Security measures, such as gated access, cameras, and well-lit areas, made me feel confident that my belongings were safe. One thing I really liked was how the manager Dee took the time to walk me through the process and even showed me to my unit to ensure I knew exactly where it was. The unit was clean and just as advertised, which was a huge relief. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility in Orlando. I’ve been trying to use the bathroom several times after office hours , they always locked the bathroom. I’m here at the store an once again customers bathrooms are Locked. I spoke with the Indian manager and she said that there’s nothing she can do about this issue. As a customer we ara paying for this service. I will call corporate office to address this issue

Our first time going to CubeSmart was today and it was a welcoming one with friendly greetings from the staff; The female staff gladly took us to view the cubicle that we liked and surprised up with a10% discount, the same great pricing you get when booking online. The unit was very clean and love that there were dollies on sight for customer use. The only thing that was a little frustrating was that the instructions for door access and the lock did not match so it was confusing at first. Once we figured it out though, it was easy.

Love this newly built CubeSmart and the wonderful and accommodating ladies, Naida and Kelly. The location was a bit out of the way for me but the customer service provided is fantastic and well worth it. Fresh, nicely air conditioned and clean facility. I highly recommend it as I am coming from a different storage location.
